My friend contacted me saying they wanted to eat oysters after a long time. So we decided to go, and my friend had reserved a course for all-you-can-eat grilled oysters and all-you-can-drink. We were seated on the second floor, just like the last time I visited. When we sat down, they explained the all-you-can-drink system. Unlike my last visit, this time the all-you-can-drink was a self-service system where you pour your favorite drink into a plastic cup at a drink station similar to a convenience store. It's convenient for young people to drink whatever they like without hesitation. However, the downside is that there are few drink options, and most importantly, you can't drink wine or sake with oysters. I poured myself a beer and we made a toast. At that moment, appetizers were served - three side dishes, salted cabbage, and fried oysters. The side dishes were bean sprout namul, smoked oysters, and umesho. The fried oysters were freshly fried with six pieces. They were served with sauce and tartar sauce on the side. I enjoyed the fried oysters with tartar sauce. The rich flavor of the oysters and the crispy texture of the batter harmonized well, and it was quite delicious. It went well with beer. Next, chicken tempura and french fries were served. They seemed to be a filler until the oysters were ready. The chicken tempura arrived just before the oysters were served. Large oysters, about eight pieces, were brought in. They were placed on a hot plate, covered with a large metal bowl, and steamed for about 12 minutes. The cooked oysters were opened with a knife. They were plump and juicy, with a delicious aroma. I opened and savored the freshly cooked oysters without adding anything first. The intense essence burst out, and it was a masterpiece of deliciousness. Then, I tried them with lemon and salt. The flavor became lighter, and I could eat them endlessly. My friend said they liked to eat them with ponzu sauce. Indeed, eating them with ponzu sauce was also delicious. After that, I had several refills of grilled oysters and fried oysters, and just kept eating. I felt a surge of energy. When I thought I had eaten too much, oyster rice and clam soup were served. The clam soup gently warmed my full stomach after enjoying beer and oysters. The oyster rice had a strong oyster flavor and was delicious. I love oysters, so I was satisfied. However, I don't think it was a great value for the price. Also, it was disappointing that there were no fresh oysters or wine compared to my last visit. I would consider visiting again if someone invited me.
