The ventilation is good, so it's a safe and secure yakiniku experience. This time we went to Kamimura Ranch. I had a bad feeling about it. It's part of the Watami group, known for its nationwide chain restaurants like Watami, Monteroza, and Torikizoku that prioritize affordability. However, I was recommended by a colleague and was drawn in by the mark of Sakurajima, so I decided to give Kamimura Ranch a try. Another person told me that the Uni-Ikura rice bowl is not good, but the Kamimura beef and Satsuma beef are delicious. First, the Uni-Ikura rice bowl. Despite hearing that it's not good, as a fan of sea urchin, I had to try it with the expectation of being disappointed. Surprisingly, it was not bad. However, the fatal flaw was the vinegared rice, which was dry, shriveled, and hard as a rock. Next, the Kamimura beef and Satsuma beef. The sauce was cheap and bland, which is crucial for yakiniku. The meat was too bland, and the beer didn't pair well with it. Despite it being an all-you-can-eat yakiniku, I ended up just drinking instead of eating the meat. The Yukkejang soup was disappointing as well, with an unpleasant sweet and sour taste due to using old kimchi. Even the Yukkejang soup made me feel sad. I wanted to pair it with alcohol, but the drinks were slow to arrive. The last order was the Morioka cold noodles and stone bibimbap. I tried to order in three stages to maximize my time, but the game ended before I could order dessert. The bibimbap was lacking in ingredients and flavor. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and there were issues with service, presentation, and taste.
