I visited Torikizoku Kintetsu Kawachikokubun store, the 246th store. It is a yellow signboard yakitori restaurant located in Kamboncho, Kashiwara City, Osaka Prefecture. We had a drinking party with 5 people, 3 women and 2 men, at a restaurant located very close to the station. The atmosphere was typical of an izakaya, with energetic staff voices filling the room, although it was a bit noisy (haha). The restaurant mainly serves chicken dishes, but they also have a variety of other dishes. I recommend the cheese tsukune, it was delicious. They don't have thigh meat, only breast meat for dishes like karaage. The grilled rice balls were surprisingly big, and they also came with what seemed like soup. The grilled rice balls and kamameshi take 15-30 minutes so not recommended for those in a hurry. All items are priced at 280 yen (including tax). While 280 yen for 2 skewers of yakitori may seem expensive, considering the kamameshi is also 280 yen... maybe it's cheap? All drinks are also priced at 280 yen, which I think is cheap.
