Pit stop for lunch ^ - ^ I was so hungry that I needed something quick and delicious, so it was an emergency pit stop! The taste was consistent and satisfying. I had a large portion of noodles and kimchi salad with dipping sauce. It was delicious, haha. Thank you for the meal~(^.^)

The season has arrived - my favorite dish, Gyu-sara Mugi-toro Gozen, is here! Free extra-large rice (of course, on this day too) with barley rice (a portion), dashi, and tororo. It feels like it's good for the body. Plus, kimchi is a must-have. Thank you for the feast!

I visited the restaurant on a regular weekday afternoon, and even though there were many customers before and after me, there were still empty seats. I decided to order the fried chicken from Yoshinoya because I enjoyed it last time, and of course, I also wanted to have the beef bowl. However, I didn't feel completely satisfied after eating. Both the fried chicken and the beef bowl were delicious, but afterwards, I couldn't remember what I had eaten. My stomach was full, but I didn't feel that sense of satisfaction. Maybe next time, I should try something different.

I visited the restaurant before lunchtime, so I forgot the exact number of customers. They offer fried chicken at some Yoshinoya locations, so I ordered the Oyster Sauce Chicken Set. Sometimes the taste of the fried chicken can be bland if it's not seasoned well, but it should come with sauce and green onions. When I placed my order, the friendly waitress confirmed that it would take 7 minutes, to which I replied that it was okay. The food was served on time, but the appearance of the dish didn't look much like Oyster Sauce Chicken. The green onions were placed on top of the cabbage as part of the salad, and the sauce was only on one piece of chicken, making the rest look like regular fried chicken. The fried chicken was big, crispy, and juicy, but still lacked flavor. Overall, it was okay as a side dish with rice, but I think I would have been more satisfied if they had put more thought into the presentation. A bit disappointing, but thank you for the meal.

I planned to eat a quick beef bowl and leave, but when I entered the restaurant, there were about 4 groups of take-out customers in line, and many tables inside were still occupied. I found a seat at the counter that was empty. Despite the situation, I ended up ordering a "beef sukiyaki bowl with double the meat." As expected, I had to wait for about 40 minutes. The double portion of meat was quite filling, which was nice. Since I ordered it as a single item, I thought it didn't come with an egg, so I added two eggs separately. It turned out to be just right, so it was all good in the end! It would be helpful if they could inform customers of the estimated wait time when it's crowded and the wait seems long, but I guess the staff was too busy to do so.

The other day, I saw on TV how the president of Yoshinoya eats his beef bowl, so I decided to have lunch there. I ordered a beef bowl (without sauce) with a B set (pickled cabbage and miso soup) and a raw egg. I put the raw egg yolk on the beef bowl, mixed it with the meat, and then put the remaining egg white into the miso soup like a poached egg. As a final touch, I added the cabbage to the beef bowl. The crunchy texture of the cabbage mixed with the beef bowl was really good. However, I realized that I personally prefer the normal beef bowl with lots of sauce, shichimi pepper, and pickled ginger.

When I visited after a long time, I found a new menu item called "Stamina Super Special Bowl." Although I was tempted to try it, I had only eaten a block of tofu for lunch and it was already around 2 pm, so I decided to pass on it because I was worried that I wouldn't be able to eat dinner if I ate too much here. Instead, I ordered my usual, a large serving of rice with raw egg on top. Normally, I also order a large serving of beef on the side, but this time I decided to try the new "Meat-Packed Beef Bowl" for an additional 139 yen. Since the amount of ingredients in the large serving of rice with raw egg didn't seem to differ much from the regular size, I was impressed by the value of the "Meat-Packed Beef Bowl" which was served in a separate small dish at an affordable price. It might become my new favorite. However, next time, I definitely want to come earlier to try the "Stamina Super Special Bowl."

Due to the current situation, I am forced to work from home and public transportation is prohibited for commuting to the office once a week. Being cooped up at home every day makes me crave a little dining out. If I can avoid the three Cs and maintain social distance, it might be a good idea. So, I visited Yoshinoya, which I occasionally crave. Since I commuted by car, I visited on my way to work! I visited in the early morning, around 7 o'clock, and there were only two customers using one table. The entrance door was left open for ventilation. There was only one staff member inside the store. Looking at the menu, it seems like they have added more options for breakfast sets. The "Salted Mackerel Set" looks appealing too. However, the combination of natto and salmon is really delicious. I ordered the "Special Morning Set 580 yen" right away! It includes warm rice, salmon, miso soup, natto, raw egg, and seaweed. Personally, I think it's a very fulfilling meal. The long-awaited natto rice with salmon was as delicious as ever! It was very refreshing (laughs).

I ordered a regular size beef bowl with extra onions because I like both beef bowls and onions. However, when the bowl was served, there was too much cooked down meat and onions, and the meat was in small pieces. The bowl itself was almost empty, with just a little bit of sauce poured over it to try to make up for it. I can't even give a rating for the extra onions. I felt like crying but still managed to finish it. The reviewer's extra onions looked delicious, and although it's just a beef bowl, the customer service was good, so it's really disappointing. Is it really SGM after all, management?

Morning is the season for gyudon (beef bowl), isn't it? This day, I had some business on my boat in the morning, so it was a pleasant drive. Along the way, I stopped to have some delicious gyudon to fill my stomach. Ah, eggs and pickled ginger go so well with gyudon, don't they? ^^ Watching the gyudon with egg on top, a famous quote comes to mind (laughs). Maybe I should call the chef my master, haha. Ordered the Ham and Egg Beef Bowl Set for the first time! Placing the beef bowl on the rice turns it into a mini beef bowl. It also comes with ham and egg, and a vegetable salad! With miso soup! I am so satisfied with this meal. Added it to my favorites (^0_0^) Thank you for the meal.

The other day, while feeling hungry on my way back home from work at night, I decided to stop by Yoshinoya for the first time in a while. I had seen someone post about the Gyudon Super Size a while back, and it had caught my interest. I parked my car in the parking lot, entered the store, sat at the counter in front of me, and immediately ordered the Gyudon Super Size with two eggs. Normally, when I come to Yoshinoya, I order the Gyudon Size with two eggs as a rule of thumb, but this time I was excited because it was a super size. The Gyudon Super Size arrived right away! ...Huh, the bowl looks kind of small? After reading the product description, I finally understood that the Gyudon Super Size means that the meat is double the size of the regular Gyudon Size, so the rice portion is regular size, but the meat is double the regular size, hence the super size. I think it's just right for those who want a lot of meat, but I misunderstood a bit because I thought it was more than the regular size, so I ordered it as a super size. However, this Gyudon with a lot of meat is not something you can easily eat, so I decided to enjoy it as it is. I sprinkled shichimi, added pickled ginger, mixed it all up, added an egg, and ate it, then added another egg at the end. With plenty of meat, it was quite delicious (^-^) I enjoyed it very much, but since the portion was a bit small, I also ordered the Karaage Set Meal, which I had never tried before, in a regular size, and added Asari miso soup. I didn't expect to be able to eat karaage at Yoshinoya, but they serve it from 11 am to midnight. The Karaage Set Meal in a regular size arrived a little later than the Gyudon, but not too long of a wait! There were 7 pieces of chicken thigh karaage with cabbage, a regular portion of rice, Asari miso soup, and salt, pepper, and mayonnaise on the side. The karaage was juicy, and the rice went down very well. The Asari soup was also nice (^-^) I finished it all and then ordered the Black Curry in a large size with cheese and half-cooked egg topping. The curry arrived without much of a wait! The curry was quite spicy, but even though I'm not good with spicy food, it was a spicy level that I could eat, and it was quite delicious (^-^) The cheese and egg also went well with it. I finished this one with great enthusiasm as well. I ended up eating all three dishes because it had been a while, but they were all reasonably priced and delicious (^-^) I would like to visit again. They offer a morning set meal with rice, miso soup, a small beef side dish, and a seasonal side dish that you can choose yourself. It's a set menu of one soup and three side dishes for 490 yen. I chose the whitebait and grated daikon radish, my daughter had ham and eggs, and my husband had a double portion of ham and eggs for an additional 100 yen. This morning set meal started around summer and we had it at the beginning of October, but it seems to be discontinued now. However, they still have other breakfast menu options, so we will definitely visit again.

In this area, there are three chain stores that are open 24 hours a day. Around 7:30 in the morning, there were always 5 or 6 groups of customers.

I got a free coupon on SmartNews. So, I was hungry in the morning and had a beef bowl with extra broth. Yoshinoya's miso soup was so-so, but I usually just have the beef bowl which was delicious with extra broth. Thank you for the meal!

I visited the restaurant before 8 am on a holiday. There were about 3 groups of customers before and after me. I had the natto beef small bowl set meal, and as expected, the breakfast at this beef bowl restaurant has great value for money.

On a regular night, for some reason, I couldn't stop thinking about meat. So, I went to Yoshigyu and ordered the Gyugyu set meal. Since it's the time when you can get extra rice for free, I asked for it. Of course, I had Gyudon for the meat dish, and for the side dish, I chose the Kalbi beef plate. Vegetables? What's that? Can you even eat that?

I was hungry from the morning and couldn't decide where to go. After thinking for a while, I decided to have breakfast at Yoshinoya for the first time in a while, with their one soup and three side dishes set. Although there are comparisons with other restaurants, I believe Yoshinoya also offers good value for the money. It's a great start to the day. Thank you for the meal.

During the consecutive holidays, there are days when I can't take a break. If I don't start the day off right, I feel down. I enjoyed a fairly spicy curry with shichimi and pickled ginger added a little bit. Thank you for the meal.
