五月山公園
After enjoying the fried food at Marufuku, the next stop was a gallery that lovely had a connection to. Even though I don't usually look at art, it was amazing! The garden was also incredible! It was a great experience! The group then took the train to Minoh Station and headed to Satoukaede. Satoukaede had various stalls set up for a department store event. By the time we arrived around 4 pm, some items were already sold out. It's already a popular place! After leaving Satoukaede, we went to the last restaurant of the day. Located on the way to Minoh Falls, it was Onjou Sansou where they serve "Kawadoko"! lovely had made a reservation for us here as well! A big special thanks to lovely! We arrived a little before our reservation time of 4:30 pm. Kawadoko only offers set courses. The summer Kawadoko meal costs 5000 yen including tax. The sound of the river was so elegant. The surroundings were full of greenery! It was full of negative ions! The red carpet was lovely. The male and female staff members were very polite and provided excellent service. Cheers! The meal included the following dishes:
- Matsukadou Appetizer: Jellyfish in sesame vinegar, Red fish Kyoto-style grilled, Corn castella, Rolled wheat gluten, Rolled omelette, Hagiwara's simmered dish, Small taro, Winter melon, Small eggplant, Green soybeans, Yuba pouch, Maple gluten, Paprika

The appetizer had various seasonal ingredients and was delicately flavored. The sashimi platter was fresh and delicious. The ceramic plate grilled dish was like something you would have at a traditional inn banquet. The sesame ponzu sauce was amazing. The chilled soba noodles with eel was a delightful surprise. The meal ended with fine rice and red miso soup. I was already full halfway through the meal as I had worked out at the gym before meeting up in the morning, and I started feeling very sleepy and had a slight headache due to mild heatstroke. But being able to eat and drink in a different atmosphere and have a great time was really enjoyable! I'm truly grateful to lovely for planning such a fun tour!
