"The popular long-established restaurant is bustling even late at night, like during lunchtime! The 'Miyoshi' brand has three stores in Minami. This one in Shimanouchi is open until morning, so it's convenient to use late at night! However, the popularity never fades! Of course, with its casual atmosphere and reasonable prices even though it's open until late night (morning), it's no wonder it remains popular! The okonomiyaki and teppanyaki restaurant 'Miyoshi' has a second floor! The lively atmosphere inside the restaurant can be felt from outside before entering through the black door. Even late at night, it's full of customers! We managed to find a counter seat in front of the teppan, which was barely available. First, we ordered 'gyoza' for two while waiting for it to cook. This place is more known as a 'gyoza restaurant' rather than an okonomiyaki restaurant. The 'gyoza' with six pieces at 370 yen is crispy and fragrant. The filling is different from others, and that's why many people are fans of it! Delicious!! The combination of 'beer' and 'gyoza' is truly the best! Next, let's have the okonomiyaki cooked. While waiting for it to cook, let's enjoy some side dishes and wait for the finished product. The 'potato salad' has a great volume! The taste has a homemade feel to it, which is really good. The 'doteyaki' is also delicious! The 'gyoza' is cooked using a dedicated grill, but the okonomiyaki is cooked on a thick iron plate that is rarely seen nowadays. I don't know how thick it is, but this thickness is something you don't see elsewhere. That's why the okonomiyaki tastes so good, as it's slowly cooked on this thick iron plate. It's fluffy, yet the cabbage inside is crispy! This balance is really amazing! It's delicious! The 'gyoza' is great, but the 'okonomiyaki' is also amazing! One thing to note here is the 'iron plate' as well as the 'spatula.' It's not like the thin ones you see everywhere else! I was looking for a place that was open late at night, and a friend told me about a place that is open all night. I went there and the inside of the restaurant was different from the outside, with a beautiful and spacious atmosphere. They serve soba and udon noodles. I tried the recommended curry udon, which was bigger and had more food than I expected. It might be good to share it with another person. It's a bit pricey, but the interior is calming. It's a place where you can enjoy a meal even if you're not drinking.

I joined the company people at an izakaya they always go to. It's on the 2nd floor of a building and a bit hard to find. The dishes are all generous in portion and delicious. Osaka's sauce flavor is the best. The yakisoba is amazing! And the portion is more than worth the price. Just this alone will fill you up. It was so good that I ordered yakisoba again next, but with salt this time. That was good too. The sobameshi with egg on top was incredibly tasty. Thanks to that, I only had one of their famous pan-fried dumplings, but it's definitely recommended. The most surprising part was the bill. Despite eating and drinking quite a lot, it didn't go over 3000 yen per person. I found another great restaurant.

I went to a long-established teppanyaki izakaya called "Miyoshi Gyoza" in Shinsaibashi, Osaka, which opened in 1963. I heard they have a luxurious hot pot called "Gocchan Nabe," so I decided to try it. We ordered the Gocchan Nabe and the Miyoshi specialty Gyoza. The Gocchan Nabe was indeed very luxurious with a variety of ingredients such as crab, shrimp, oysters, cod, salmon, scallops, beef, pork, chicken, fish balls, napa cabbage, garlic chives, shiitake mushrooms, thin deep-fried tofu, a total of 14 ingredients. The flavors that come out from these seasonal ingredients were amazing. The quality of the ingredients used was top-notch, with plenty of crab meat and tender cod. The visual presentation of the Gocchan Nabe was impressive, and everyone was delighted when it arrived. The signature Gyoza was also incredibly delicious. It won in a Gyoza battle at a food stall contest. It had a gentle and flavorful taste that was so addictive. I wanted to eat all four servings by myself. To finish, we added Chinese noodles to the rich broth to make a delicious soup. The Gocchan Nabe was incredibly delicious. Despite being so luxurious, the Gocchan Nabe and four servings of Gyoza cost only ¥9,000, which was a great deal. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was calming. I highly recommend going to try the Gocchan Nabe this winter.

The reputation of San Yorokobi for delicious dumplings led me to visit for the first time. I ordered a salad first and what arrived was... a pack of coleslaw vegetables that you can buy at a supermarket! My initial impression was that all the dishes seemed ??? Dumplings were just okay, I guess? Other dishes left a small impression, spicy! Hmm... If you're looking for a cheap izakaya to drink at, it might be okay... There were a lot of salarymen as customers. Please take this into consideration.

I recently visited this place that was on my must-visit list because I've been obsessed with dumplings lately! I ordered the famous dumplings and also the cheese tonpei. The dumplings were decent, but I really enjoyed the cheese tonpei which went well with the rice. ( ̄▽ ̄)

Sudden craving for gyoza. I want to eat delicious gyoza! I searched in the evening and found a place that was quite close to my home! The reviews were good too, so I decided to go there. The building and interior had a nostalgic feel, which I didn't mind at all. I ordered the gyoza I was looking for, as well as scallops, negiyaki, tonpeiyaki, and pork miso soup. Since I was sitting at the counter, I could see the cooking process right in front of me. The trendy-looking guy behind the counter was actually very kind and attentive, which made me realize not to judge based on appearances. Finally, the gyoza I had been waiting for arrived! The skin was crispy and delicious. Some reviews mentioned that the garlic was strong, but personally, I didn't mind it at all. However, my favorite dish turned out to be the negiyaki! The large pieces of scallions added sweetness and a nice texture. It's a casual place where you can easily drop by, and I would love to visit again for everyday dining.

When I went to Kurokado Miyoshi before, the gyoza I ate was really delicious, so I found out on Tabelog that there is a store in Nagahori and came here! The taste of the gyoza was still delicious! Also, the tonpei yaki was pretty tasty too!

This second-floor restaurant has a Showa era atmosphere, with a relaxed and nostalgic feel. Many people use it as an izakaya, and there are a lot of regular customers. The potato salad is huge, similar to the one at Dekai Kuromon, but maybe even bigger here. The gyoza is delicious at all the branches. The atmosphere is friendly and Showa-like. I like that feeling. I even ordered some to take home for my next visit. The Ikayaki has the perfect balance of heat, and the okonomiyaki is delicious. Despite its Showa vibe, it's surprising that they accept credit cards. Overall, it's a great restaurant.

I received a message from a friend saying they were drinking with two people, so I decided to join them. I arrived around 8:30 on a weekday, and by the time I got there, they had already eaten quite a bit, so I was a bit late (laughs). It was a fresh experience for me since I usually don't go beyond Sakaisuji. The restaurant is located on the second floor up the stairs. I ordered a beer first, and at that point, I thought it would be too much to have okonomiyaki by myself, so I ordered the recommended gyoza instead. Although the okonomiyaki had already cooled down, I tried a bite, and it was delicious. It was a fluffy type of okonomiyaki. As for the gyoza, it was crispy and tasty, perfect with beer. I noticed from other reviews that there are many gyoza fans, and even though I don't usually order gyoza when dining out, I thought it was really delicious. I would like to come back and take my time next time. Thank you for the meal.

Miyoshi's gyoza chain has several locations in Minami, but the one I used to frequent was the one in Nihonbashi. Recently, the store in Matsutanimachi has been renovated, so I decided to try it out for the first time. When I called the Matsutanimachi store, I found out it was closed, so I visited this one instead. The owner was working alone and seemed very busy, especially because there was a group of about 12 people dining there. I ordered gyoza, bottled beer, kimchi, and cucumber pickles. The gyoza had a traditional, delicious taste with a strong garlic flavor. The gyoza here is really tasty.

The famous gyoza was indeed delicious. The negi yaki was also quite tasty. Overall, the food was okay, nothing particularly special. All in all, it was not bad. Thank you for the meal.

Former colleagues gathered for a mini reunion at a restaurant. We met at my shop and walked east along Mitsudera Street. We arrived at the restaurant called Sanyoshi in Shima-no-uchi. In Osaka, east-west roads are also called "sujii" instead of "tori." The restaurant is on the second floor up the stairs. We started with some draft beer and grilled squid with salt. Cheers! Later, more members joined and we ordered the restaurant's famous gyoza. They were hot and delicious, with a rich flavor and a slightly crispy surface. We also ordered okonomiyaki with squid, which was fluffy and tasty. The current owner took over the restaurant in the first year of Heisei era, and it opened in the 1960s. Before we knew it, three hours had passed. It was a fulfilling gathering with old friends, chatting, drinking, and eating. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

A shop I often visit after work! It's located on the second floor of a building with counter and table seating, but unfortunately no private rooms. The main dishes are okonomiyaki, yakisoba, and teppanyaki, but there is a wide variety of menu items and the gyoza is amazing! The gyoza is just as good as a specialized gyoza shop, with a strong flavor that you don't even need sauce for! The prices are quite reasonable. They accept cards and stay open late, which is great. I would love to go there for a beer and gyoza as a late-night snack after drinking in Minami!
