It's my birth month, so I celebrated with lunch. I went to a restaurant that MyRebi had visited a while ago. The lunch course included 90g of Okinawa black beef tenderloin and 2 prawns. The course also came with an appetizer, salad, Okinawa vegetables with island tofu and purple sweet potato teppanyaki, rice, pickles, miso soup, seasonal Okinawan vegetable stir-fry, and Okinawan zenzai. And an anniversary plate! The appetizer was green papaya pickles. Sometimes I make it at home, but it's delicious with plenty of bonito flakes sprinkled on top. The salad had a choice of Japanese dressing or Italian dressing. I chose Japanese, which had a nice acidity. The purple sweet potato dumplings teppanyaki was served next. The island tofu and vegetables were cut and grilled on the teppan, which was fun to watch. We enjoyed it with ponzu sauce. The main dish was the prawns. They were served on the teppan, where the flesh was cut from the shell, arranged, and served again. In addition to ponzu sauce, tartar sauce was served, which was incredibly delicious. It was a white sauce but quite eggy, and even though I usually only have a taste of tartar sauce, I generously dipped the prawn shells in it. The prawn heads were compressed and grilled to make prawn crackers. I chose the beef to be cooked medium rare. The tenderloin was thinly sliced and neatly arranged. The sirloin was cut into small pieces. The sirloin fat was grilled for a long time on the edge of the teppan, then finely cut and served on a plate. I didn't take a picture, but it was delicious! Of course, the meat was also excellent. Just when I thought we were done and dessert would be served, goya champuru was cooked. It seemed a bit overcooked. I didn't realize that the course included dessert, Okinawan zenzai (shaved ice with white balls and sweet red beans), so I only had half of it and then had the anniversary plate. It had chocolate terrine, pineapple sorbet, and brownie. I was really full. The coffee that came with the course wasn't very good. Teppanyaki for lunch is reasonable and good. The bright window seat wasn't the best view as you could see the neighboring Lucua. Lunch Black Wagyu Tenderloin + Prawns 5500 Lunch Black Wagyu Sirloin + Prawns 6500 Anniversary Plate 1300 Orion Beer (medium bottle) 960 Mizusen (sake) 1 cup 1500 Tax excluded.

I had lunch at a teppanyaki restaurant in the South Building of Grand Front. I ordered a 80g sirloin steak and prawns for 6500 yen. The restaurant seemed to be inspired by Okinawa, as they served Orion beer and awamori. They started with green papaya, and the teppanyaki came with purple sweet potato and island tofu - very Okinawan. The prawns were fresh and cooked perfectly, with the heads grilled like rice crackers. The sirloin was cooked medium rare and delicious, with crispy fat. Although it was a bit pricey for lunch, it was a nice place to enjoy a leisurely meal at Grand Front.

Okinawan ingredients are used in various dishes, which are perfect for the hot weather and have a refreshing coolness that increases appetite. The small portion of chilled zenzai is just right. Since I can't drink coffee, I would like other options besides coffee to be available.

This is the place to celebrate! Visited for a friend's birthday. We ordered a set of fillet and sirloin this time! Each staff member has their own unique charm. We ordered beer and wine for drinks, and the food was perfect! There were salads and desserts, and the staff's service was great, allowing us to have a blissful time without any complaints!

Our restaurant is a teppanyaki restaurant that originated in Okinawa and has expanded to Osaka, operated by a company called Aoi, a listed company on the Tokyo Pro Market, now led by a female representative. I visited the main store and made a reservation on the spot when I found out that the person standing in front of our teppanyaki grill was transferring to Osaka. This is my second visit after Golden Week. I arrived at the restaurant located on the 8th floor of Osaka's Grand Front South Building. Once again, I was served by Ms. ○○. We ordered black wagyu sirloin steak with two Kumeshima prawns, and black wagyu fillet steak with two Kumeshima prawns. We also had papaya salad, goya champuru, vegetables (onions, green peppers), purple sweet potato, and island tofu. This time, we finally got to try the goya champuru, which was not available last time, and it was amazing! The prawns were served crispy, including the head part flattened. The sirloin and fillet meat were delicious with crispy white garlic. For the finish, we had garlic rice and clear soup. As always, we added extra white rice and finished all the garlic rice as a side dish. For dessert, we had black sugar syrup. Thank you, Ms. ○○, for another great experience! Despite the high rent at Grand Front, the restaurant maintains Okinawa prices, which is one of the reasons for its popularity. Currently, it has a rating of 3.20 on Tabelog.

You can enjoy a leisurely lunch at a reasonable price, with luxurious dishes and the opportunity for private conversations. The Australian beef is cooked perfectly and delicious. The salad, dessert, and post-meal coffee add to the luxurious lunch experience.

The restaurant, which is a teppanyaki restaurant in Osaka run by female staff from Okinawa, is our place. The company operating it, Hekis Co., is a listed company on the Tokyo Pro Market, and the representative is also a woman. When I visited their main store, I found out that the person standing in front of our teppan was being transferred to Osaka, so I made a reservation on the spot, which led to this visit. In the bustling Osaka during Golden Week, we arrived at the restaurant on the 8th floor of Grand Front South Building. We met ○○ again in front of the teppan, and everyone was impressed. We ordered the following: - Black Wagyu thigh steak and 2 Kumejima tiger prawns - Black Wagyu filet steak and 2 Kumejima tiger prawns - Boiled papaya - Salad - Vegetables (onion, bell pepper) - Sweet potato fusu - Island tofu and then, - Tiger prawns The tiger prawns were served crispy with even the head flattened. Next, - Thigh meat, filet meat This time, we also had wasabi in addition to ponzu sauce! Furthermore, - Carrot shirishiri For the finish, - Garlic rice - Aosan soup As usual, we also ordered extra white rice and finished the garlic rice as a side dish with white rice! For dessert, we had - Black sugar syrup Thank you, ○○! Currently, it has a rating of 3.18 on Tabelog. Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/gitonio_inoba/?hl=es

300th post! Congratulations to myself!! (lol) The special restaurant for this milestone is this one, Aoi-san. I didn't specifically choose this place, but... the Umeda area is still underdeveloped, isn't it? It was past 2 PM and I missed lunch, so as usual, I wandered around. The restaurant was okay until 3 PM! I was promptly seated at the teppanyaki counter, which can accommodate a few people. It was a private setting at the counter. We started with a toast with beer! I ordered the course with the main dish being a 90g beef fillet. The course included: - Appetizer: Green papaya salad - Fresh salad - Stir-fried vegetables with olive: Bell peppers and shimeji mushrooms - Teppanyaki of island tofu and purple sweet potato - Australian fillet steak (90g) - Seasonal Okinawan vegetables teppanyaki: Okinawan carrots? (Carrot and egg omelette) - Okinawan-style Arsah soup - Koshihikari rice (domestic rice) - Okinawan-style zenzai Overall, the course was healthy and vegetable-focused, making it a healthy teppanyaki lunch. The main steak was fillet, so it was gentle on the body. The dessert was light and refreshing, Okinawan zenzai. It was delicious with shaved ice on top of white rice zenzai, cool and refreshing. The restaurant is operated only by female staff. I enjoyed chatting with the staff member who took care of us, making it a pleasant lunch. My stomach is still a bit empty, so I'll stop by one more place! (laughs) Thank you for the meal!

Great lunch! I wanted to hear various stories, so opting for a slightly luxurious lunch was a great choice! From salad to bitter melon champuru, steak, butter rice, and finally Okinawan zenzai, it was a luxurious lineup at a reasonable price! Of course, the taste was superb, and I felt that it's not just about the wagyu beef, but also about the skill of the chef.

A fun place where you can have a good time. I visit a few times every year as it has become a tradition! This time, I tried the recommended chicken thigh along with the fillet, sharing them both. The chicken thigh was juicy and delicious! It was a perfect combination with the fillet, allowing me to enjoy the meat thoroughly. The Goya Champuru cooked on the iron plate was also tasty and I would love to try making it at home (although I doubt I can replicate it exactly...haha). The food is great and the atmosphere is casual, making it a good place to visit ^_^

The steak lunch at the teppanyaki restaurant, Ao, run by female staff, was luxurious from lunchtime ☺️☺️ My best friend from university treated me to a birthday lunch there. I'm not sure about the order and price, but it's probably around 5000 yen... It's a teppanyaki restaurant in Grand Front, so I'm grateful to my friend! And isn't she generous? I'm so happy, it was the best! My friend's junior? cooked for us and we had a fun conversation ❤️ Congratulations on your engagement! Now, back to the food talk... The lunch comes with 2 shrimps, so we shared one shrimp lunch. We ate it with tartar sauce and the shrimp shells were made into shrimp crackers, it was a joyous dance of flavors ❤️ It was so delicious! The meat was tender and melted in my mouth ☜ Sorry for the cliche expression 🙆‍♀️ We ordered an additional garlic rice, and they split it in half for us! The garlic rice is a must-order, the seasoning is strong and amazing! They even took care of the bill while I was in the restroom, just like a boyfriend ☜ Thank you so much ♡♡ You are one of my precious friends from university ❤️ Let's stay close forever ♡ love Service: Excellent, Price: Average, Taste: Excellent, Ambiance: Excellent. The price is on the higher side for a lunch, so I rated it as average. I would love to visit again for birthday celebrations or special occasions ===========

A warm and cozy restaurant with a Okinawan atmosphere, serving authentic teppanyaki dishes! Start off with Orion beer and pickled island radish for a fun beginning! The Goya Champuru made with garlic-infused olive oil is innovative and delicious! The meat is also cooked to perfection, making it a perfect match for a special occasion!

The restaurant has a high-class yet casual atmosphere! I was brought here for a birthday celebration. The teppanyaki style adds to the luxurious feel, but the staff are friendly and make the experience enjoyable. The food is excellent, showcasing the goodness of Okinawa. Dishes like Goya Champuru have a unique touch and taste high-quality. The meat is delicious, but the standout is the white rice, which is incredibly tasty. I wish they would teach me how to cook it! Overall, the staff were great and made the experience fun and enjoyable.

Birthday celebration! Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and having to operate with shortened hours the next day, I was truly moved by how hard everyone is working to keep the business running. The food was delicious as always, and I noticed that each Goya Champuru dish had its own unique twist, showcasing the skills of the chef. I will definitely be back to enjoy another special day at Harenohi!

It's been a while. A steak restaurant with a touch of Okinawan charm. Lately, I've been choosing lean cuts when I eat steak, but this time I went for the sirloin. Orion beer, medium bottle, black wagyu sirloin steak (200g), 2 Kumeshima shrimp, tofu garlic rice.

There are various types of teppanyaki, but at Teppanyaki Midori in Umeda Grand Front, they serve Okinawan-style teppanyaki. What makes it Okinawan-style is that the food and dishes are unique, but also the fact that the teppanyaki is done by women. In Okinawa, it is common for women to do the teppanyaki. I personally like to call it "Girls' Teppanyaki". This is the only place I have encountered where women do the cooking, aside from Okinawa. My partner even said he prefers it when women do the cooking (laughs). They also serve Okinawan dishes like Goya Champuru, so you can enjoy more than just meat. The attentive service made for a pleasant dining experience. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I used a lunch voucher for a farewell party at my previous workplace! This time, I ordered a fillet from Australia, and it was delicious, possibly due to the great cooking! The appetizers like island tofu and the main dish of goya champuru after the meat were also very good, and the rice went well with it. The chef seemed young, but I could tell they put a lot of effort into their cooking, which I appreciated!

I felt like having teppanyaki after a long time, so I searched around Umeda and found "Okinawa Steak Hekisan" located in Ginza Mitsukoshi. I decided to go there immediately! The atmosphere was a bit dark compared to Ginza, lacking a lively vibe, which may be due to the influence of COVID-19. I ordered the course with black beef fillet steak. The meal started with a salad, followed by stir-fried Okinawan vegetables such as purple sweet potato, island tofu, and bitter melon. Garlic chips were served, then came the main dish, the fillet steak. It was cooked just right and delicious, although it falls short compared to domestic Okinawan beef. The course ended with black sugar shaved ice! One of Hekisan's features is that all the staff are women, creating a friendly atmosphere. However, due to COVID-19, the conversation was limited, making the experience a bit less enjoyable. The taste is good, so I would like to visit again when the pandemic is over!

After the state of emergency was lifted, I really wanted to go, so I went with an acquaintance! The staff said that it was tough being cooped up at home during the closure period of the state of emergency. They seemed to enjoy cooking, and the dishes we had were delicious! I even managed to steal the recipe for the Goya Champuru cooked on the iron griddle, so I'll try making it at home too! Despite the pandemic, they are doing their best and it was really uplifting. I will definitely go back!

Sometimes I come to the teppanyaki main store for lunch, which is located in Okinawa, Naha! Lunch courses range from 3,250 yen to 5,950 yen, depending on whether it includes different types of meat or shrimp! You can enjoy unique Okinawan dishes such as island pickles, salad, vegetables, meat, rice, miso soup, goya champuru, dessert, and coffee. I requested the meat to be cooked rare, and the fillet and thigh were tender and delicious. The vegetables, including sweet onions and goya champuru, were also tasty. The cups and plates are made of Ryukyu glass, adding to the Okinawan atmosphere. Each group has a dedicated chef who cooks for them, providing attentive service. The private-like room offers a nice atmosphere with a view of the outside and a peaceful environment. The lunch course is quite filling, so you'll leave satisfied.
