The deliciousness of this is huge!! This is Nobojin in Niseko, Hokkaido. Surprisingly delicious for a local tourist spot! High-quality lamb in Noboribetsu Onsen town! It may be a bit exaggerated, but it's a new restaurant and the high spirits of traveling make it so. On the way to Noboribetsu Onsen, when you hear "Noboribetsu~" you also think of the phrase "Bear Ranch~♪" This area reminds me of that phrase. I probably haven't been there, but maybe someday I will. As usual, this time I came looking forward to the hot springs, accommodation, meals, and the autumn foliage season. I had booked my stay at Noboribetsu two months in advance, not specifically aiming to visit this restaurant, but by chance, I got information that it opened in September, and also because my recent experience with lamb was a bit disappointing, I decided to make a reservation and check it out. The interior of the restaurant was clean and had a sense of cleanliness. And it's completely non-smoking! There is a counter surrounding the lamb butchering show cooking area. I think this live atmosphere is quite nice. With the charcoal fire, shichirin, and the slit Genghis Khan pot, the three sacred items for making Genghis Khan, I felt excited that the conditions were right for a delicious meal. There were no bean sprouts, but cabbage, onions, and fatty meat were set up. I ordered in stages and added more because it was delicious. I tried the Genghis Khan set meal, raw lamb shoulder loin, Hokkaido pork ribs, premium lamb fillet, pork salt hormone, raw lamb thick steak. The Genghis Khan set meal comes with rice, miso soup, and a soft drink. In terms of lunch prices, it's not something you can eat frequently, but since it's a tourist spot, they use charcoal fire, and you can feel the deliciousness of raw lamb meat, I felt like I would want to eat it again. I started with the meat from the Genghis Khan set meal. It seems to be raw lamb shoulder loin, and it was so juicy and tender, with a slightly unique lamb flavor. This made me really excited! The premium lamb fillet was so tender and delicious! I enjoyed it so much. It was more tender than the raw lamb shoulder loin. This deliciousness made me feel like I was in paradise! The sauce here is a smooth and mild soy-based taste that doesn't detract from the flavor of the meat, and it is seasoned with just the right amount of seasoning, with the spiciness of chili peppers and the flavor of sesame adding to the taste. It was also delicious to eat with the sauce! The Hokkaido pork ribs were decently delicious, and the hormone was also decently tasty, but the real highlight was the deliciousness of the lamb meat here. It was so delicious that I wanted to shout, "Eat this Genghis Khan!" I hope that the quality of the meat will not deteriorate over time from the new store opening. I've heard that even in Susukino, restaurants can lose their charm when they expand, or even without expanding, they can gradually lose their appeal over time. I hope this place, Unkai Souten, will work hard to become a popular and stable restaurant. The thick-cut raw lamb steak was also juicy and delicious. Watching them cut the thick slices of raw lamb and enjoying the tender meat made me satisfied and able to finish my meal happily. The rice here was also delicious and added to my happiness.
