Innovative, a long-established restaurant in Kitashinchi, founded in 2006. Although Italian-based, they offer unique dishes without a specific genre. It's a casual place where you can use chopsticks. Chef Yoshikawa is friendly and easy to talk to. The dishes for this occasion include marinated and seared Aji fish from Shimane with mint sauce, Amakusa's small skin pinchos with tomato sauce, Hokkaido sea urchin tart, Manjyuji green pepper surinagashi with bay mackerel, white fugu shirako with kudzu noodles, seasonal greens, and kinshinsou, 2kg white sweetfish from Yawatahama with olive oil and salt, Kagawa white asparagus fritters, Hokkaido green asparagus and salted pork lard with truffle sauce, smoked firefly squid tagliolini with crushed firefly squid and doubanjiang sauce, soup made from managatsuo bones with yuba and karasumi, Kobe beef prosciutto with mont blanc, dessert of fromage blanc ice cream with passion fruit, Kitauti ranch Ishigaki beef with sansho pepper, honey ball, and Awaji onion, sakura shrimp rice with al dente rice, Leone curry, sweet potato and caviar fried for 2 hours with mascarpone.
