I walked around Universal Studios early in the morning and by lunchtime, I was hungry. All the food places in Universal Studios had long lines because it was a holiday. I couldn't bear waiting for an hour just to eat, so I decided to leave the park. I found Shake Shack nearby and had a delicious burger. The patty was a bit salty but tasty, and the seasonal lemonade was refreshing. The seating was spacious and comfortable, making it a good place to escape the crowds and have a relaxing lunch.

I used it on my way back from Universal Studios Japan. I missed out on eating it when I went to America, so I finally got to try Shake Shack. I chose the Shack Stack. The deep-fried mushroom wrapped in three types of cheese was so delicious and a new sensation. I hope they open one in Nagoya too. It's expensive, but it was truly amazing!

I went to see the nemophila flowers at Maishima with my friends, and on the way back, we were deciding where to have lunch. After some hesitation, we decided to get off the bus at Universal City Station. My friend who had been to New York recommended a place there, saying it was delicious. I had never seen the menu before, but I decided to go with a regular hamburger with added avocado, just like my friend. It seemed like a good idea to have a beer too, so I ordered a Brooklyn Lager. We decided to share the fries among the three of us. There was an option to have cheese sauce on the fries, but we asked for it on the side. The beer had a strong taste that I wasn't used to, but it was quite satisfying. The fries were tasty, but the cheese sauce didn't add much flavor. The hamburger was simple, with a good amount of patty and vegetables. It was easy to taste the flavors because of its simplicity. There were packets of mustard and ketchup on the table, so I added some mustard to my burger. There were many foreign customers, including a beautiful lady dressed like Anya and someone wearing a Mario hat walking by the window. It felt like a unique experience. The lunch cost 2300 yen, which may seem a bit expensive for a hamburger lunch, but we got to enjoy a rare beer and feel close to Universal Studios, making it a fun lunch experience. I went to USJ for the first time in my life, and probably the last. I stayed overnight and tried to find a place for dinner, but everywhere was crowded. This Shake Shack was relatively empty. I tried the chicken burger for the first time, and also indulged in the calorie bomb, cheese fries. It ended up being quite pricey, but at least I didn't have to wait in line to eat.

This is Shake Shack located right in front of USJ. I went there on a Saturday night, just before the park closed. While all the restaurants in Universal CityWalk were crowded, this place surprisingly had no line. So, I was able to enjoy my meal at a leisurely pace. I ordered the Shack Burger for 840 yen, a small order of French fries for 320 yen, and a lemonade for 510 yen. The burger was delicious, with the patty having a great meaty flavor. But what I really love here is the lemonade, I always end up ordering it every time. It has just the right amount of sourness that keeps me coming back for more.

I didn't have breakfast, so I went during lunchtime on a weekday. There were no customers. Even after 20 minutes, there was only one person. It seems like not many people come here for breakfast. The burger is delicious, but in terms of cost performance, people might choose to go to a different chain instead.

I was excited to visit this shop as it's not very common in the neighborhood! The staff were really kind and helpful, the store was spacious, and since it was well past lunchtime on a weekday, there weren't many people so I could relax. The hot dog my child chose looked delicious. I initially ordered using the machine, but then forgot to order the fries at the counter afterwards. I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

In October 2022, "Shake Shack" opened on the first floor of the Park Front Hotel near USJ. Despite being open for only a month, it is already a super popular restaurant due to its location. The Brooklyn Lager for 920 yen is a must with the burger! The beer has a strong foam density and is simple yet delicious. The Shack Stack for 1380 yen is made with 100% Angus beef patty and comes with a large mushroom fry filled with a huge amount of cheese that stretches when you take a bite. The potato buns made from potatoes have just the right thickness. Compared to craft burgers in Japan, the burgers may seem slightly smaller but are still satisfying. The Smoke Shack Double for 1320 yen, with smoked bacon, also looks delicious. The Chicken Bites for 810 yen are bite-sized pieces of chicken with barbecue sauce, and the Cheese Fries for 570 yen with gooey cheese are a visual delight. The Rainbow Connection for 710 yen, a dessert, is a nice calorie boost. The original sweet concrete dessert is a mix of ice cream and other ingredients, with vanilla custard and sugar-coated donuts that have an addictive sweetness. Ah, I'm so full! Thank you for the meal!

I stopped by after visiting Universal Studios Japan. There used to be a pancake shop here, but now a Shake Shack has opened! It's a famous chain with locations in Umeda and Shinsaibashi. This was my first visit! Ordering is self-service, which makes it easy and helps with reducing crowds. The Shack Burger costs ¥840, regular fries are ¥470, and I got a Black & White Shake for ¥530. The burger was big and hearty, with a meaty patty and buttery buns. It had that heavy American burger feel to it, different from the usual burgers but still delicious. The fries were crispy and tasty, not getting soggy even with cheese on top. The shake was like cocoa and very tasty. I was a bit disappointed that there weren't many hot drink options, and my friend said the coffee wasn't great. I wish they had more hot drinks for the winter.

I took a customer to Universal Studios and had some free time. I took a nap at the hotel and lazed around until evening. Honestly, the restaurant area didn't seem very appealing... I was thinking of getting some takoyaki for takeout when I spotted Shake Shack! I had always been curious about it but had never been before. When I entered, I remembered that they didn't have set menus, and I regretted not looking it up beforehand. I ordered a Shack Burger, cheese fries, and a drink for about 1800 yen... I waited in line for my order, but there was also a place further back where you could order with a tablet. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I was called with a buzzer when my order was ready. My first impression was "small?" (laughs) The cost performance is not great. I really liked the fries. The cheese was tasty, but there was a bit too much of it, making it a bit too rich, maybe unnecessary (I'm the type who doesn't like to add anything to nuggets, etc.). As for the burger, there isn't anything particularly noteworthy. The buns were too soft and kind of mushy, so the bite wasn't very satisfying. It doesn't seem to fit into the gourmet burger category, and it feels like it's in a bit of a awkward position.

A burger that you crave regularly! This burger with a meaty patty that you won't find at other fast food chains. It may be a bit pricey, but it's totally different from what you get at a certain burger chain. The cheese fries are popular here, but personally, I find them a bit too rich, so I prefer the simple fries. The prices are similar to burger specialty shops, but remember, this is still fast food. Also, on this day, around 6 pm, the day after opening, it was surprisingly quiet, maybe due to the Halloween night.

On October 27th, Shake Shack opened at Universal City Station. It was so crowded, I was surprised! Here's what I had: Yuzu Pepper Chicken for 979 yen, Shackmeister Ale Beer for 1012 yen, and Crinkle Cut Fries for 352 yen, all including tax. The beer was an original developed for Shake Shack and was fruity and easy to drink. The Yuzu Pepper Chicken was spicy and paired well with the beer. It seems that the Yuzu Pepper Chicken is available earlier at Universal City Station than at other locations, where it will be available from mid-November. It's great to be able to enjoy it early! I recommend you all to go and try it out!

Delicious potato! I always wanted to try this potato that is only available in the Tokyo area. It was definitely worth trying. Highly recommended!
