Congratulations on the grand opening! I went to the new shabu-shabu restaurant opened by the APR Group, and I have already been there twice. It is located on the second floor of Green Building in Susukino, where Mister Donut is located, making it easy to spot from the outside with a large sign. The interior of the restaurant is incredibly spacious, with mostly private rooms, making it suitable for dates or girls' night out. I opted for the Standard B course priced at 5000 yen, which includes both pork and lamb, side dishes like seafood bowl and curry, and a beer with all-you-can-drink option. The order is placed using QR codes, making it convenient without needing to call the staff every time. The broth and meat arrived promptly, and the portions were surprisingly large. The two types of broth, gold (based on bonito) and kombu dashi (with garlic), were delicious. The recommended way to enjoy is by adding a lot of sliced leeks to the gold broth and wrapping the meat with leeks while eating. The dipping sauces include original, ponzu, sesame, and egg. The egg dipping sauce was recommended, and it was indeed a perfect match for the lamb shabu-shabu. The pork was also delicious, with a sweet fatty flavor that was delightful. Adding cabbage and enoki mushrooms to the meat while eating was a great suggestion. The egg dipping sauce was surprisingly good with rice, almost like a rice bowl. I couldn't resist trying the salmon bowl, which was also delicious. The comeback of jin-koro was a pleasant surprise, and it tasted great when dipped in the gold broth. The kombu dashi was enhanced by the minced kombu, creating a synergy of flavors that was genius. Additional orders of minced kombu were available, and it was a nice touch to be able to eat it together with the shabu-shabu. Overall, I found the original dipping sauce to be sufficient, and I didn't feel the need to try the other sauces. The B course also included a Sapporo beer, which was a bonus featured in the APR president's YouTube channel. The combination of Sapporo beer and lamb shabu-shabu was incredibly delicious. The quality of the shabu-shabu buffet was high, and I highly recommend this restaurant without any exaggeration. I might start visiting this place once a month instead of the crowded Shokudo Yebisu, as the satisfaction level here is top-notch.
