Congratulations on the grand opening! I went to the new shabu-shabu restaurant opened by the APR Group, and I have already been there twice. It is located on the second floor of Green Building in Susukino, where Mister Donut is located, making it easy to spot from the outside with a large sign. The interior of the restaurant is incredibly spacious, with mostly private rooms, making it suitable for dates or girls' night out. I opted for the Standard B course priced at 5000 yen, which includes both pork and lamb, side dishes like seafood bowl and curry, and a beer with all-you-can-drink option. The order is placed using QR codes, making it convenient without needing to call the staff every time. The broth and meat arrived promptly, and the portions were surprisingly large. The two types of broth, gold (based on bonito) and kombu dashi (with garlic), were delicious. The recommended way to enjoy is by adding a lot of sliced leeks to the gold broth and wrapping the meat with leeks while eating. The dipping sauces include original, ponzu, sesame, and egg. The egg dipping sauce was recommended, and it was indeed a perfect match for the lamb shabu-shabu. The pork was also delicious, with a sweet fatty flavor that was delightful. Adding cabbage and enoki mushrooms to the meat while eating was a great suggestion. The egg dipping sauce was surprisingly good with rice, almost like a rice bowl. I couldn't resist trying the salmon bowl, which was also delicious. The comeback of jin-koro was a pleasant surprise, and it tasted great when dipped in the gold broth. The kombu dashi was enhanced by the minced kombu, creating a synergy of flavors that was genius. Additional orders of minced kombu were available, and it was a nice touch to be able to eat it together with the shabu-shabu. Overall, I found the original dipping sauce to be sufficient, and I didn't feel the need to try the other sauces. The B course also included a Sapporo beer, which was a bonus featured in the APR president's YouTube channel. The combination of Sapporo beer and lamb shabu-shabu was incredibly delicious. The quality of the shabu-shabu buffet was high, and I highly recommend this restaurant without any exaggeration. I might start visiting this place once a month instead of the crowded Shokudo Yebisu, as the satisfaction level here is top-notch.

I entered the building right near Susukino Station. I went without a reservation around 8 pm on a weekday. The staff were energetic, but not overly so, which left a good impression. I was surprised to find out that I could order even if I was dining alone, as many places require a minimum of two people for all-you-can-eat and drink courses. The most affordable course was 4000 yen, which is quite reasonable. The higher courses include options like lamb meat and a greater variety of pork. In addition to the hot pot menu, there were also all-you-can-eat options like fried chicken, edamame, and potatoes. The hot pot broths were all delicious, and the rolled pork was visually appealing and tasty. When I ordered additional items, some were still frozen, but the taste was satisfying. The staff were all friendly and the atmosphere was great overall. The only improvement I would suggest is that some staff members had long, decorated nails when bringing out raw meat and vegetables. I would definitely come back if I have the chance!

Oh my goodness! I forgot to upload this (^_^;) I plan to go around the opening day because they have flowers. I remember going with Mr. Tabelog before. He is a really nice guy and we occasionally hang out together. On the other hand, there are some people who used to take care of me but now only use me. It's really hard to trust people, isn't it? Now, let's talk about the shabu-shabu here. They use two types of soup, kombu dashi and Japanese-style dashi. The meat options are premium lamb and Susukino Akane pork belly. Personally, I prefer soaking the premium lamb in Japanese-style dashi and the Susukino Akane pork belly in kombu dashi, but my partner just throws them in randomly, so it doesn't really matter which is which. The lamb meat is not the thin type that's been popular lately, but rather thick and delicious. I was worried it might be gamey, but it wasn't at all. The pork belly also had no unpleasant smell and was very tasty. In addition to the meat, they also offer Genghis Khan croquettes, Genghis Khan curry, and meat-filled dumplings in both fried and steamed versions. There was also some kind of skewer, maybe with lamb meat? It seems like Totoron has become a picky eater and can't eat as much as before. And he's weak with beer, he can't even finish a craft beer. Maybe it's time to graduate from all-you-can-eat soon. But even though I haven't had shabu-shabu in a while, I think the shabu-shabu here is delicious in terms of meat, soup, and dipping sauce. It was really good (*^^*) Thank you for the meal!

Welcome. ---------- 2022.09 ----------Located at South 4 West 3, along R36, on the 2nd floor of the 3rd Green Building, next to Mister Donut. There used to be Endo Suisan here before (although it closed before I visited). There is a doorbell dash button at the reception, so press it and wait. This is a new store from the APR Group, and this time, Saku-kun, who was a manager at "Torinaga," is now the manager here. The restaurant has a spacious semi-private seating area and a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff consists of stylish men and traditional Japanese women. They offer all-you-can-eat options with a wide seating area, IH machines, and QR code ordering for a modern touch. You can also enjoy their in-house "Susukino Ale" (= ´∀´)ノ凵゛. Additionally, their homemade "Koshi Shochu" and "Otaru Wine" are delicious. The "Namara Remosawa" is a lemon sour made with punch lemon (= ´∀´)ノ凵゛. On the table, you'll find addictive shichimi spice and homemade sauce (not ponzu, but a different sesame sauce or ponzu can be ordered). The main dishes are made with Susukino Akane pork and special lamb, both served in a roll style. There are two soups available - one with kelp and a Japanese-style dashi. The homemade sauce is so good that you can eat it with rice or enjoy it as a side dish with alcohol. The pork slices are not thin like shabu-shabu but thick like for sukiyaki, providing a satisfying texture without being too heavy. The lamb slices also have a distinct flavor that even those who don't like lamb will enjoy. The "Vegetable Assortment" is visually appealing. The side menu includes a "Special Egg Dip Sauce" that can be enjoyed with the pork or lamb slices. The "Nikuniku Gyoza" has a strong garlic flavor (as expected). The "Mameha" has a chewy texture and is delicious. The "Genghis Khan Croquette" showcases the strength of potatoes with a hint of lamb flavor. The "Nankotsu Karaage" is a refreshing side dish, and to make it more visually appealing, I added some vegetables that were nearby. When the kelp dashi soup becomes weak, add some chopped kelp to bring out the flavor. This kelp, when dipped in the sauce, is also delicious. The "Genghis Khan Curry" is richer than the usual bouillon I have, but it is not too spicy. For me, it was quite spicy. I kept ordering more food and drinks promptly, enjoying the hospitality of the quality staff.
