LUCUA 10F "Marufuku Coffee Shop". After watching the Tokyo Revengers 2 showdown. It was not busy for lunch but around 3 pm it was full. I wrote my name and waited for about 15 minutes to be seated. The "Plenty of Calpis Whip & Mango Parfait" is available as a single item for 1320 yen. With a movie ticket stub, you can get a mini ice cream or take-out coffee. I love mango, so I ended up getting the parfait. The parfait I received had a different color of mango from the photo, but I guess that's okay. I think they probably thawed out a frozen one, but it was delicious. The whip wasn't too strong in Calpis flavor and was light. It was easy to eat with almost no acidity. I thought the bottom glass part had mango in it, but it turned out to be diced jelly... What?! So, only the toppings are mango. I didn't get that "I just ate mango" satisfaction. I also got a mini ice cream to-go because I didn't have a place to drink the coffee. It was also on the parfait.

After lunch, I found a cozy cafe where I could relax and chat. I was able to enter without waiting on a weekday afternoon, and the retro Showa-era atmosphere inside was calming. I chose the hot cafe au lait and cake set for 1140 yen. The cakes all looked delicious, so it was hard to decide. The cake I chose was a big hit. I felt so comfortable that I ended up staying for a long time. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

Marufuku Coffee Shop Retro Pudding a la Mode 1450 (drink set) looks like a parfait with pudding a la mode. The fruits included are strawberry, kiwi, banana, orange, and cherry. It also comes with Baumkuchen and a plate that has a wafer-like texture. The pudding is a smooth custard pudding that is not too firm but still holds its shape well. Under the pudding, there are crunchy bits, oranges, and bananas. There is a good amount of crunchiness, giving it more texture than it appears.

Marufuku Coffee on the 10th floor of Lucua. It can get quite crowded during lunchtime, but when I went around 19:30 after dinner, it was not busy. I ordered cocoa, which was rich and delicious. Marufuku is known for their strong and tasty coffee, but I also love their cocoa.

I often use this place and this time I had the cheesecake. It was not the usual super rich cheesecake, but rather a soft, slightly sponge-like texture that was easy to eat. It was very delicious.

It's crowded here, and it's hard to get our orders taken. It's noisy too. The cheesecake is just average in taste. Mistakes on the order sheet are not the customer's fault. The surprised attitude... I can't find the words...

This time, it was my non-alcohol day, so after dinner, I enjoyed coffee time with some sweets at the Lucua store. Among the popular stores on the 10th floor of Lucua Ile, this shop attracts a wide range of age groups. They not only offer coffee but also a variety of rice dishes. They have: ○Blend Coffee (590 yen) ○Coffee Refill (310 yen) ○3 types of baked sweets (350 yen) The baked sweets are subtly sweet and do not interfere with the aroma of the coffee. While they are categorized as Western-style sweets, they have a mild aroma that perfectly complements the coffee. The blend coffee was as delicious as ever, and I couldn't resist getting a refill. Osaka has many shops with delicious dark roasted coffee, but the coffee here is on par with them. It has been refined through deep roasting to capture the unique sense of roasted beans in Osaka, gaining support from a wide range of customers. I went around 7 pm on a regular day. It was somewhat crowded towards the back, so it felt a bit cramped. The cream soda and mini pudding were delicious, and the mini pudding gave a satisfying feeling of fullness. It would have been nice if they noticed when the water was empty while clearing the dishes, but overall it had a good atmosphere.

It gets busier during lunchtime, but Marufuku Coffee is popular for providing high-quality coffee and a cozy atmosphere. This time, I ordered a hot cocoa. The cocoa was rich, and you can adjust the sweetness to your liking with sugar, which I really liked.

I have been using Marufuku Coffee at a pace of once a month. Even though it's usually crowded and you have to wait to get in, today I was able to enter smoothly. My goal for today was to drink the limited edition Zunda Shake available until the end of August. It's said to be limited to 10 people per store. I saw it on Marufuku's app and knew I had to try it! It was around 3:00 PM when I was able to easily order the limited edition Zunda Shake. As a fan of Zunda Mochi, I had high expectations. The taste was more vanilla-forward with a subtle zunda flavor, but it had a nice texture from the beans. The straw was thick like the ones you get when you order tapioca. The shake had ice in it, which made it a bit difficult to drink, but I still enjoyed it. The coffee is always delicious too. I love Marufuku, thank you for the treat!

In the summer, it's convenient to be near the station. Lately, I've been using LUCUA a lot! On this day, I took a break at Marufuku Coffee. I like the calm and relatively quiet atmosphere there. I shared a cheesecake and hotcakes. I can't resist the combination of strong coffee and sweet treats. The hotcakes were nostalgic, delicious, and satisfying. I want to go back again.

After shopping and feeling tired, I took a break by entering this cafe. I ordered a cake set with a delicious coffee. Since it was hot, I chose iced coffee. You can choose between unsweetened coffee with syrup on the side or pre-sweetened coffee. The cafe has a calm atmosphere where you can relax. The chestnut roll cake was also delicious. My friend ordered a mixed juice and a strawberry tart, which looked delicious too. It was a nice and relaxing break! Thank you for the meal!

In August 2020, I had tea at a cafe. I ordered the limited-time Calpis chiffon cake for 1,298 yen and the member-exclusive Pink Lemonade for 638 yen. Both had a refreshing taste perfect for summer and were delicious. It's located in the direct connection to Osaka Station at Lucua, so it's convenient. I recommend it.

In March 2020, I visited Ocha located in Lucua Osaka. It is conveniently located in the restaurant district. They offer various options for breakfast, lunch, and café. I came here after having motsunabe at Ooyama-san. I ordered coffee, pudding, and chocolate cake. The coffee from Marufuku Coffee has a rich flavor and is delicious. The traditional pudding is also delicious. The cake was also amazing. I highly recommend it.

On February 22, 2020 (Saturday) after 8 pm, I went to Shun's with a friend who came from Kyushu to have some tempura. Afterwards, we moved to have tea at Marufuku Coffee Shop on the same floor. We had to wait for about 15 minutes as there were two groups ahead of us. I have been to this place several times. Whenever I eat at Lucua, I tend to come here afterwards. Despite having already eaten, we decided to have some sweets. I ordered the Marufuku Retro Sweets Plate, which included pudding, donuts, and two small baked goods. I really wanted to have the pudding... It costs 700 yen for just the plate (tax included) or 1,120 yen with a drink. I ordered a hot milk tea. My friend ordered a plate with pudding, pound cake, and duck wafers. It's nice that you can try different sweets here. The prices are reasonable too. We had a great time chatting and laughing a lot. Located on the 10th floor directly connected to JR Osaka Station, I had a light lunch here. The interior consists of all table seating. I had the Marufuku Cali Toast Set, which includes Cali Toast, a mini salad, a choice of soup, a drink, and a mini yogurt. The main Cali Toast was freshly baked and hot, with plenty of cheese. I chose the Minestrone soup, which had a good amount of ingredients. I didn't need the yogurt, so I would have preferred more soup instead. Overall, it was a satisfying meal! The price of 1,300 yen is a bit on the higher side, but the central location on the 10th floor means there are no windows for an open view. However, the friendly service from the staff made the atmosphere quite comfortable.

Seasonal limited edition Halloween special dessert, the Pumpkin A La Mode, priced at 1200 yen (including a drink). The plate is decorated with a bat drawing made of cocoa powder. The Pumpkin A La Mode comes with strawberries, grapes, cranberries, and Baumkuchen. The cream on top of the Baumkuchen is shaped like a ghost meringue. Enjoy it with Viennese coffee for 750 yen. The coffee has a unique rich flavor typical of Marufuku. The total cost for two people is 1950 yen. The restaurant has a spacious seating area, although there are no windows.

I visited a cafe in September 2019. The location is in Lucua Osaka. I waited in line for about 15 minutes before finally being called. I had received a 15% off coupon for my birthday month as a member, so I decided to use it right away. I chose the limited-time Coffee Fair Plate Set for 1200 yen. With the 15% off, it came to 1020 yen. I had a cafe au lait as my drink, and the fair plate included coffee pudding, baked sweets, and cake. It had a sophisticated taste. I was able to relax and enjoy my time at Marufuku Coffee. I highly recommend it.

I stayed at a budget hotel next to The Ritz-Carlton Osaka and checked out at 10 am without breakfast as usual. The pizza place I wanted to visit opens at 11 am, so I decided to have breakfast here first. I can't eat pizza on an empty stomach, right? This cafe is located in a restaurant area in the commercial building called Lucua. It seems to be a local chain store in Osaka. I ordered the following for breakfast: - Curry Toast Morning Set: 690 yen There was a breakfast option with just a drink, but I decided to go for the luxurious set. The curry toast had spicy curry and cheese on 8 slices of bread. Although the curry may seem like a small amount, it had the power to make all the ingredients taste like curry, creating a perfect balance. The melted cheese was delicious and didn't stick together. The service of bringing a new towel after the meal was a nice touch. The spacious interior was completely non-smoking, allowing me to relax. Thank you for the meal!
