I visited "Yakitori Sakura" in Osaka, where you can get a skewer of negima (chicken and green onion) for only 33 yen each. The restaurant opens at 5 pm, and you can make reservations and order using a touch panel. You can choose between salt or sauce, and specify whether you want more or less rice. There is a limit of 30 skewers per order, but no total limit. I ordered 30 skewers, requesting half of them to be grilled without sauce. Even with a full stomach, the total cost was only 990 yen. The chicken is from Awaji, the green onions are sweet, and the quality is excellent. A 500ml draft beer costs 499 yen, which is a fair price. They also offer rare cuts like soriresu and tsunagi for 143 yen each. We ordered a variety of skewers, including bonjiri, seseri, kawa, and yagen, totaling 44 skewers for 4460 yen including drinks. The restaurant is very honest and fair in its pricing.

Negima for 33 yen and the touch panel are convenient. At Torikizoku, I learned to order the mixed rice first! However, it was quite hot because there was solid fuel burning nearby the whole time. The Negima was delicious, and the heart was also very tasty and firm. The tsukune and chicken wings were also excellent choices. The difference in heat compared to other restaurants was noticeable. The chicken wings were crispy and definitely worth ordering again.

This is Sakura Imazato branch of Yakitori. This time it's about drinking. Just get off at Imazato Station, have a drink at Yakitori, try their famous 36 yen negima, 35 skewers, tsukune, heart, chicken porridge, etc., with beer and highball. And to finish off, have their soy sauce ramen. It's light, with a normal soy soup, probably chicken broth, a hint of black pepper in the soup, noodles are slightly soft, just the right amount for a post-yakitori meal. Green onions, onions, which are Awaji Island produce, and chicken meat, all unique to a Yakitori place. It was just the perfect dish to finish off with.

After moving, it was my first visit! The interior is spacious and relaxed! The seats are separated by curtains, and there is touch panel ordering, which was innovative! The prices for small dishes have increased by about 100 yen, and the taste of the yakitori seemed to have dropped a bit, but I still think they are doing their best at a reasonable price! (I'm so picky, haha) - Tsukune with shiso butter (143 yen): Fluffy tsukune with delicious shiso butter! - Negima (33 yen): One-bite size yakitori with onion and thigh meat! Cheap and easy to eat, so I couldn't stop eating them! - Seseri, tsunagi, heart, zuri (143 yen each): Cheap but very small portions! - Soriresu: A bit larger piece of just thigh meat. - Momogoma shoga and Jyunkin: I like the chewiness of pure chicken meat. - Saba cheese harumaki (439 yen): Sweetly seasoned mackerel flakes with plenty of cheese, but the frying seemed off as the spring rolls were oily and soggy. - Chicken karaage: Crispy thin coating with juicy thigh meat, very delicious! - Ika iri tororo yaki: Just delicious tororo yaki! - Grilled rice ball (369 yen): I wish they had included some pickles, haha. - Chicken porridge: Light in flavor. - Liver oil yukke (469 yen): Liver simmered in a yukke style! - Extra large shishamo (143 yen): It wasn't that big, haha. We spent almost 10,000 yen for three people.

"Yakitori no Sakura" in Imazato, Osaka offers a variety of menu items that go well with alcohol, in addition to yakitori. The restaurant has recently relocated and now operates with a tablet-based ordering system. The seating areas are divided by curtains, creating a cozy atmosphere. Recommended dishes include: - Negima (green onion and chicken skewers) - Homemade cheese tofu - Yakitori donburi (rice bowl) - Cold tofu - Potato salad - Extra-large grilled shishamo (smelt fish) - Grilled grated yam with squid The bite-sized negima skewers are cute and juicy, and at only 330 yen for 10 skewers, they are a great deal! There is no limit to how many skewers you can order, which is a plus. The homemade cheese tofu is a favorite, with a delicious sweet and salty flavor that serves as a great palate cleanser. The oven-baked chicken thigh with bone also caught my eye, something to try next time! This wallet-friendly yakitori restaurant is highly recommended. Thank you for the delicious meal! This is a shop that I always stop by when I go to Osaka. Every skewer is perfectly grilled and they are very reasonably priced at 30 yen per skewer, with the negima skewer being particularly famous ⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ They also serve chu-hai with plenty of sliced lemons. Highly recommended shop! Definitely check it out!

Sakura's specialty "30 yen Negima" is a must-try for salarymen! The taste is excellent! The grilled heart and liver are cooked perfectly. You can also try rare cuts like Soriresu (the base of the thigh meat) and Tsunagi (the connection between the liver and heart), which you won't find anywhere else. Soriresu is light and fluffy, perfect for female customers. Tsunagi is so delicious that you won't want to swallow it, you'll want to keep it in your mouth forever! Above all, the owner is very friendly. It's a great restaurant that I hesitate to recommend but can't help but share with everyone. Be sure to check it out!

Located just a short walk from exit 8 of the Imazatosuji Line subway station, is a yakitori restaurant that my former colleagues and I used to frequent a few years ago. The highlight of this place is definitely the Negima skewers priced at just 30 yen each! They are bite-sized, about half the size of a regular skewer, but at 30 yen, they are incredibly cheap. And there are two more great points about them. One is that they use Awaji Island onions instead of regular leeks, which adds a delicious sweetness. The other is that even if you eat the skewer straight, it won't get stuck in your throat! As a girl who doesn't like to bite sideways, I always remove the meat from the back of the skewer with chopsticks before eating, so these Negima skewers are very easy to eat and convenient! I usually order them in quantities of 10, but some people order 30 or even 50 at a time. It's frustrating not being able to order more because they look so good for photos. If you can eat a lot, definitely order a bunch and try taking a photo. It will make for a pretty impressive picture (laughs). It had been a while since I last had them, but they were still just as delicious. Another dish I ordered this time and enjoyed was the Nagaimo Somen. This one is a winner for sure. I also remember the Okra Bacon skewer being delicious. The Seseri had a bit too much sinew for my liking, so it was a bit iffy. I wasn't feeling well, so I only had a glass of plum wine for drinks. Eating a decent amount cost me about 1500 yen. Hmm, the cost performance is just too good. I didn't order it this time, but the other specialty, the Oven-Baked Boned Thigh for 398 yen, is also highly recommended! Thank you for the meal.

Local favorite yakitori restaurant, Sakura, has two locations in Shin-Fukae and Imazato. Currently, they are refraining from regular dine-in service, but they are offering takeout sets on weekends. You can call to place an order between 12pm and 5pm, and pick up your order at a specified time between 4pm and 7pm. Although the Shin-Fukae location is closer, on this particular day, I went to the Imazato location for takeout. For 1000 yen, I got the Sakura set which included 15 negima skewers, 5 pieces of karaage, and 4 pieces of chicken katsu. What a great deal! The highlight at Sakura is their negima skewers priced at 30 yen each. They are small in size, but you could easily eat 50 of them! The skewers are filled with sweet onions which taste delicious. The karaage and chicken katsu were also generously portioned, and even with two people sharing, we were quite satisfied. They also offer additional items like tartar sauce and Awaji onion sweet vinegar pickle for purchase. I bought the onion sweet vinegar pickle, and after letting it sit in the fridge overnight, it was just right. With dining out being difficult these days, home-cooked meals have become more common. I think of this as an opportunity to spend more time with family, while making use of takeout to get through these challenging times. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Great value for money! The famous Negima skewers are only 30 yen each, so at every table, the first order is always "30 Negima skewers!" or "20 Negima skewers!" The small-sized yakitori with just the right amount of sauce is so good that you can keep eating them! Of course, everything else on the menu is delicious too. Conveniently located near Osaka Metro Imazato Station.

It's been a while since my last review. I go out for drinks every day, but I haven't had the motivation to write a review lately. Today, I felt like sharing a review of "Yakitori Sakura" located near the northwest side of Imazato Station. They open at 6pm and close at 2am, which is great because they stay open late in this area. The interior has counter seats and about six table seats. I made a reservation, but the place quickly filled up with customers as soon as they opened. And it's no wonder, with their incredibly reasonable and wallet-friendly prices. For example, they offer: - Draft beer small 290 yen - Draft beer medium 390 yen - Classic Lager small bottle 390 yen - Kakubin Highball 290 yen - Yamazaki/ Hakushu Highball 390 yen - Sour 290 yen - Shochu 360 yen - Sake 360 yen - Various cocktails 360 yen And for food: - Various yakitori 130 yen each - Specialty Negima 30 yen - Oven-baked boned thigh 360 yen (salt lemon grilled, spicy garlic grilled) - Various salads 360 yen - Fried foods and side dishes 360 yen - Speed menu items 230 yen - Rice and soup 290 yen The Negima skewers are a must-try, order them in sets of 10 per person. They may be small portions, but at 30 yen each, they're more than enough! The oven-baked boned thigh for 360 yen is also a steal! It's cooked slowly in the oven for 20-30 minutes, with a crispy exterior and juicy interior. The quality at this price is amazing! No wonder the place fills up so quickly. It's a reliable and great place to go to. Trust me on this!

The menu is limited, but it's enough to make you indecisive about what to eat. The prices are generally cheap, so you can try a variety of dishes. The most expensive item is 360 yen. The Negima (green onion and chicken skewers) is only 30 yen! The prices have not been raised since the opening of the restaurant, which is impressive. Today, I had the oven-grilled bone-in thigh for 360 yen, and it was delicious. They also have dishes like chicken nanban with tartar sauce and kimchi risotto. The yakitori is cooked perfectly. I recommend trying the cut fruit cocktails. They have highball, lemon sour, and red ball punch. I have been coming here since they opened, and the consistent taste and creative dishes are amazing. Personally, I prefer the sauce to be a bit sweeter. If you're going to a chain restaurant, I recommend coming to Yakitori Sakura. They have recently opened a second branch in Fukae Bridge. They focus on using domestic ingredients. Their signature Negima is only 30 yen! Other items on the menu include cheese-stuffed meatballs, chicken thigh skewers (with sauce or salt), quail with bacon, heart skewers, spicy cucumbers, chicken skin skewers, handmade potato salad, chicken liver skewers, chicken karaage, oven-grilled bone-in thigh, homemade cheese tofu, grilled soft cartilage, vanilla ice cream, and soliles.
