You can enjoy a leisurely time in the beautiful scenery of the mountain. The trail curry for 1300 yen is mild and sweet, but the chicken is spicy and has an ethnic flavor. It's topped with plenty of vegetables. The hamburger with Rin-go pork and homemade bubble potatoes for 1100 yen is juicy and has a large onion and juicy tomato. The bubble potatoes are fluffy and delicious. The ice cream cookie sandwich for 550 yen and cafe latte for 550 yen were also delicious! I want to try the creme brulee next time. Gokayama Dam Cross Base. A cafe next to Montbell. I ordered a Mango Slush for 680 yen. Frozen drinks are perfect for hot days. The mango flavor is delicious (no fruit chunks). They also have other tasty-looking sweets. They serve hamburgers and curry for lunch from 11 am to 3 pm. The food menu is a bit limited. The interior is simple and stylish. The view from inside the cafe is not great, so it's better to take your order outside to enjoy the view.

This is a stylish cafe located inside Gokazan Cross Base. The shop, designed by "TAGSTA" in Haruyoshi, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, has a sophisticated interior. I visited for lunch and ordered the TRÅIL curry and iced coffee. I was seated by the window, where I could enjoy the view of Gokazan Dam. As I admired the scenery, my curry and iced coffee arrived. The TRÅIL curry costs 1300 yen and is a genuine curry topped with jerk chicken marinated in a mild coconut milk chicken curry. It may sound rude, but I never expected to eat such authentic curry by the dam. The drink was an iced Americano for 520 yen, a black coffee with a rich espresso aroma. The container was portable, so after eating, I took a stroll around the area with it in hand. The cafe is located next to Montbell at Gokazan Cross Base.
