The cafe is located on the first floor of a mixed-use building and has a small, stylish atmosphere both inside and out. It is clean and not cluttered, making it a relaxing space to enjoy your coffee. While I have only tried their iced coffee, it seems like they take their coffee seriously. It can be a bit challenging to choose your beans at first, but there is a simple explanation at the ordering counter, so you can just pick based on your mood that day. They prepare each cup of coffee after you order, but when I visited, they only had one person working, so it might be a bit of a wait if they are busy. However, considering the location and atmosphere of the cafe, I don't think it's the kind of place where you need to rush through your coffee. You can just relax and wait for your coffee to be ready. If you prefer a quick and efficient experience, you might be better off going to a chain cafe.

I paid first and then sat down to enjoy my espresso and cookie. The espresso had just the right amount of bitterness with a packet of sugar added. The cookie was crispy and delicious - I liked that you could buy just one piece. I got a little too excited about the espresso and took a sip before taking a picture (laughs). Next time, I'll try a double shot. I'm also interested in trying the Retro Print. I also bought some coffee beans ground into powder - the Brazilian beans are deep roasted without any acidity. Visited on Thursday around 10 am. There were no customers when I arrived, but two groups came in right after me. Ordered and paid at the counter, then chose a seat. It's fine to leave after finishing your meal. I came for the Retro Pudding (500 yen) that day. Also ordered an Iced Cafe Latte (500 yen) for my drink. The Retro Pudding had a traditional firm texture with a light cream on top. The balance with caramel was exquisite and very delicious! The latte was a bit bitter. Next time, I might ask for syrup. When I asked if I could take photos inside and outside the shop, they kindly said, "Please take lots of pictures from different angles!" So, I took many photos. The baked goods looked delicious, and the dessert menu changes weekly, so I'd like to visit again!

I'm in Osaka. The shop is located near Tsurumi, along the Green 1 Inner Ring, just south of the intersection of Green 1. I happened to pass by the front of the shop and was curious because a new shop had opened. So I decided to check it out. Inside the shop, there was a lot of new shop atmosphere. In the middle of the shop, there was a bright red espresso machine that looked like a Ferrari! The main focus here is coffee, with various attractive sweets like baked goods and pudding. But seeing such an enticing espresso machine, I couldn't resist ordering a double espresso. My friend ordered the original blend coffee and a chocolate cake. After paying, we poured ourselves some water and waited at our table. Soon, the espresso, original blend coffee, and chocolate cake arrived! I tried the espresso first, which was hot with a good acidity level and quite delicious. It had been a while since I had such a tasty espresso. However, I personally prefer a stronger taste. It was good for drinking straight, but since I like to add a lot of sugar, I felt it was a bit lacking. I thought it would be nice if they provided a pot of sugar instead of just sugar sticks. I also tried my friend's original blend, which was easy to drink and had an American feel. The butter cookie was really delicious. As for the chocolate cake, I found it a bit powdery and not to my taste. It was also larger than I expected. The trendy table was a bit unstable, making me a little worried when placing ceramic or glass dishes on it. It might be a good idea to put a non-slip rubber mat underneath the table. However, this could affect the appearance and make it harder to clean. Maybe I'll try buying some beans next time? It would be great if they had Colette to drink. I wonder if they don't serve alcohol?

After playing at Nagai Park, I went to this place. The pudding seems to be famous, but it was sold out. The roll cake had a sponge similar to castella, with a strong flavor. The cream was fluffy and sweet, and delicious. The cookies were soft and crumbled in the mouth. The coffee had a good balance of bitterness and milk, and everything was delicious. The interior of the store was stylish and clean, as it had opened in February.

There is a beautiful cafe that is described as "like a port where dimples gather." It is a stylish and modern cafe where even the doorknob is made from an espresso machine filter holder, and there are footprints on the counter. I tried the pudding and cafe latte. The pudding is a beautiful trapezoidal shape with a dollop of whipped cream on top. It is a firm pudding, not like the typical Showa-era pudding. It is moist and has a texture similar to terrine, and you can keep going back for more. The latte was delicious too, thanks to the barista.

When I want to relax and de-stress, I come here. I was feeling tired and stressed, so I enjoyed a slow caramel mocha and pudding. It was delicious. I want to eat the pudding again.

The staff is polite, calm, and has a serene atmosphere which is great. Time passes slowly in the store. It is calming. Above all, the coffee and desserts are delicious.
