Three adults from our family went out for dinner. The dishes were colorful and filling, with good value for money. It took a bit of time for the food to be served, but it might be okay for those who enjoy wine. We are a family of geckos, so we only had soft drinks. We would like to bring our children next time.

One evening, two people visited a new place for the first time. They decided to go drinking in the Toyoshima area after a long time. They checked out the surrounding stores and chose a place recommended by a friend. Unfortunately, that place was closed for spring break. So, they decided to try another place with high ratings on Google reviews. When they arrived at the front of the restaurant, they realized they had been there before, but it had changed. The location used to be Moonlight Kitchen 6 and a half years ago, and even before that, it was a place called Bilanju. They ordered Il Serpente's assorted appetizers for two, spicy clam pasta, and grilled squid. The assorted appetizers were not exactly as listed on the menu, but they were delicious and satisfying. The grilled squid was particularly tasty. They each ordered their own drinks, and the reviewer had three glasses of Super Dry draft beer. Despite being a casual Italian restaurant, it was quite popular and bustling on a weekday night.

Pasta lunch for 1320 yen. Fresh pasta for 150 yen. Carne lunch for 1680 yen. Appetizer assortment including roast ham, broccoli with anchovy mayonnaise, caponata, omelette, and sweet potato cream cheese. B. Cream sauce with spear squid and komatsuna. Creamy sauce with tender chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms. Desserts for 330 yen: gateau chocolat and cheesecake. The pasta lunch is a bit pricey, but the desserts are reasonably priced. A satisfying and delicious lunch experience from start to finish.

Pasta lunch for 1320 yen, fresh pasta for 110 yen each. Carne lunch for 1680 yen with assorted appetizers including ham, Italian omelette, oysters with olives, sweet potatoes with cream cheese, and chicken with paprika. A pasta dish with pancetta and onion tomato sauce. The fresh pasta is soft like kishimen noodles. Pork spare rib boiled in Italian style broth, a hearty stew with a strong flavor. Enjoyed with plenty of mustard. Valentine's Day chocolate set for 180 yen, a chocolate dessert on Valentine's Day. The appetizers were delicious, and I've been here many times. I wish they could upgrade the pasta set to include the five appetizers.

I visited to try the limited-time menu.
A. Hamburger lunch for 1300 yen
B. Porchetta panini lunch with lettuce for 900 yen
C. Porchetta panini lunch with arugula for 1000 yen
It took a little time for the meal to be served, so it's not like fast food.
I could feel the attention to detail with the homemade bread.
The porchetta panini with arugula, pork shoulder loin, and balsamic vinegar went well together, making it a high-quality panini.
The pork shoulder loin in the panini is like ham, but the meat in the hamburger is thick and there are plenty of ingredients, so it was delicious.

I visited the nearby Italian restaurant "IL SERPENTE" again. I had made a reservation for the "Enjoy Course" (3,800 yen) which includes 7 dishes with 90 minutes of all-you-can-drink. A salad with prosciutto was served before the appetizers. It was delicious! I started with a glass of draft beer, cheers! The appetizer platter had 6 different dishes, all tasty. I switched to a highball next, which was a bit strong. The pasta dish was eggplant with ragu sauce, and the pasta was lasagna. It was accompanied by homemade bread. The meat dish was chicken with an excellent sauce. I enjoyed dipping the bread in it. I had a glass of red wine, an Italian wine, which was great. The second pasta dish was spicy squid peperoncino, very flavorful. For dessert, there was a moist cake, delicious! It had been a while since I last visited, but I left feeling full. Since the restaurant has a maximum of 20 seats, it's recommended to make a reservation in advance. You can find my previous article about "IL SERPENTE" here: http://mickeyjapan.blog.fc2.com/blog-entry-1076.html

The appetizer was a bit smaller than before. The pasta had chunks of block bacon and eggplant, giving it a satisfying texture. The tomato flavor with garlic was delicious. We also had tiramisu for dessert.

I finally visited this lovely Italian restaurant in Miyakojima, which opened last year. It takes about a 10-minute walk from anywhere when you go by train. I immediately tried the recommended dishes written on the blackboard - Stuffed mushrooms with ham and olives, Baked sea bream, Ribeye steak, Seafood potato salad, Pork stew with cacio e pepe. Everything was delicious, especially the sea bream and cacio e pepe. The ribeye steak was also very satisfying and had a good portion size. I want to come back again to try more pasta dishes.

The long-awaited lunch service has started! It's available twice a week, which makes it easy to drop by. I'm happy about that. The lunch menu includes: an assorted appetizer plate with fish marinated in vinegar and sweet potato with cream cheese, a choice of two pasta dishes, and a cheesecake drizzled with honey.

Last November, I visited a newly opened Italian restaurant in the neighborhood. I believe this is the third generation Italian restaurant at this location. On a holiday, my partner invited me to go. The restaurant is called Il Serpente. It is located near the Takakura 3-chome bus stop in Osaka City, between Fruit Hamachan and a Nissan dealership. The restaurant is run by a husband and wife, with the husband having previously worked as a manager at Allegro. The atmosphere is cozy, focusing on Tuscan cuisine from central Italy. They only serve Italian wines, starting from 2500 yen per bottle. This time, we enjoyed a variety of wines by the glass. The interior has table seating along the left wall. We started with a green salad, homemade pickles, and a glass of white wine. For the main course, we had oven-baked red snapper and a ribeye steak, both of which were delicious. We look forward to trying their appetizers, pasta, and risotto next time. Overall, we had a great dining experience.

When it comes to Allegro, pizza is the first thing that comes to mind, but there is no pizza here. The sign of Allegro Minamimorimachi store is displayed inside the restaurant. The recommended menu items include an appetizer assortment, anchovy and fermented butter bruschetta, mushroom cream sauce pasta, rice croquette, sausage, beef sirloin steak, cheesecake, and tiramisu. The homemade bread bruschetta seems to be a popular menu item. This is the third restaurant in the same location (previously Bilanju and Tsukigekikitchen), so I hope Il Serpente will continue to thrive.

I visited the new Italian restaurant "IL SERPENTE" that opened in November. The name "SERPENTE" means "snake" in Italian. I wonder if they like snakes? The restaurant used to be "Gekkou Kitchen" and before that, it was "Biranju". I started with a draft beer "Super Dry" (460 yen). For appetizers, I had the cheese-filled rice croquette (420 yen) which was delicious. I also tried the homemade Bolognese with porcini mushrooms (1,480 yen) and it was great. The fresh flat pasta "Pappardelle" was wider than Fettuccine. The oven-baked Lasagna (880 yen) was tasty. The homemade Salsiccia and porcini mushroom risotto (1,580 yen) was rich and flavorful. The prices are a bit high considering the area, so it may not be suitable for everyday dining. The restaurant was busy, and some customers were being turned away. It would be nice if they offered some kind of service voucher to make up for it. Repeat customers are important for the restaurant's success. They have a good selection of Italian wines in their wine cellar. Overall, it was a good experience.

The porcini cream pasta is delicious! The lamb is stuffed with cheese, breaded and fried, and the olive-filled meat-stuffed fritters are also good!
