JR Moji Station North Exit, a bakery that opened at Moji Red Brick. Initially, it was irregular holidays, but since October 17th, it has been closed on Mondays. When I came to watch pro wrestling on October 2nd, I had a conversation like "There's a bakery" "Oh" but I wondered what happened afterwards, so I visited. It seems that my friend didn't really care about it... ( '-' )
I've never heard of the word "bakery & chandelier" before (laughs). The exterior and interior look like a stylish space like a beauty salon. Maybe that's why it's called that because it's produced by "eccentric and weird" people, but it's a legitimate stylish space without feeling eccentric at all. I forgot to take a closer look at the chandelier because it was so bright with plenty of natural light coming in through the large windows during the daytime.
There are counter seats facing the road on the sea side, and you can eat in. The bread is generally on the high-end side, and there are no items under 200 yen. Since it's expensive anyway, I decided to try the most expensive hamburger in the lineup, which seemed to be focusing on 5-6 types. I was torn between Unzen Ham Cutlet and Shrimp Mayo, but in the end, I decided on you (Pork Shoulder Loin Balsamic Teriyaki) that caught my eye when I entered the store! I also wanted to try something from the sweet section, so I got a Chocolate Melon Pan. The bread is expensive, but the drinks are cheaper. A 250 yen coffee is made one cup at a time from the machine after ordering.
- Pork Shoulder Loin Balsamic Teriyaki (500 yen)
Even without reheating, it's delicious as expected from the high-end line. When you bite into the fatty part, the thick pork meat with a crispy texture is tender and easy to eat once cut. The taste of balsamic vinegar and mayonnaise stands out more than the teriyaki flavor, so despite the thick meat, it feels light or refreshing to eat. The marinated purple cabbage has a mild acidity, blends well without feeling out of place. And the buns are quite delicious... The hard buns that make a crispy sound are soft and buttery when you bite into them. Although the surface is hard, the texture is good, and it's not as difficult to eat as I was cautious about. This makes me look forward to the other burger ingredients (〃'▽'〃)
- Chocolate Melon Pan (230 yen) The part that sticks out is mostly cookie! I like it so much that I want to visually confirm that there is a lot of this part (laughs). It looks big, but the texture inside is quite fluffy, so the feeling after eating is light. When you look at the cross-section, it's not hollow, but surprisingly light without any large cavities. I personally appreciate this lightness because I get tired of very tightly packed melon pan halfway through.
- Hot Coffee (250 yen) Quite a strong coffee taste. I thought it was strong at first sip (strong!), but for some reason, it goes down smoothly with a bitter taste. The acidity is mild. There is sugar and milk at the end of the counter, so add to your liking. I drank it all black (〃´o`)フゥ... Since my mouth was sweet from the chocolate melon pan, the slightly bitter coffee was just right. I thought it was a bit expensive, but it was delicious, so it's okay (*ˊᵕˋ*)
I want to come back to try the bread with chocolate bars or gratin bread, my favorites were sold out! When I line up right above here before the pro wrestling event, I might buy something again (laughs) PayPay is accepted☆
