Facade: A rare, four-story building with a historical and elegant appearance like a traditional Japanese restaurant. The roof features Wind Maru tiles, and the first floor has a wood fence while the second floor has stylish lattice fences. The entrance is adorned with white noren curtains and elongated lantern-shaped signboards. The exterior is decorated with lush greenery, creating a serene atmosphere.
Interior: With a capacity of 135 seats, the interior exudes a retro and calming atmosphere with traditional Japanese wooden elements. The entrance leads to the second floor via a staircase. The decor includes antique pendant lights and traditional Japanese sliding doors. The wall is adorned with paintings of traditional Japanese dishes, adding to the ambiance.
Ordered Menu: Selected Wagyu Beef Upper Soba Shabu for 5258 yen, including a side dish and unlimited refills of soba noodles. The soba noodles are made from a blend of 20% wheat flour and 80% buckwheat flour, using an original stone mill for a glossy and smooth texture. The broth is rich in vegetable flavors, complementing the noodles well. The generous slices of Wagyu beef are beautifully marbled and melt-in-your-mouth tender, with a luxurious taste.
