The shrimp was fried with the shell still on, and we enjoyed it with tonkatsu sauce or Worcestershire sauce from the table. It was convenient that they served lunch menu items even in the evening. It was a bit disappointing that they didn't have omurice, but overall, it felt like a classic neighborhood Western-style eatery and we had a great experience.

The service has changed, with a younger lady now instead of the previous motherly figure. The inside of the restaurant was filled with older customers looking for nostalgic Western-style meals. I ordered the service lunch for 850 yen, which included shrimp fry, squid fry, mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, spaghetti, red miso soup, rice, and two types of pickles. The shrimp fry was delicious with thick and juicy shrimp. The shiny new rice and flavorful red miso soup brought back memories of when my father used to take me to a similar Western-style restaurant when I was a child.
