During my business trip to Sapporo, I visited this familiar restaurant again. This time, I stopped by briefly, but I always enjoy the seasonal menu that offers a variety of dishes. Once again, I indulged in sea urchin, which I always look forward to. I ordered a tasting of fresh sea urchin and saltwater sea urchin, and while both were delicious, I could clearly appreciate the differences in their flavors. What I particularly loved was that when paired with the kelp salt provided, the sweetness of the sea urchin deepened, making it even more delicious. Additionally, I noticed that the selection of yakitori had increased since my last visit. It seems to vary by day, but this time I had the Hokkaido-raised chicken thighs and breast, as well as tsukune (chicken meatballs). The charcoal-grilled yakitori was juicy and incredibly tasty, and the portion sizes were generous, making for a perfect meal. I look forward to my next business trip and would love to visit again. My flight was delayed, so my plan to eat early turned into a regular time instead. Since it was Friday, everywhere was packed... While wandering around, I found this place! I had a seafood platter, three types of potatoes fries from Hokkaido, Tokachi mushroom salad, canned salmon potato salad, garlic stone-fried rice with corn from Biei, young chicken zangi, and butter-fried maitake mushrooms. I was so hungry that I forgot to take pictures of a lot of it (^◇^;). Everything was delicious!

I visited around 11 PM after a live event. It was really nice that they are open so late. I ordered a rice bowl topped with sea urchin, crab, and salmon roe, just like the restaurant's name suggests. It was delicious, but not mind-blowingly so. I’m considering coming back in the future when I have plans late at night.

Hokkaido is the best! The seafood was fresh and delicious. Some items were listed on the paper menu but not on the mobile version, so I called the staff to place my order. The employees were friendly and made the experience comfortable. I will definitely use this place again when I visit Sapporo.

[Niseko] Enjoy the ultimate course that allows you to fully savor Hokkaido with sea urchin, crab, and salmon roe, along with seasonal vegetables from Hokkaido and Tokachi beef, all for 6,500 yen including a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option. I met a friend in Sapporo at the restaurant, which is conveniently located near Tanukikoji and Susukino. We were seated in a semi-private room where we could talk comfortably. We enjoyed sea urchin, crab (not hairy, king, or flower crabs), and salmon roe to our heart's content. The Tokachi beef was delicious, whether seasoned with salt or sauce. We also drank a lot of beer and Kurokirijima (a type of shochu).

I went there after reading the reviews. Everything was good except for the grilled king crab at the end (it was undercooked, and the meat was still stuck to the shell. I thought it would have been much better if it were cooked a little more, to make it fluffy). The sashimi was great, and they even gave me some flounder as a bonus. It was interesting to compare the fresh sea urchin and salted sea urchin. The sake was also delicious.

Since I’ve finally found myself in Susukino, I wanted to enjoy the seasonal delicacies of Hokkaido, so I came here! I was impressed by the steamed scallops in sake that were served as an appetizer! The sashimi platter featured flatfish and so-y fish, and I had the chance to compare both saltwater and fresh sea urchin. I also couldn't resist the fried hokke, which was incredibly delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed the sweet hairy crab and was captivated by the recommended sake. I had a wonderful time savoring Hokkaido’s seasonal offerings—absolutely victorious! ✨💖

A lively izakaya that is full of Hokkaido charm. If you're visiting from outside the region and unsure where to go, this is a great place to try. The atmosphere, the food, and the drinks all capture the essence of Hokkaido. For this price, we were able to thoroughly enjoy sea urchin (mousse), crab, and salmon roe!

The service was not great, but all the dishes were delicious. I was told there would be a delay in serving, but it wasn't late at all. The prices are a bit on the higher side, making it perfect for a date or a girls' night out to enjoy some drinks. The fried asparagus is really tasty, so I definitely recommend trying it.

I found an amazing restaurant that I want to keep secret, but I also want it to get popular, so here I am sharing it. It's luxurious yet reasonably priced. Both the interior and the dishes are beautiful. It was my first visit, and I was craving crab, so I sought out a place where I could enjoy it easily. As an appetizer, they served steamed baby scallops in sake, and the portion was quite generous. Seriously, is this really just an appetizer? It was undeniably delicious. I ordered the crab half and sashimi platter, and I was surprised by how quickly the food was served. The presentation and the dishes themselves were simply gorgeous and lavish. Despite the rich flavors, it felt inexpensive. Getting excited, I also ordered the sea urchin and salmon roe, which are mentioned in the restaurant's name. The salmon roe was served on seaweed tempura, which was a new way to enjoy it for me, but it paired perfectly. The wasabi added a great touch. The sea urchin tasting was fantastic, with no strong odor and a perfect saltiness that complemented the sake. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Please give it a try!

I hadn’t been able to go for a while, but I went with my business partners. The people who joined me were from the Kanto and Kansai regions, so instead of making a course reservation, I chose a restaurant that features many of Hokkaido's representative dishes, allowing them to select what they liked. The photos include "Uni Mousse," "Asparagus," "Tokachi Wagyu," "Corn Tempura," and "Hairy Crab." The hairy crab was very large (I heard it was over 550g) and received great reviews—it was truly delicious. Unfortunately, the sashimi selection was limited because there were many groups ahead of us, which was disappointing, but we still enjoyed Hokkaido specialties like "Botan Shrimp," "Sweet Sea Urchin," as well as the classic "Flatfish Sashimi" and "Herring Sashimi." Thank you for the meal. We also made a last-minute request for grilled chicken, and while they mentioned that it might not be possible during busy times, they said they could prepare it for our next visit if we notify them in advance (they sometimes sell it as a recommendation). The staff were mostly young, but they were very helpful, which I greatly appreciated. Most importantly, I was really glad that everyone I took was satisfied. Once again, the food was delicious. I visited this restaurant again because last time I had their corn tempura, which was so delicious that I wanted to have it again. I've tried corn tempura at other izakayas in Sapporo, but this place is the best. I was recommended the salted sea urchin, so I ordered it. It had no fishy smell at all and was creamy and easy to eat. Of course, the sashimi and crab are also fresh and delicious, which is why I keep coming back.

This is a very reasonable restaurant that includes today's recommendations (sea bass and flatfish) in the sashimi assortment. There was also a bit of sea urchin. If I hadn’t been alone, I would have ordered a separate plate of sea urchin. Additionally, I ordered tempura asparagus and grilled corn. All the dishes were delicious. The appetizer was a generous portion of simmered young clams. I would love to visit again when I’m in Sapporo.

It's been a while since my last visit. Before, I had the impression that this place was known for its delicious seafood, but the yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) was also really tasty. However, it seems like I was lucky to try it this time, as it's not always available. The yakitori is only offered when they have fresh chicken from Hokkaido, so it’s a limited-time item. I’m glad I got to try it. Today, I was sitting at the counter alone, and the restaurant started to get busy with more tourists, so I decided to leave a bit earlier than usual. I look forward to visiting again and enjoying a relaxed meal. Thank you for the delicious yakitori and for the great experience!

I thought it might be expensive based on the name with "sea urchin" and "crab," but the course menu looked pretty reasonable. I knew I had to go! So, two men entered the restaurant. The courses came out at a nice speed—well, maybe a bit too quickly. The drink options were also fairly good, and it turned out to be a great value for the price at this restaurant.

I searched for a seafood izakaya in Susukino that stays open late, and it was a great choice! First, the appetizer of scallops was incredibly delicious, which boosted my excitement. The sashimi platter was overflowing, and everything was tasty. The dish I liked the most was the baked turban shell. It was so fresh that I felt like I had never tasted anything like it before, with a great dashi flavor. I was so happy. While enjoying some sake and having a good time, the staff behind the counter offered us some transparent squid they were practicing preparing, which was a nice treat. There were various kinds of sake to enjoy, and I had a wonderful experience. I definitely want to visit again! Thank you for the meal!

The potatoes are incredibly delicious! I went in late at night in Susukino. The prices were cheap, and the cleanliness was average, but the atmosphere was nice and easy to use. I think they focus on their food, so if you're hungry, I'd like to try the seafood.

I visited for the first time with friends from out of town. Since it was difficult to sample many places for dinner starting at 7 PM, we ordered a seafood-focused course. We enjoyed sea urchin mousse, a salad with Tokachi mushrooms and walnuts, a sashimi platter with seven types, Tokachi Wagyu sirloin, snow crab, grilled scallops with asparagus in butter, and a salmon roe bowl. We were very satisfied and full. Thank you for the meal. We'll come back again.

When a friend visits from the Kanto region, we often go to "Minami 3 Nishi 4" on the first day. This restaurant is great because they offer a variety of representative dishes from Hokkaido at reasonable prices. I found that I've been visiting about every 2 to 3 months, so I've been able to chat a bit with the staff. This time, I explained our situation and requested the "uni assortment" at my friend's request. The comparison between salted sea urchin and fresh sea urchin surprised my friend with the difference in taste! Just adding "myouban" makes it a completely different dish, and the fact that we can enjoy salted sea urchin at a reasonable price is part of Hokkaido's charm. The uni bowl is made with both salted and fresh sea urchins, which is how they can offer it at this price (if it were made with only fresh sea urchin, it would be quite expensive…). On this day, I was also told there was a good "hokkai" (dried mackerel) available, so we tried that as well. It was quite large, typical of Hokkaido's hokkai. The "kani giri" (crab cut) was delicious too, with shredded crab meat inside the grilled rice ball, which was very satisfying. Before coming to Hokkaido, I had few opportunities to eat sea urchin, but now I find it delicious and more accessible, allowing me to enjoy it much more often. Next time a friend from outside Hokkaido visits, we'll definitely stop by again. Everything was delicious this time too, thank you for the meal!

Even though I arrived in Sapporo late, I was grateful to be able to enjoy local sashimi and sake. What I appreciated the most was that the sashimi platter was easy to eat even for one person and reasonably priced, with unique items like skate fillet that you can only find in Hokkaido. I ordered dishes individually, so I didn’t benefit from a course menu, but I was still able to enjoy a delicious meal late at night.

I had visited this restaurant once before, but this time I went to enjoy their course meal. I was very satisfied with the variety of ingredients representing Hokkaido, including sea urchin mousse, crab dishes, assorted sashimi, Ikura don (salmon roe rice bowl), grilled scallops, and Hokkaido beef steak. The "all-you-can-drink for 5000 yen" feels too cheap for the quality offered. The portions are generous, so I definitely left feeling full. They also have a menu for seafood bowls and seasonal recommended dishes, and the fact that this restaurant has a counter makes it suitable for casual dining as well. When I asked the staff, they mentioned that "Ezo deer dishes" have become popular recently, so I would like to try that next time. In addition to the banquet course, I also tried their "saltwater sea urchin," which was incredibly delicious and left me very satisfied. They seem to offer a "side-by-side tasting of saltwater sea urchin and folded sea urchin," which is a unique experience you won’t find in many other places. While there are many popular restaurants in the area, I hope they continue to do well. Thank you very much!
