This place is located in Anping-cho, Oibun, along National Route 234, but for more detailed location information, please check on the map on Tabelog as usual. This restaurant has caught my attention for a while, and I finally visited it for the first time. I parked my car in the large parking lot where even large vehicles can park, and then I entered the restaurant while looking at the sign for Anping-yaki. Inside the windbreak room, there were food sample menus that are now nostalgic, and even inside the restaurant, there were food sample menus displayed. I sat at a table for four as I proceeded further inside. I checked the menu as usual, and there was a general menu and a separate menu for ramen, but I ordered the "Shio Ramen" as usual. It arrived in 6-7 minutes, and it was a "Shio Ramen" with chicken chashu, which is not often seen. First, I tried the soup, which was a double soup of fish stock and chicken bone broth, giving a complex and slightly salty taste. Next was the noodles, which were slightly thicker and higher in water content than the commonly seen medium-thick curly noodles. Lastly, the toppings included 4 slices of chicken chashu, menma, wakame, sheet seaweed, and slightly thicker green onions. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was nostalgic, reminiscent of a traditional drive-in. What caught my attention was the "Anping-yaki," which was not on the menu, but there was something called "Anpe-don," so I would like to try it next time I pass by during lunchtime.
