There are four Manryo branches in the top 100 yakiniku restaurants in Osaka. I had heard great reviews about this place - good value for money and delicious food, so I was determined to visit when I went to Osaka. I made a reservation three weeks in advance for this visit. Since it was a weekend, the Minamimorimachi branch was fully booked. The Tenjinbashi branch had availability only at opening time. Five minutes before opening, there were already many people waiting outside the restaurant. I wonder if they all made reservations too? It seems like a very popular place. The interior of the restaurant, both on the first and second floors, had a cozy and casual atmosphere. There were also seats available for large groups. We ordered the following items: -Negi Shio Tan (spring onion salted beef tongue) at 1,250 yen -Ichibo Roast (premium loin) at 980 yen -Maruchou (marbled beef) at 450 yen -Harami (skirt steak) at 780 yen -Tonbi (chicken thigh) at 880 yen We also reserved the Tenjinbashi branch's exclusive Negi Shio Tan in advance. It was served fresh and could be eaten after just 30 seconds of searing. The beef tongue was tender and full of flavor. The perfect balance of delicious fat, crispy spring onions, and lemon was amazing. I couldn't stop eating it! The Ichibo Roast was cooked on one side and wrapped in aromatic vegetables. The meat was thick yet tender and fluffy. The lightness of the meat paired well with the refreshing fat and aromatic vegetables. This unique way of eating was fresh and incredibly delicious. The Maruchou was soft and melting. The flavorful fat that oozed out made it hard to resist having more rice and beer. The Harami had no chewy tendons and had a great texture. The slightly sweet yakiniku sauce complemented the meat perfectly. The Tonbi, a red meat chicken thigh, was quickly cooked and served. It had a rich flavor yet was light. The Mizore Negi topping and salt sauce seasoning made it very tasty. Every meat dish we tried was delicious. Each type of meat had a different way of grilling and condiments, making the dining experience enjoyable. Just as the reviews said, it was a great value for money and the food was delicious. I definitely want to go back again.

Reservation is essential for this popular restaurant, with many customers before and after our 7:00 pm booking. It seems nearly impossible to get a table without a reservation, but if you time it right, you might be able to squeeze in. Every dish we tried was delicious! The harami (skirt steak) was particularly outstanding - incredibly tender with amazing flavor saturation.

Soft meat with crispy vegetables is a wonderful combination that I appreciate at this age! The quality of the meat is excellent, even though it's not a high-end restaurant. From the perspective of a local yakiniku restaurant, the meat quality, aging, and seasoning are all very good. The complimentary corn tea and oolong tea are a nice touch! Service may vary depending on the staff, but overall the variety of dishes is impressive. The menu includes explanations of the different cuts of meat, which is educational. There are two types of sauce, soy sauce-based and miso-based, both with a nice balance of sweetness and sharpness. The slightly charred grilled meat coated in sauce is delicious. While not every dish may be outstanding, the overall quality is high and the cost performance is more than satisfactory. It's great to be able to enjoy good food at reasonable prices in a time of rising costs. There may have been some cost-cutting measures, but it's better to appreciate what is offered rather than dwell on what is missing. It made me realize how fortunate I have been in the past. This is just my personal opinion. Thank you for the meal.

I made a reservation at a restaurant I was interested in and used it! I parked at a nearby coin parking lot. The speed of service was quick after ordering, and the menu was extensive. The liver had no smell and the tongue was soft and delicious. The hormone was also delicious without any smell. The price range is low, so it feels very reasonable. I would like to try another branch as well!

It had been decades since I last visited Manryo. The last time was at the Minamimori-machi branch, which I think was around the time they first opened. It had been a while since I had eaten yakiniku. I was craving meat, so I looked up and was lucky enough to be able to make a reservation at Manryo. The Tenjinbashi branch is located in the Tenjinbashi-suji shopping street. My petite friend was waiting outside the restaurant next to four sturdy men. They were told to wait for a while as the table was being prepared. We sat on chairs outside the restaurant, waiting. When we were finally seated, the restaurant had a cozy atmosphere with high partitions that made it feel like a private room. We ordered salted tongue, harami, sausages, and chisha salad. We changed the salted tongue to green onion salted tongue. Of course, we also ordered some draft beer to accompany the meal. The meat arrived sizzling hot, and it was delicious! The green onion salted tongue was juicy and flavorful. The chisha salad was also tasty, and the harami melted in our mouths. We ordered more dishes such as kimchi assortment, bara, grilled vegetable assortment, seared liver, tetsu assortment, and salted loin. We were so engrossed in eating that we forgot to take photos (laughs). It's natural to get lost in the delicious food, right? We also had some makgeolli. Since there were only two of us, we couldn't try a wide variety of dishes, but we were very satisfied with our meal at Manryo. The meat was delicious, and the cost performance was excellent.

I visited a very popular yakiniku restaurant that always seems to be fully booked. I made a reservation and went there. The menu was extensive and everything looked delicious. And indeed, everything was delicious. The quality of the food at this price range is amazing! If you want to enjoy reasonably priced and delicious yakiniku, this is the place to go! On the first night of my trip to Osaka on 5.8.18, I had decided to visit this restaurant. We arrived 5 minutes before our 7:00 pm reservation. We were seated at a table on the second floor. I am grateful to my wife for being able to come to Osaka again. We toasted with a glass of draft beer. We ordered harami, negi shio tan, ichibo, liver, sanchu set, and a small bowl of rice. Everything was delicious and there were no disappointments. We added another beer and ordered the top loin, which was the best dish. After about an hour, we were full and asked for the bill. It came out to a little over 9000 yen. It was my first time at Manryo and it was great. I will definitely go back if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal.

It was really delicious!! The flavor of the Negitan was amazing, thick slices of meat are tasty but the thin sliced meat with white rice was so delicious. The tongue salad was a bit heavy. Next time, maybe soup would be better than salad.

I made a reservation for 16:00 on a weekday. They were fully booked from 18:00 to 19:00. I ordered salted tongue, thick-cut tongue, green onion salted tongue, and harami. The harami was pretty good. The salted dishes overall seemed to have a light seasoning. The charcoal grill took longer to cook compared to regular grills. In terms of cost performance, it's quite good.

I had some delicious yakiniku at my favorite restaurant, Manryo-san. It's a popular place that has been selected as one of the top 100 yakiniku restaurants on Tabelog, so it's quite difficult to make a reservation. The restaurant is located in the Tenjinbashi-suji shopping street. We started with a pineapple sour cocktail and cheers. We ordered Tenjinbashi's Negi Shio Tan for 1375 yen, Harami for 968 yen, thinly sliced steak with egg yolk on top for 1078 yen, fresh salted liver for 725 yen, Chorogi salad for 440 yen, Kuppa small for 528 yen, Bibimbap small for 605 yen, grilled garlic for 270 yen, and pineapple sour for 648 yen. The best recommendation is definitely the Negi Shio Tan ❤️ It's wrapped in a paste made of green onions, onions, and leeks, and the salted tongue with the flavor of the leeks is exceptional. Be careful not to overcook it! The thinly sliced steak with egg yolk on top is cooked at 180 degrees Celsius and then torched before serving. It's nice to be able to enjoy the rare meat like yukhoe with egg yolk and garlic. Grilling yakiniku on a stone grill is quite unique. I also appreciate that corn tea and oolong tea are complimentary, which is very considerate. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meat. Thank you for the meal ♡

It's not easy to make a same-day reservation at the famous yakiniku restaurant "Manryo" in Kita, Osaka. I visited the Tenjinbashi branch after 12-3 years. I used to frequent the Minamimorimachi main store, which was located above the Tenjinbashi branch, but recently the main store closes at 11 pm and the Tenjinbashi branch at 12 am, making it difficult to visit. It's a shame because both stores used to close at 1 am in the past.

It had been a while since my last visit, and I was a bit nervous because of the bad reviews. However, I found that the service was not as bad as mentioned in the reviews. We went to three yakiniku restaurants where you can drink and eat with four people for around 20,000 yen on a Friday around 8:30 PM. Reservations are essential even at this time. You can share dishes if you order two. The quality of the meat is great at all three places, with good value for money. They offer delicious red meat without too much fat, just like in Osaka. They accept various credit cards, provide tissues and napkins, and have restrooms available.

Last time, my partner and I had a delicious meal at the Minami-Morimachi branch, so this time I invited two friends and was looking forward to enjoying some yakiniku (*´ω`*) Smoked salad, negi (green onion) salted tongue x2, harami (skirt steak) salted loin, premium mino (tripe) x2, ichibo (rib eye) premium loin, premium belly, pineapple, draft beer, corn tea (free), and oolong tea (free). Unfortunately, they were sold out of tsurami (tenderloin) and nakaochi (ribeye cap). The recommended items are the ichibo premium loin and the negi salted tongue. The ichibo is cooked on one side and eaten wrapped in vegetables (*´ω`*) The negi salted tongue was described as being semi-raw, but I personally preferred it cooked a bit more (*´ω`*) Additional note: The salted loin with karashi (Japanese mustard) soy sauce was delicious. However, the service was lacking as we had to wait a lot. We arrived at 6 p.m. for our reservation, but were asked to wait outside while they prepared. It was also difficult to get our orders taken and the bill at the end. It's a popular restaurant and they may be busy, but I wish they could improve their service a bit more. It was disappointing after recommending and inviting my friends. Thank you for the meal (*´ω`*)

Wonderful, and also cheap. It's a kind of roaster you don't see often, not overcooked, not too rare, just right. They have various cuts of meat, you can cook one side and top it with vegetables, sear it and eat with wasabi, and the lettuce has perilla leaves mixed in. It's just delicious. Definitely worth a try.

There are shops in the Tenjinbashi-suji shopping street, and I tried various kinds of meat, including some I had never heard of before. Pre-ordering helped make things go smoothly. The lamb tongue was delicious, and the Ichibo roast was excellent. However, there were some disappointing aspects in terms of service. It's hard to tell if they were just experienced or not.

I visited for dinner. I was seated on the second floor. It was a bit smoky, but the meat was really delicious. I especially liked the harami and ichibo! The negi shio tan was also delicious. The best and most cost-effective Osaka yakiniku restaurant~♪ Five middle-aged men enjoyed about 3 beers or highballs each, ate delicious yakiniku to their heart's content, and even received change from their bill, just like in a story by Higuchi Ichiyo... (What we ate) *refer to the photo* - Ichibo loin - Shabu-shabu style loin cooked for 20 seconds - Steak-style top loin - Special top loin - Special top belly - Negi shio tan (green onion salted tongue) - Aburi liver - Tsubozuke kappa kalbi (marinated ribs) - Specialty heart dish (raw heart, salted heart, crunchy heart, abshin) - Thinly sliced steak with raw egg - Grilled vegetable assortment - Raw senmai (beef intestines) - Assorted kimchi (4 types) - Grilled garlic - Various other dishes, including duck...⁉️ (What we drank) About 3 beers or highballs per person... (^_^) *If you drink too much wine or sake, the cost can add up quickly, so this time we all held back* (lol) (Additional note) It's quite difficult to walk in without a reservation, so it's recommended to book in advance. The famous yakiniku restaurant "Manryo," known for its difficulty in making reservations, today I visited the "Tenjinbashi store" located about a 5-minute walk from Minami-Morimachi Station. The lively atmosphere inside the restaurant, filled with customers and energetic staff, increased my anticipation. Whether it was the salted tongue, ichibo, Harami, or Tsurami, every bite made me smile with delight. I also enjoyed some beer and left with a full stomach. I definitely want to come back to this restaurant!
