It opened on October 16, 2023, and has a Tabelog score of 3.56. Nestled within the Higashi Nakadori Shopping Street, this yakitori restaurant offers carefully selected fresh chicken and seafood delivered directly from the market. I visited for dinner with a close friend, and despite it being a weekday, the restaurant was fully packed, so I recommend making a reservation in advance.

This fresh sashimi platter, featuring the seasonal autumn sanma and rich o-toro, is a must-order❤️. We enjoyed it with charcoal salt, wasabi, and condiments of our choice.

The juicy yakitori was incredibly fresh, and the tsukune was a highlight, served with a generous dip in egg yolk!

A dish that pairs perfectly with drinks, offering rich, slightly sticky shrimp flavors.
◆ **Tamba Beef Tongue** (715 yen)
Grilled to perfection, the plump tongue had great texture and juiciness.

Grilled shrimp showcased its rich flavor beautifully✨. The open kitchen lets you enjoy watching the grilling process, making it a delightful experience for shrimp lovers!
◆ **Monster Shrimp** (2200 yen)
An impressively large shrimp, perfect for those wanting an even bigger option than the large shrimp!
◆ **Seared Beef Yukke** (880 yen)
This dish combines yukke and marinated egg yolk wrapped in seaweed.
◆ **Charcoal Grilled Black Mapo Tofu** (990 yen)
With grilled meat miso and a hint of charcoal aroma, this unique mapo tofu, featuring red onions and bamboo shoots, isn’t spicy, making it suitable for those who dislike heat.
◆ **Corn Tempura** (638 yen)
Sweetness in the tempura shines through; enjoy it with a bit of spicy mayo!
◆ **Flood Tiramisu** (825 yen)
I spotted this on Instagram! When you remove the plastic tube, it pours out deliciously. The sweetness was just right, making it incredibly tasty!
◆ **Appetizer** (500 yen)
Includes options like “yaki kobushi” (grilled sea creature) and homemade sides like menma (bamboo shoots). The mysterious live shellfish was fresh and moving in front of us!

The interior has both table and counter seating, creating a cozy atmosphere. The large table at the back can accommodate about three groups. Every dish was delightful and elegantly presented. The staff provided excellent service, which truly impressed us.
Overall, it was a delicious experience. Thank you for such a wonderful meal!
