It was simply delicious!! The course started with nori rolls made from pure Tajima thin-skirt beef and scallops, followed by heart sashimi, tongue, heel steak, ichibo, harami, and sirloin grilled sukiyaki, ending with cold noodles! The meat was cooked by the staff, and of course, it was delicious! The highlight was the nori rolls at the beginning and the cold noodles at the end! The nori rolls, paired with condiments like pickled ginger and perilla, matched perfectly with the thin-skirt beef and scallops; I even wanted to eat them as a fortune roll! The cold noodles were incredibly tasty, with flowers of perilla adding another great touch, and the icy texture on the surface made it even better! It was a refreshing way to finish off the richness of the meat; I was torn between curry and cold noodles, but I was very satisfied with my choice of cold noodles! The atmosphere in the restaurant and the calm demeanor of the staff made for a wonderful experience!

I went to celebrate my husband's birthday, and the staff's service was great, and the food was amazing! However, there was one disappointing aspect: although the restaurant had a calm atmosphere, there was a loud group of people, which made it a bit noisy. Still, the fact that such a group chooses to come here shows how good the restaurant is, so it's a bit of a mixed bag. Other than that, everything was truly excellent.

Repeat visit. Located about 10 minutes on foot from JR Kitashinchi Station and about 5 minutes from Keihan Watanabebashi Station. Dinner at the "Dojima Yakiniku Restaurant." Today's Menu: Wagyu lean beef and scallop wrapped in seaweed, Yukke with shiso sprouts, Heart (hatsu) with green onion, Tongue (tan), Kimchi made with cabbage and yam, Nanami greens, Special tenderloin (toku-sen here), Kainomi (chuck flap), Sirloin steak, Cold noodles, Black sesame ice cream. The staff provided detailed explanations about the meat, but I couldn't catch everything. Once again, everything was very delicious! This is definitely a restaurant I want to visit regularly.

I have visited this restaurant for both lunch and dinner. It's located near the newly built Four Seasons Hotel in Kitashinchi. The hamburger at lunch is juicy and full of flavor, with a sauce that adds a nice contrast, making it very satisfying and delicious. Unlike many Korean BBQ places, this restaurant is equipped with a good smoke extraction system, so there’s no overwhelming smoke, which is very appreciated. The staff's service is also pleasant, and I have repeatedly recommended this restaurant.

Enticed by a sign saying "We serve lunch," I wandered in (laughs). It seems like a barbecue place at night. I couldn’t clearly see the restaurant name from the outside (laughs), so I felt a bit nervous when I opened the door. By the way, it has sliding doors that open sideways. There’s both counter and table seating, and for lunch, they only serve hamburgers. ◆Dojima Rare Hamburger Rice comes with soup and salad. You can choose the weight of the hamburger from 150g, 200g, 250g, 300g, or 400g. Toppings include specially made egg yolk from Oita Prefecture (250 yen) and cheddar cheese (100 yen). Refills for rice and salad cost an additional 100 yen. First, the salad arrived. It had lettuce, seaweed, and crispy onions on top. The soup also came out. Then, the frying pan with plenty of soup and the hamburger was placed on my table with flames igniting in front of me! It was bubbling vigorously! I opted for the cheddar cheese topping, indicated as a recommendation on the menu, so they added some browning with a torch. Wow! It felt like a show. I got excited. Before long, the bubbling calmed down, and it was time to eat. The staff mentioned that at first, you should eat it like yukhoe (raw meat), and as it cooks, you can adjust it to your preference. Hmm, yukhoe. Hamburger as yukhoe? I was initially puzzled but soon understood once I tasted it. Oh, it really is like yukhoe! Eating soup with the hamburger was delicious. A yakiniku restaurant opened in April 2024. It seems to have originally been a meat kaiseki place in Kyoto. They offer lunch featuring wagyu hamburger four days a week. When I expected to eat a hamburger, it felt more like a steak. The meat was minced, or rather, coarsely chopped and grilled. They cooked it in front of me, and at first, I enjoyed it in a rare state, similar to yukke. Then, as it was simmered in the sauce, it became more cooked, allowing me to appreciate the different textures and flavors. The interior was calm and pleasant, creating a great atmosphere.

I visited a yakiniku restaurant that offers "Usunaga beef," which is raised in only 100 heads per year, on the recommendation of a friend. This time, I chose the course meal! The staff cooked the meat for us, which brought out the delicious flavors to the fullest, and it was absolutely delicious! Thank you for the meal!☆☆

I visited this restaurant for the first time after finding it on Instagram. I opted for a course meal. I enjoyed various classic meat dishes, but I felt there weren't any standout items that I could only experience through the course. Given the price, I left with the impression that I would have liked to see a bit more effort put into the offerings.
