I visited Yakiniku Shintake, located just 8 minutes on foot from Beixinji Station. **Must-check:** The secret garlic sauce is delicious! The spacious interior! It’s a large restaurant with 100 seats, offering a great view of Midosuji. You can enjoy high-quality domestic black wagyu beef, including Kobe beef, at a reasonable price! The friendly manager welcomed us warmly. Near the entrance, there’s a selection of wines to pair with the meat, with about 50 types of both red and white wines. The seating is spacious and semi-private, separated by curtains. The menu offers two course options, each with an all-you-can-drink option. This time, we ordered à la carte! Here’s what we tried: - Special grape juice shandy - Salted upper rib - Chateaubriand - Grated radish kalbi - Premium roast - Sukiyaki-style sirloin - Sarloin with cheese - Mango sorbet - Homemade coffee jelly Here are three dishes that were especially delicious: 1. **Chateaubriand:** It was so tender that it melted instantly in my mouth! The sweet, rich fat, fine texture, and smooth finish were amazing. The salt and wasabi really brought out the flavor of the meat! 2. **Grated radish kalbi:** The daikon radish added a refreshing touch, and once I started eating, I couldn’t stop! 3. **Sukiyaki-style sirloin:** The soft meat, dipped in egg, was absolutely exquisite! (I was hoping to try the green onion salt tongue, which is a rare cut from a single cow. I’ll definitely try it next time!) Also, the large roasted garlic from Okayama served at the start was melted into the sauce and eaten with the meat in Shintake’s special style. It was delicious and addictive! I had lunch with a friend at "Yakiniku Kokotake" located on the 2nd floor of a red brick building next to the consulate in Nishitenma at 12:30 PM. Each table is spacious and somewhat partitioned for privacy. Since we had a reservation, we were taken to a private room in the back. Ordering is done via a touch panel. ★Yakiniku Premium Kalbi Lunch (150g) - ¥1,650 (tax included, free rice refills) ★Special Tongue - ¥1,518 (for sharing) We definitely wanted to try the salt-grilled tongue, so we ordered the thick-cut special one. It's taken from the tongue root and you can only get a few slices from each cow. Despite its thickness, it's incredibly tender and so delicious ( ゚Д゚)ウマー! I couldn't resist and dove right into the tongue, skipping the lunch salad and soup, which left me in awe (>_<). The kalbi had nice marbling, and I dipped it in beaten egg for a sukiyaki-style experience. It had a gentle flavor. Then I tried it with the sauce, which was rich and sweet-spicy, making it hard to stop eating—so I ended up asking for a half serving of rice refill. This was a luxurious lunch on a weekday, and I was completely satisfied.

Recently, I enjoyed a sukiyaki meal at a restaurant and learned that they have related locations, so I decided to check one out! I made a reservation for 12:30 PM on a weekday. The place was bustling with office workers and staff. The restaurant was spacious and had a luxurious atmosphere. The seats facing the New Midosuji Street were well-lit by the sunshine, creating a pleasant ambiance. Since we had a reservation, we were guided to a private room. The table and seating were extremely spacious, which felt a bit extravagant. Ordering is done through a touch panel, and I appreciated that cold tea was available in a pot for unlimited refills. Although we ordered via the touch panel, there was also a paper menu to refer to, which was really convenient. We were excited about having yakiniku, and we took some time to choose our dishes. - Regular Karubi (beef short ribs): 100g for 1,100 yen to 150g for 1,650 yen - Special Rib Roast and Harami (skirt steak): 100g for 2,750 yen - Premium Chateaubriand and San Torabara (triangular beef): 100g for 3,850 yen You could add more grams to make it a course meal, and you could also add cold noodles or sundubu (spicy tofu soup), which was enjoyable. We decided on the Regular Karubi 150g set for 1,650 yen and shared some thick-cut salt-grilled tongue. I also ordered my favorite dish, Kobe Beef Yukhoe (raw beef), for 980 yen via the touch panel. Without much wait, the thick-cut salt-grilled tongue arrived! It was delicious! The Yukhoe was consistently tasty as well. Then came the Karubi set, featuring thin cuts of meat with a sweet sauce that paired perfectly with the rice. You could dip the meat in sauce or egg sauce, which was nice. You could also request more rice for free through the touch panel in sizes of large, medium, or small. The Karubi was indeed fatty, but I enjoyed it thoroughly.

Perfect for a special day! The combo offers great value, and I was able to enjoy high-quality meat, which made me very satisfied. The bibimbap and kimchi were delicious, providing a different kind of yakiniku experience than I've had before. However, I was disappointed that the grilled beef tongue, despite being tasty, didn't match the image on the menu.

We visited to celebrate a wedding, and the flavor of the meat was incredibly delicious, nothing to complain about. Not only the meat but the bibimbap was also, of course, very tasty. However, I was a bit disappointed because we ordered the green onion beef (negi-tan), but what we received didn’t match the photo. I checked with the staff, and they confirmed it was indeed the correct negi-tan. Later, I saw someone else's post on social media where they had the dish that matched the photo, which was a bit shocking for me, so I rated it ⭐︎2. The taste was really amazing, though!

I went to a yakiniku restaurant located just across the signal from Midosuji in Kitashinchi for lunch once, and it was so delicious that I returned for dinner! It was incredibly tasty again. Personally, I really recommend the harami (in the first photo) and the chives and green onion (in the third photo). The raw dishes were also delicious, and since all the seats are semi-private or private rooms, you can eat to your heart's content without worrying about those around you!

It's been a while since I had lunch at Kokutake-san♪ Since I have my child with me, I'm grateful that they seated us in a private room ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡ I let my daughter choose the menu, and I started with a draft beer♪ *Draft Beer *Ginger Ale *Premium Grilled Meat Lunch 4,180 yen It was a lavish spread with Chateau Briand, Kainomi, Ribeye, and Kalbi, accompanied by salad, soup, kimchi, and rice ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡ The Ribeye is so tender, and the Chateau Briand is divine ❤️ It's such a great value for this priceヽ(´▽`)/ *Upper Beef Tripe with Spicy Miso I had the upper beef tripe as a snack to go with my beer♪ *Beef Bone Soup Udon My little one is really into noodles, so I ordered thisヽ(´▽`)/ The rich flavor and depth of the beef bone soup paired perfectly with the wide udon noodles ❤️ My child finished it all! While listening to my daughter talk about her job hunting, we eventually ended up at karaoke afterwards — haha!

This restaurant is great for work gatherings. There are several private rooms, making it comfortable for both internal and external dining. The thickly sliced tongue is especially delicious. The meat is very tasty, and I was very satisfied. (I forgot to take a photo, but here's a shot of the bibimbap to finish off...)

We ordered a course with all-you-can-drink for 5,500 yen per person. The content was very satisfying and delicious. We chose a private room for our seating, and it was great that there was a coat rack, so our clothes didn’t smell. The portion size might be a little small for men, but it was more than enough for women. The photo shows the course for six people.

I've been eating a lot of grilled meat lately. Is it because it pairs well with highballs and beer? I used to prefer wine, but maybe due to changes in my body or aging, I've started to enjoy lighter alcoholic beverages. This time, we ordered a course meal. We had a little bit of everything: tongue, offal, samgyeopsal, and kalbi. The restaurant was quite busy, and since we had a 2-hour limit, we had to leave a bit earlier than we'd hoped, but I guess that's just how it is for popular places. The sign mentioned Kobe beef, but I'm not sure which dishes actually contained it…

I ordered a lunch set with kalbi and horumon. My friend got a set of sundubu jjigae, and another one with cold noodles, which also looked delicious. The restaurant was very clean and had a nice atmosphere, and I thought the value for money was great considering the tasty meat and how full I felt afterward. The service from the staff was also good.

It had been a while since my last visit. I went with my former boss and a colleague, and we were shown to a spacious private room. We toasted with ice-cold beer! The meat was served in a nice flow as part of the course. The all-you-can-drink option operated on a touchscreen panel that reminded me of Torikizoku, and because the restaurant is large, it sometimes took a while for the staff to come by. (laughs) All the meat was delicious! I'm glad I chose this place for everyone. The beer was cold and tasty, and I ended up going back to beer again at the end, which was a nice memory. I’d definitely like to use this restaurant again with different members.

Upon arrival, I was blown away by the spaciousness of the place, in addition to the delightful aroma of high-quality meat. I got to peek at various seating options, and there were private rooms, semi-private spaces, and tables perfect for couples as well as banquet seating—each area was beautifully designed with a rich dark brown theme and plenty of room. The long holiday has started! The restaurant is fully booked and bustling with excitement. We began with a toast over draft beer. The glasses keep the beer icy cold! We ordered several dishes: green onion and salt grilled beef tongue, scallops (which are absolutely delicious ❤️), long yam kimchi, heart of beef rib ❤️, raw beef tripe sashimi, fillet, and spicy miso marinated upper intestine. Each dish is exquisite and so tasty! The private sofa seating is also a big plus for those with children. To top it off, we received a complimentary baked marshmallow at the end! The hospitality from the staff is wonderful, which explains why it’s so lively here ❤️. Thank you for the amazing meal! We’ll definitely be back!

I used the 5,500 yen course which included kimchi, seasoned vegetables, beef tongue, green onion, samgyeopsal, a platter of wagyu beef, cold noodles, and all-you-can-drink. However, the beer only came in bottles; I would have appreciated draft beer. The meat was all delicious! I especially loved the loin and the offal! The restaurant was clean, and I would love to visit again!

In Kitashinchi, Osaka, it tends to be lively during the weekdays, but on Sundays, most shops are closed, making it challenging to find a place to eat. This restaurant is actually located in the Oimatsu area, not in Shinchi, but it offers a relaxed atmosphere with delicious and reasonably priced yakiniku lunch options. While there are private rooms available, considering the location, the table seats with a view could be recommended even though they are semi-private. The sundubu had a rich seafood broth, and the quality of the yakiniku meat was excellent, making it a great hidden gem for a Sunday lunch. By the way, the lunch set also allows you to choose from cold noodles or bibimbap in addition to sundubu, and alcoholic drinks are half price during lunch. 【What I ordered】 Sundubu and premium yakiniku lunch for 1,980 yen.

I went to a restaurant with my friends the other day. It had a very relaxed atmosphere, and all the meats were delicious. After beer, I ordered a chuhai. There was a thing called "oi chuhai," where the first glass comes with a lot of lemon, and you can add more chuhai to it yourself. It was tasty and just the right amount. I want to go again.

It's been a while since I indulged in some yakiniku ❤️ Cheers with a cold draft beer (*´ー`*) We enjoyed yukhoe, white snow kalbi, heart-take kalbi, tenderloin, fresh beef tripe sashimi, high-grade beef tripe, salt-roasted beef, wrapped vegetables, scallops, and finished with bibim-myun ❤️ The meat was, of course, delicious, but the scallops and bibim-myun were also exceptional (*´ー`*) Thank you for the wonderful meal! ♡

Last month, I visited KoKoRotake on Matsudo Street, and I had heard that there is a nearby Yakiniku (grilled meat) place, which piqued my curiosity. I went there for lunch with a friend who had also accompanied me to KoKoRotake. Since you have to choose from the lunch menu to make a reservation, we decided to go without one. We were able to enter the restaurant smoothly without any issues. The interior had spacious tables, and when the curtains separating the tables were removed, it seemed like the place could accommodate quite a large group. The atmosphere was calm, making it easy to relax. We ordered thick-cut beef tongue, a meat platter, and a side dish. The beer complemented the meal perfectly, and the generous shochu highball available at KoKoRotake was great too. There was also steak on the menu, so I would love to come back in the evening to try various types of meat.

I met up with a friend and visited Yakiniku Kokutake for the first time! This location often changes names, so I have memories of going to three different yakiniku restaurants here. Since it was my first time at Kokutake, I was looking forward to seeing what the place was like. The taste was great and the prices were reasonable, so I was very satisfied.
