During a regular lunchtime, I stopped by for a meal before heading to the nearby tax office. There were 3 customers ahead of me and no one behind me. I had heard that this place was run by an elderly couple, but there was also a nice lady in the kitchen. Maybe their daughter or a part-time worker. I ordered miso ramen (650 yen) with extra green onions (150 yen). Having ramen in this heat seems unusual, but for the price, I was quite satisfied. The broth was a bit lacking in depth, but overall, I was happy with the meal. The noodles were the yellow Sapporo style that I'm not a fan of. Thank you for the meal.

Today for lunch, I felt like trying "ankake yakisoba" for the first time in a while, so I chose a restaurant that seemed to have a good portion size. I arrived at the restaurant around 11:15 AM, being the first customer with no one else there. I sat at the counter, looked at the menu, and quickly ordered the "ankake yakisoba" for 750 yen. It was ready in about 10 minutes. When it was placed in front of me, I noticed that it looked different from what I had imagined. The portion size seemed smaller than expected, and the presentation was not as neat as I had hoped. The amount of ingredients was lacking, and the sauce was quite watery. Although the taste was not bad, I couldn't shake off the feeling of being unsatisfied after finishing the meal. As I thought about buying something on my way back home, I drove towards my house.

I had miso ramen. It was hot but not greasy, with a gentle and delicious soup. The noodles were firm, the chashu was chewy, and even the menma was nostalgic and tasty. The energetic service from the uncle and auntie is very welcoming. Overall, the prices are cheap and I quite like this restaurant.

Gosawa Ramen was a ramen shop that Yome-san also wanted to visit, but our holiday plans didn't go as expected. The weather forecast for our planned day of hiking in Sapporo was bad, so we had to cancel. Instead, we decided to eat ramen. We searched for a ramen shop in the less frequented Nishi Ward and found a few options, but they were all closed. We ended up choosing a place that wasn't dirty, but quite old. The shop had a counter with 4 seats, 2 tables, and 2 raised tables. I ordered the salt ramen for 550 yen, while Yome-san ordered the "sanma-men" for 650 yen, which was topped with bean sprouts and minced fish. The shop was covered in various decorations on the walls, making it hard to tell what it originally looked like. The wait for our food was over 20 minutes, which was longer than expected. The salt ramen had too much sesame flavor for my liking, while the sanma-men had a peppery and slightly salty taste. The noodles were reminiscent of old-fashioned diner noodles and were satisfying. Overall, the ramen was decent for the price, but the wait and the heat in the shop made the experience less enjoyable.

I found this shop on Instagram. They said the ramen here is really delicious! I want to try it. I haven't been eating ramen much lately, so it sounds fresh! It's located in a residential area, with a few customers inside, giving off a local vibe. The couple who run the shop seem to get along well. Looking at the menu, maybe I should order the "Furusawa Special Ramen" for 700 yen. It's described as slightly spicy with a soup that never gets boring. I heard it's soy sauce flavored. Now, taking a sip of the soup. Hmm, it's not unique but it has a distinct taste. It's a bit spicy and delicious. As I keep eating, I can't stop! The thick white leeks also have a nice texture. It's not unique but it's addictive. A strange ramen after a long time. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal. Next time, I'll try the ankake yakisoba.

Today, I went out for lunch at Furusawa Ramen in Hassamu Minami. The interior of the restaurant has a retro feel, with a menu that offers a variety of options, including some that are very photogenic. I decided to try the lunch menu, which today featured a set of omurice and ramen. The omurice was a bit different than I expected, with curry on top of the rice instead of inside the omelette. The curry had a sweeter taste, maybe from the onions. The ramen had a strong salty flavor, which made me quite thirsty while eating. It might be a good option for preventing heatstroke in the summer. The service took about 20 minutes, so it's better to visit when you have some extra time.

- It's hard to say it's a beautiful place, but it definitely has a sense of history as it seems to have been around for a long time. The taste is decent at best... There are keep bottles lined up on the counter, and it seems to be a popular drinking spot for local regulars at night. They also offer delivery service with okamochi!
- The "Kenka" miso ramen costs 850 yen. I'm not sure why it's called "Kenka" (fight) but it's a spicy miso ramen! The soup is light, almost lacking in richness, and the noodles are chewy and firm. Hmm, it's not bad, but I don't feel like having it again. It feels more like ramen you would have at a diner or a cafeteria... Thanks for the meal!

I went to eat my desired soup curry near Hassamu Chuo Station. I also achieved my other goal, which was to try Furusawa Ramen! At first, I was a bit hesitant from the appearance, but since Mairebi-san had reviewed it as delicious, I decided to give it a try. There were no other customers when I entered, even though it was lunchtime. But the lady was working hard to make the ramen. An older man appeared and went out for a delivery. It seemed like takeout was their main business! I ordered the Miso Ramen for 600 yen. It arrived in about 10 minutes. It looked like a typical Sapporo-style ramen. It was piping hot! The ramen had the perfect temperature and richness. The noodles were slightly firm, probably from Kobayashi Seimen. The chashu was a bit on the lean side, but still good. The hot temperature of the ramen was really nice! It's great to get a hearty bowl of miso ramen for 600 yen. The soup had some artificial flavoring, but overall, it was decent. Thank you for the meal! This was my 22nd ramen review this year.

In June 2019, we visited a nostalgic Showa era ramen shop that we fondly call "Furusawa." I tried the cold zaru ramen for 600 yen, which was not like typical cold Chinese noodles. It was topped with tomatoes and pickled ginger, giving it a nice touch of color. The noodles were traditional yellow curly noodles, firm and chewy. The light sweet and sour broth with pickled ginger coated the noodles smoothly. My husband had the fried rice, which had a retro look with mixed vegetables and a rich flavor. Despite being past the peak lunch hour, the shop was bustling with regulars, including young men and families. I hope the shop, aiming to be a long-standing eatery in the Hassamu area, continues to thrive. Thank you for the delicious meal!

On March 11, 2019, I went to Furusawa Ramen and had their Ankake Yakisoba for 700 yen. After leaving the restaurant, I decided to visit another place that I hadn't been able to go to before due to it being closed on Tuesdays. I had visited this place about 5-6 years ago and it has a very charming atmosphere. The place was bustling with workers as I arrived around 12:30. I was initially thinking of trying their top menu item, but I decided to go for the Ankake Yakisoba instead. The menu was reasonably priced overall. When the dish arrived, it was overflowing with ingredients and beautifully presented. The slightly sweet sauce was hot and had a great consistency, and the noodles were perfectly cooked and delicious. Despite it being my second bowl, I devoured it quickly. I wish they weren't closed on Tuesdays as it's not too far from the subway station. I'll definitely make time to come back again. Thank you for the meal!

This is a late-night ramen review. It was a stress-relieving activity after overtime work. The Karameso Ramen was not just about the ramen itself, but it also gave a warm and cozy feeling. I could sense that it has been supported by regular customers for many years. One of the regular customers was sitting at the counter, and they had a strong presence, so I tried to blend in like a chameleon. The chashu was a bit tough, but it lacked flavor, as if the meat essence had been extracted. It was nice to eat it together with the soup, which had a gentle saltiness suitable for elderly people, and a hint of spiciness. The soup had a good depth and a mild taste that I enjoyed. The ramen evoked a nostalgic feeling of tenderness and longing, which was quite pleasant. The attentive service and the kind-heartedness of the staff made me happy, and the reasonable prices were also appreciated. Overall rating: 3.3 Taste: 3.3 Service: 3.4 Atmosphere: 2.8 Cost performance: 3.5 Drink: - Location: 2-1-1 Hassamu 4-jo, Nishi-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido. Next review preview: The long-standing Furu Sawa Ramen is a place that I hope will be there when I feel like eating it again.

Cafeteria-style ramen. The special ramen is a spicy miso type. It's a rare kind of spicy with doubanjiang, which is nostalgic and delicious. The saltiness is strong. It feels like visiting a grandma who cooks well. The prices are cheap and the portions are quite generous. A good restaurant to try.

The taste is always consistent no matter what you eat. My favorite is soy sauce ramen and fried rice, but when I go with a group of people, I always end up trying dishes that others order. And they are always delicious! I wish this place was closer to my home. It's one of my favorite restaurants that I can only go to once or twice a year, and that's frustrating.
