I went back home and watched the recording of the WBC final game before leaving. It was about the time the game ended. Today, we had a farewell party at work, so I asked my mother for a ride to the restaurant since my wife wasn't home. I requested dishes with a higher price range than usual, so I was looking forward to the food! I visited Koori in Rifu for the 8th time. I requested dishes with only "meat" as a request, and I love the food here. I paid 8,000 yen just for the dishes. The main focus today was the person retiring, not the food, so I had to make sure not to mix things up. As the organizer, I had to handle the opening, introduce the retiree, give a speech, and lead the toast. After that, I could relax and enjoy the party. The food looked amazing! There were meat and vegetables for teppanyaki, sashimi, and grilled fish. I started with the sashimi, which included uni. The quality was top-notch! The other sashimi dishes were also excellent. I also tried the kinmedai, which had a distinguished flavor. How about the teppanyaki? I couldn't fully enjoy it because I was chatting with others and drinking, but the beef was delicious. There was also crab served, and I think another dish, but I didn't try it. Colleagues kept talking to me, wanting to relieve stress, so it was a bit distracting. Overall, raising the price range definitely elevated the quality of the food. It's worth spending a bit more at these types of restaurants. I might not go this extravagant for work events, but for private dining, I confirmed that it's worth it to enjoy delicious food. This restaurant is really great! The food was delicious once again! Thank you for the meal!
