The hamburger is made with 100% Hokkaido pork, pressure-cooked to make it juicy, and then charcoal-grilled to perfection. The round and thick hamburger is full of Hokkaido pork flavor, juicy and voluminous, with a delicious charcoal-grilled aroma. On this day, I tried the limited menu item, beef tendon hamburger curry, which I don't usually see. The combination of hamburger curry with beef tendon added an extra level of deliciousness, with the tender beef tendon and the charcoal-grilled hamburger complementing each other perfectly. The lunch came with soup and fresh fruit dessert. Although the soup was a bit lacking, the delicious main dish left me satisfied and motivated for the rest of the day. They also offer a rare beef tendon hamburger curry for dinner, which I would love to try again.

The hamburger was so delicious that I couldn't feel anything except for the finely ground pork. A young woman dining alone, a regular customer lady taking food home, and a man who comes in 10 times a week. People of all ages and genders love the owner of the restaurant. The menu seems to change frequently, so I want to visit often.

I went to a small restaurant called "Okami Nanka Kowakunai San" located in a quiet alley resembling a koto. I had been curious about this place for a while, and finally got the chance to visit. The restaurant has a counter and two table seats, and is run by a handsome master operating alone. The specialty of the restaurant is charcoal-grilled hamburgers, but the ventilation was poor and the interior was quite smoky. I ordered the secret aged Teriyaki hamburger and the dinner-only, 150-gram Okami MY steak. Since it was a one-man operation, it took some time. The steak was a cut steak of Hokkaido beef fillet grilled over charcoal. It was topped with a sweet original sauce made from onions, garlic, and ginger, and the steak was tender and delicious. The hamburger also had a smoky flavor from the charcoal grilling, and the tare soy sauce-based sauce was just right.

Located about a 5-minute walk from JR Kotoni Station, this restaurant is situated in an alley filled with various dining establishments. Upon entering, I was shown to an available table. I looked over the menu on the table, which had three lunch options. I decided to order the "Japanese-style grated radish hamburger steak with red core daikon." Looking around, I noticed that there were only women present. The restaurant had a counter with 5 seats, two 2-seater tables, and additional seating on the second floor. The young handsome chef was efficiently working while chatting with customers. After about 20 minutes, my hamburger steak was served. The main dish was presented on a silver plate. The hamburger steak was incredibly tender and cooked all the way through. It paired perfectly with the Japanese-style sauce. Eating the shiso leaf helped reset the palate, bringing back the initial flavors. The salad was dressed with Japanese-style dressing, and the addition of onsen tamago (soft-boiled egg) was a nice touch. The "Japanese-style grated radish hamburger steak" priced at 1,180 yen for 200g was a limited offer with only 10 servings available. I initially thought there were 30 servings in total, but it turns out there are only 10 servings of the hamburger steak available regardless of the menu option.

They said it's made with 100% Hokkaido pork, pressure-cooked to be fluffy, and charcoal-grilled for a fragrant taste, unique only here! The hamburger was cooked in a pot and then lightly grilled. It arrived with a generous amount of honey mustard sauce. I took a bite of the hamburger. Mmm, so tender. When you add the soft-boiled egg and powdered cheese, it transforms into a carbonara-like flavor, with the powdered cheese taking the spotlight. Plus, I think it's mixed with honey mustard, like carbonara. I quickly broke the soft-boiled egg, added the powdered cheese, and mixed it in. I then dipped the hamburger, coated in honey mustard, into the soft-boiled egg. Ah, I see, it transforms into a carbonara flavor~^ ^ However, I prefer the honey mustard, so I'll go back to that. Next to the hamburger, there were deep-fried carrots, eggplants, baby corn, skin-on potatoes, and zucchini, and towards the end, I also had a warm egg on top of the hamburger. I also had onion soup, rice, and pineapple dessert before finishing the meal. Personally, I feel that the grated sauce would have been more refreshing than the teriyaki sauce this time.
