Both the white and red wines were natural and easy to drink. The signature dish, wagyu pasta, is finished at the table, which is great. It was delicious, but unfortunately, the plate was cold, causing the pasta to cool down as well, which was disappointing. For dessert, I had the pudding, which had a firmer texture and was very tasty.

I visited a restaurant located on the second floor of BiVi Shin-Sapporo in 2024 and had a lunch course with an all-you-can-drink option. The appetizer was colorful and offered a variety of flavors. The pasta was sardine spaghetti with a peppetone style; the sardines were smoked and cooked to perfection. The rich cheesecake for dessert was quite unique. Overall, I felt very satisfied with the meal. I think it would be even better if they paid a bit more attention to the dishes and tableware.

Bivi Shin-Sapporo is a great place for an after-work drink, conveniently located directly connected to the station. The casual creative Italian cuisine allows you to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. Fridays are especially a deal! You can have an all-you-can-drink option for 60 minutes at just 1,000 yen, which is available from lunch with no minimum food order—truly a fantastic deal. If you're having two drinks, going for the white wine is definitely the best choice ( ゚Д゚)ノ. There’s no cover charge, and the food menu has expanded since last time, offering small, reasonably priced options perfect for solo diners. I tried the salami for 660 yen, which came out quickly. Despite being thinly sliced, it had a rich meat flavor—very authentic and luxurious. The stuffed shiitake mushroom gratin for 400 yen featured two small shiitake mushrooms filled with white sauce and topped with two types of cheese; the tomato sauce was absolutely delicious! I had five drinks, mostly wine, which left me pleasantly tipsy. I was tempted by the pasta but always find the portion too large for me, so I plan to come back on an empty stomach one day. Thank you for the wonderful meal! (^ω^)

I finally got to visit a restaurant I've been curious about for a long time! This time, I ordered the main dish, which was pasta with Japanese beef. Personally, I felt it was a bit mild in flavor (but that might just be because I prefer stronger tastes). One of the appealing features was the unlimited cheese you could add!

It’s BIVI Drink Day! Let’s find something delicious to eat! I had a feeling this place would be great, so we went in without any prior information. It turned out to be a fantastic choice! Every dish was delicious! They had a wide variety of wines at reasonable prices, and we shared a nice bottle of white wine in the 3000 yen range. The wagyu pasta was incredibly tasty, and the appetizer platter was beautiful, with each dish being delicious. The highlight for me was the bouillabaisse! It was packed with seafood and incredibly delicious! The risotto at the end was the most impressive of all! You absolutely have to try it! I want to eat it again just writing this! I really enjoyed it—thank you for the meal!

This is a regular lunch after my blood donation in Shin-Sapporo. On that day, I was in the mood for Italian, so I dropped by this restaurant. The lunch menu included: - A limited five servings of lasagna set - A pasta set with three options (oil-based, tomato-based, cream-based) - A hamburger set with three varieties I ordered the tomato-based pasta set for 1380 yen, specifically the "Bolognese with Mozurai Pork and Arugula." I started with sparkling water since it was a hot day, and the bubbly drink was refreshing! A mini salad was served first, consisting of lettuce, bell peppers, onions, and a deliciously creamy French dressing. I was happy to see my favorite carrot salad added to the mix! The pasta arrived about two minutes after I finished the salad. It featured well-cooked Mozurai pork combined with a creamy tomato sauce, with the fresh arugula adding a nice bitter accent. The pasta was cooked perfectly, being both chewy and springy—it was delicious! The only minor complaint was that there were no table condiments; I would have liked to add some Tabasco! Maybe I should have asked about it. I think I’ll try the hamburger next time! Thank you, "Yorimichi," for the meal!

For lunch, you can choose between pasta or a hamburger, with three options for each. I went for the pasta and ordered the Bianco. That day, the dish was a peperoncino with baby sardines, scallions, and daikon radish. It comes with a salad and a drink. The salad features a French dressing and includes not just the usual leafy greens but also daikon, along with a simple potato and macaroni salad that's not overloaded with mayonnaise. The pasta was well-seasoned, with a good amount of salt and pepper, which I really liked! The diced daikon added a refreshing touch and helped keep things hydrated toward the end of the meal. It was delicious! I was recommended a dessert, so I decided to try it. Unfortunately, there are no lunch discounts; the prices are fixed. The pudding costs 770 yen and is quite firm. This level of firmness has surpassed the Showa era and has reached the Reiwa era! I really enjoyed its satisfying texture. The caramel isn’t overly sweet, hovering just shy of being too bitter, making it very well-executed and delicious. The ice cream on top was also satisfying. They offer natural wine, including some from local Hokkaido, and I was particularly pleased to see wine from Tada Winery, which I personally like, even if it's on the pricier side. I’d love to come back in the evening! Thank you for the wonderful meal!

2024/2BiVi has made its debut in Sapporo, Hokkaido! This casual Italian restaurant emphasizes high-quality and carefully selected ingredients, making it perfect for those seeking authenticity. It’s recommended for lunchtime drinking too! Besides lunch, there’s a wide variety of à la carte options available, and orders can be placed via smartphone. The elderly are treated with care, as staff members respond to requests with warm smiles. White wine is available ( ゚Д゚)ノ, and lunch is a little bit cheaper overall, with prices roughly 100 yen lower. There’s no cover charge, which is greatly appreciated (^人^). - Prosciutto: 880 yen Imported from France, 12 months aged; it has a gentle, well-rounded saltiness and is complemented by black pepper and olive oil. Plenty of thinly sliced pieces! - Free-range Egg Uffu Mayo: 380 yen Creamy and slightly runny yolk with a firm white; simple is best ( ゚Д゚)b. Thank you for the wonderful meal (^ω^)!

I was seated at the counter, and when the wagyu pasta was handed to me, they performed the "final touches" right in front of me. They grated a huge block of cheese and generously sprinkled black pepper with a bat-shaped pepper mill, creating an impressive performance that you really have to see in person! I ordered the wagyu pasta, a salad with arugula and prosciutto, The Pudding, and oolong tea. After the finishing touches, I took a moment before digging in. The wagyu pasta had thick noodles, which seemed to highlight the flavor of the wagyu itself in a very straightforward way. It felt like the chef was focused on showcasing their skills by enhancing the ingredients rather than relying on heavy sauces. By the way, it seemed like ordering drinks was mandatory, perhaps because it was dinner time? I appreciated the option for soft drinks. Additionally, the ordering process involved scanning a QR code with my smartphone to access the menu online, which shows how tech-savvy things have become. Thank you for the meal! The taste was undoubtedly worth the over 3000 yen price, especially considering the performance as well.

I saw this place on SNS and went all the way to Shin-Sapporo! It was so delicious! I thought if it were closer, I would definitely visit at least once a month! I had the marinated paprika, egg mayo, wagyu carpaccio, and the famous meat pasta! The marinated paprika and wagyu carpaccio were especially delicious! I slightly regret not having dessert as well. The pasta was fantastic with plenty of meat! If you're going to Shin-Sapporo, you absolutely have to stop by this place!

I visited the restaurant for lunch for the first time. Since my companion hadn't arrived yet, I brought them along. Even during the day, there’s a strict one drink rule, so we had to order something. While some places charge for a mandatory appetizer, the one drink ends up costing more than the appetizer, which is unfortunate. The cheapest options are sparkling water and oolong tea at 450 yen. I found it amusing that the description of oolong tea mentioned it as “a beverage with a very good cost ratio for restaurants.” Did they really just say that? (*´ω`*) Since I was there, I chose the Niagara grape juice from the 770 yen soft drink options. It might be a grape that people outside the region aren't very familiar with. Over half of its production comes from Hokkaido, and it has been a beloved white grape since the Showa era. It is often used for fresh eating, sweet white wine, or sparkling wine. However, this might be my first time trying it as 100% juice. While it’s not necessarily meant to pair with food, I still prefer Niagara grapes over shine Muscat. It's sweet, aromatic, and distinctly Hokkaido. Delicious! For the main course, I intended to have a hamburger. I mistakenly overlooked that the hamburgers were takeout only. I asked the staff just in case, and the person who seemed to be the manager uniquely replied, “Normally it’s not allowed, but I’ll say it’s fine!” I appreciated that! I had the delicious salt cheese burger. I think it’s common for hamburger specialty shops outside of fast food to want customers to taste the meat, so they don’t use much seasoning. The salt content also felt a bit low. While hamburger specialty shops typically have ketchup and mustard available for self-service, this place didn’t seem to have those toppings since it’s not solely a hamburger shop. The meat was tasty, but I couldn't help but feel it lacked flavor a bit. Despite being called “delicious salt,” if there’s no ketchup, I would have liked it if they could provide extra salt. The vegetables were visually appealing but the stems were a bit tough and noticeable in my mouth. While the color of the stems was beautiful, I think they should be removed or at least be in a baby leaf state to make them easier to eat. Also, the pickles were served whole without slicing, making them tricky to balance while eating the burger. I thought it would have been better if they had been cut vertically. I remember when I was a kid, I used to pull out and discard pickles, but at some point, I learned to enjoy them. The maitake mushrooms were sautéed and substantial, adding a nice texture. It might be more fitting to call it a maitake cheese burger rather than a delicious salt cheese burger. My companion ordered a Japanese-style pasta and an umami cola.

The thick pasta is chewy and pairs well with the sauce. The hamburger is delicious on its own, but it's even better with the mushroom sauce, cheese, and black pepper, making it a hearty dish. There was also a wide variety of craft beers available. Since it was a weekday afternoon, the place was pretty empty.

At YORIMICHI, a restaurant located on the second floor of BiVi Shin-Sapporo, you can order using a QR code provided after being seated. I ordered the Pomodoro (¥2000) and a lunch coffee (¥300). The dish features a hamburger made from rare beef from Ikeda Town in Tokachi, topped with tomato sauce and served with pasta. There’s a performance at the table where they cut the hamburger and add cheese and black pepper. The staff repeatedly mentioned "a lot," but they only added a reasonable amount of cheese and black pepper. The pasta is thick and chewy, and the seasoning was delicious and adjustable to my taste. A note of caution: the drinks arrive quickly, even before the food, so if you plan to have coffee after your meal, be sure to order it after finishing your food.

The restaurant name makes me want to say something like “old-fashioned café.” By the way, I’ve never actually said “café” before... There are two people from my hometown in Sapporo who are not my friends. I ended up casually visiting BiVi again, where I’d been before. In my opinion, this place actually has a surprising number of food options, but since I can't eat a lot at once, I feel like I can't make the most of it. So, I thought I’d at least grab one more bite. I chose this place because it has a casual vibe of creative Italian cuisine, and there’s a spot open at the counter. Since I came with someone who isn't drinking, I ordered a glass of wine, while my companion went for sparkling water. I feel bad since some people have mentioned airport pricing, and I personally dislike the terms "airport prices" and "ski resort prices." This place is from Tokyo and claims to use local ingredients from Hokkaido. I decided to have the “free-range egg with aioli.” The egg whites were just right, and the yolk was perfectly runny, which is great. The combination with the aioli is undoubtedly good; basically, it’s just boiled egg topped with sauce. Dipping the runny yolk in is simply heavenly. The wine is quite good too, probably a medium-bodied one. Next up is the Wagyu pasta—standard version. After the staff brought it to us, they did all sorts of things with it, but aren't those nighttime performances nice? I feel a bit embarrassed and unsure of what expression to make. They generously sprinkle plenty of Parmigiano cheese and black pepper on it. The pasta is fresh and about 2mm thick, which gives it a delightful chewy texture. The flavor is tomato-based and pairs well with red wine. Apparently, Tokachi’s red beef is quite rare, but honestly, if it tastes good, I couldn’t care less about rarity. Plus, isn’t it cool that they serve fresh pasta from Birō? The Tokachi mushrooms are great too. Although it’s on the pricier side, the casual atmosphere is really nice, right? High-priced yet casual, I suppose?

Last time I only had juice during the daytime, but today I opted for a meal with wine. I had the most affordable Ikeda Beef Wagyu Pasta Standard for 1,800 yen. This price range isn't something I can visit often. I ordered a glass of red wine to go with it. A long time ago, when I was financially well-off, I had the chance to drink many famous wines from around the world, mainly from France. However, times have changed, and I’m pretty much out of the loop regarding new wines. I didn't recognize any of the red, white, or sparkling wines by the glass in this restaurant, so I asked to see the bottle list but still couldn’t really understand it. Well, I guess I just had to drink it anyway. The wine was better than I expected. The color of the wine was hard to see in the dim light of the restaurant, but it seemed (probably) deep. It was rich and could be considered a full-bodied wine. The alcohol content was strong, and as someone who is sensitive to alcohol, I quickly felt tipsy. It had a faint sweetness, acidity, and bitterness that were all well-balanced, with a fruity character. The serving temperature seemed just right for the wine. It's a wine that typical red wine lovers would enjoy, but I wouldn’t recommend it to those who dislike red wine due to its strong red wine characteristics; however, for red wine enthusiasts, it’s quite good value for the price. The pasta looked simple on the menu outside the restaurant, but it had some added performance during the serving. First, the hamburger patty was cut into four pieces (I thought it would have been good to check with the customer beforehand about this. At least I wanted to take a picture first). Then, cheese was shredded in front of me, and black pepper was ground from an unreasonably large pepper mill right before my eyes. The black pepper grinder was one that I could stop at any time, but the cheese was stopped by the staff. I’ve seen in shows that they keep adding cheese until told to stop, but it was the black pepper that had that system... I thought. Since I was alone today, I personally don’t find such performances necessary, but I can see how it would be enjoyable for couples dining together. The Ikeda Beef hamburger was coarsely ground with a strong red meat flavor, giving it a meaty and wild character. There were a couple of hard chunks that I couldn't bite through, which could have been cartilage or something else. I didn’t mind that. The pasta was made with Halyutaka wheat from Ebetsu and had a thick, chewy texture. I prefer this over al dente. I enjoyed the pasta with the juicy hamburger meat mixture. It was quite delicious, and I was able to savor it until the end. Perhaps next time I’ll go for the hamburger? As a side note, a staff member who seemed to be the manager (probably not from the region) caught my attention when a customer from outside the area asked about the location of Ikeda Town. He answered that it's near Sapporo, which made me interject, "It’s next to Obihiro. The Wine Castle is famous here." I apologize for interrupting. As a native, I just couldn’t stay quiet.

Susukino's Kokono isn't in a good state right now (^o^;), so I flew over to Shin-Sapporo (^o^;). However, the Bibis here are also chaotic lol. It seems they had a pre-opening, and amidst the crowd, I lost the desire to explore. Among the chaos, I found this place that was somewhat empty lol. No wonder it was empty; the prices were like those at the airport (^o^;). I ordered a soda for 400 yen, and it was just plain soda water (^o^;). The pudding was 770 yen, and it came topped with ice cream. The pudding was firm and rich in flavor, making it delicious (*^^*). Eating it with the ice cream enhanced the taste! The wagyu pasta starts at 1,800 yen, which I couldn't afford to try (´;ω;`). I probably won't come back here again (^o^;). It takes too long for them to prepare the food (^^ゞ. Their service is really slow; even though there were empty seats, they closed down. This place probably won't turn into one that’s quick, cheap, and tasty.
