As the rainy season is coming to an end, it's getting hot today, and I felt like having Korean food to prepare for summer fatigue, so I came here. This is my first time using this place located on the first floor of a building filled with attractive dining options. The menu offers reasonable Korean dishes like stone-cooked bibimbap and udon. I thought the stone-cooked version might be a bit too hot, so I ordered the chicken kimchi bibimbap set for 900 yen. I registered on LINE and used a first-time discount of 100 yen, bringing it down to 800 yen. The chicken kimchi bibimbap set comes with vegetables, kimchi, seaweed, a soft-boiled egg, and chicken. When mixed, it turned out to be mild with no spiciness, allowing the delicious flavors of the vegetables to shine through. With the addition of wakame soup and small side dishes, it was a satisfying meal for 900 yen. The dinner set options looked appealing too, so I’d love to come back here again in the evening.

The night menu at the Korean izakaya pushes the stone pot bibimbap for lunch, featuring a lineup that includes staples like bulgogi and kimchi, along with some unique options like tuna mayo corn and salmon with spicy cod roe. Since it’s my first visit, I decide to try the chicken stone pot, which is at the top of the menu. From my seat at the counter, I can clearly see the three rows of commercial gas burners heating the stone pots with blue flames, which is somewhat reassuring. As for the taste, it has a standard sweet and spicy flavor, with very little heat from the chili peppers. I adjust the spice level using the gochujang and chili powder available on the table. The dish is quite generous with ingredients, making me feel full, and of course, the hot temperature and crispy bottom are a real treat.

I came to enjoy some delicious udon as a late-night snack after a few drinks. I ordered the Chicken and Pork Green Onion Udon Set. The noodles are thick, resembling Sanuki-style with a chewy texture and a good amount of springiness, similar to those from Kinrei. Honestly, they're delicious! The broth, where the chicken and pork are soaked, is on the sweeter side with a rich flavor, and there’s a generous amount of green onions adding to the deliciousness of the dashi. The rice comes topped with pickled mustard greens, salmon, and mentaiko. It’s almost as if it’s challenging me, asking, “What’s there to complain about?” It’s incredibly tasty! I do have one small remark though: “The rice portion is quite large!” Whether that’s a complaint or a compliment is a bit unclear, but that's just my thought. So, I plan to come back for round two! As for the bottled beer, they offer the ever-popular Ebisu beer in a medium bottle priced at a tax-inclusive 550 yen, which feels like quite a bargain. Next up, I had the bubbling hot Sundubu Jjigae. It features large tofu chunks and is packed with volume, along with a good amount of squid that adds richness to the broth. The spiciness is on the beginner level, making it easy to enjoy. They do offer it as a set with rice, but I decided to order it as a standalone dish since it seems you get a 100 yen discount for that! Lastly, the fried chicken is seriously excellent. The coating is crunchy, while the meat inside is juicy. With this kind of quality, they could easily run a fried chicken place! Honestly, I think they should offer a fried chicken set!

The grilled potatoes were delicious, and the kids kept asking for seconds. The teppan udon is my absolute favorite, and I order it every time. We enjoyed our meal very much.
