There are no free parking options available; you will have to use nearby coin parking. That's unfortunate. However, the exterior and interior of the restaurant are clean, making it a comfortable place to visit! I ordered the bibimbap for lunch, and it looked delicious right from the appearance! The piping hot bibimbap was amazing! I mixed it all up and enjoyed every bite! It was quite filling and satisfying! I want to try other menu items as well!

I recently enjoyed an all-you-can-drink course with grilled shabu-shabu. The carefully selected meat was incredibly delicious! For the finale, we had cold noodles, but I appreciated that they also offered white rice to go with the meat! The vegetable platter with dipping sauce was colorful and enjoyable both in taste and appearance, and every dish on the extensive menu was delicious, leaving me very satisfied. I plan to visit again soon!

During lunchtime, I'm wondering if the pork miso soup set meal will be available soon. The menu seems quite limited, featuring options like Omi beef curry and sundubu (spicy tofu stew). The Omi beef curry is usually served quicker and contains chunky pieces of Omi beef with a pretty spicy kick! The sundubu comes with clams and can be made with pig intestines, and if you choose the intestines, you get those plump, juicy bits even at night. I hope the menu expands with more options!

En-san has opened a great place for grilled shabu-shabu right next door! The restaurant has two floors and feels quite spacious. Each table has its own dedicated tablet, where the staff can easily prepare either shabu-shabu or grilled shabu-shabu, which then transforms into a personalized ordering system. On this occasion, we decided to go for the grilled shabu-shabu. By the way, the appetizer menu is available regardless of whether you choose shabu-shabu or grilled shabu-shabu, so we started with the restaurant's signature dish: assorted vegetables with warm dipping sauce (bagna cauda). The unique part about this bagna cauda is that it's made fresh right at the table! Combining the freshly made dipping sauce with various vegetables was absolutely delicious!
Next up, we tried the sliced roasted Kagawa duck, which is also a favorite at En-san. The grilled shabu-shabu features meat sliced at a thickness of 3 mm, focusing on premium pieces like Omi beef and Kagawa duck, which you wrap in vegetables before eating. The portions might seem a little small, but you can choose half sizes, making it a health-conscious way to enjoy Omi beef! To finish our meal, we had a rich sundubu (soft tofu stew) full of succulent beef trimmings. It was so good, I couldn't resist adding rice! Now, I’m looking forward to trying the shabu-shabu style next time!

A popular soba restaurant has opened a new location next door, so I decided to check it out. I was curious about "yaki-shabu" (grilled shabu), wondering what it was, but figured I'd understand once I tried it, so I placed my order. Basically, it involves grilling meat on a hot plate, so you could simply call it grilled meat! However, the sauce isn’t the typical style you’d find with grilled meat; it has a more refined flavor. They mentioned it was Omi beef, but for 1,600 yen, you only get four thin slices of meat per plate, so you need to order quite a few to really feel like you've had enough meat.
The meat was undoubtedly delicious. There were three types of sauces, and they also served some namul (seasoned vegetables), which I enjoyed wrapping in the meat. I forgot to take a picture, but they also had pork. The beef tallow came with the meal, but when I applied it, it stuck to the hot plate and crumbled apart, which was a bit disappointing. The Omi beef hormone sundubu (spicy stew) had a nice yuzu flavor, but I found the sweetness to be quite overpowering, so I'd love to try a version with less sweetness next time.
At first glance, the atmosphere seems casual (there was no menu outside), and since I don't drink, my companion only ordered one drink, making the meal a bit pricey for just the two of us. It felt like a place where you enjoy small amounts of high-quality food. While there were several items on the touchscreen menu, many were unavailable that day, so I have high hopes for the future. I’d like to try the shabu-shabu next time and might even visit for lunch.

It was very delicious! The service from the staff was also good. The only downside was the clientele; there was a noisy group next to us, so we couldn't have a conversation. I had reserved the table for an important dinner, so it was disappointing.
