The restaurant offers a variety of affordable menu options, and I was torn between choices. I ended up ordering the hamburger steak with fried egg, which was priced at exactly 1,000 yen. It was lunchtime, so there were a few people waiting, mostly salarymen and solo diners. The turnover was fast-paced and efficient.

I had grilled tongue curry. It was a gentle curry without too much spice. I think it's good. The onion pickles were also nice. Next time, I plan to try the shrimp fry. I'm happy to have found a delicious Western-style restaurant.

Lunch at a popular spot. It was closed during the pandemic, so this was my nth attempt. The place was crowded, and solo diners were seated at a counter with partitions. I decided to go with the recommended dish, the baked curry. I ordered: Spaghetti with meat sauce and cutlet on top for 980 yen, and an iced coffee for 100 yen. The lunch set included a discounted drink. The cutlet was freshly fried and delicious. The meat sauce had a unique richness to it, which I didn't mind. I was a bit disappointed that the sauce wasn't already on the cutlet. Overall, it was a decent experience and I'm glad I finally got to try it. Thank you for the meal!

Located in a modest building connected to Sapporo Station and the underground passageway, "Asti 45" is a restaurant that stands out in the unassuming restaurant district. The head chef, Mr. Koizumi, who served as the head chef at the renowned Sapporo Grand Hotel, supervised the menu, while Mr. Aoki, the former deputy head chef, now serves as the head chef. The recommended dish is the "Beef Tongue Curry," but we decided to start with a classic: the "Pork Cutlet Curry" for 900 yen. The curry has a European-style flavor with richness and umami taking precedence over spiciness. The standout element was the pickled onions served on the side, a unique touch that inspired us to try making them at home. Offering a pork cutlet curry at this price point shows a conscious effort to emulate the casual charm of a local Western-style eatery. While it's disappointing that the daily specials start at 11:30 am, we look forward to trying the minced cutlet omelette rice next time. "Asti 45" fills a niche as a neighborhood Western-style restaurant, making it a viable lunch option for those in the Sapporo Station area.

I found a restaurant in Asti's restaurant district where you can have a Western-style lunch for less than 1,000 yen and decided to visit. The restaurant has a deep interior and a wide variety of lunch menu options. The chef's choice lunch is only available on weekdays, so keep that in mind. I ordered the recommended beef tongue curry for 900 yen. The curry is sweet and not spicy, with a soft texture of beef tongue and an egg inside. It's delicious, but may not be very filling for women. Other set meals come with various side dishes and are very good. While the portions may not be large, the food is tasty, and it's great to be able to eat for less than 1,000 yen these days. They also offer dinner menus and are conveniently located in the city center, making it a great place for a casual and delicious Western meal.

Golden Bridge (Katsu Don) for 980 yen is delicious, including the katsu. The rice portion is a bit small, but the slightly sweet flavor and generous broth make it possible to eat double the amount of rice. It comes with salad and soup, making it a good option for women. The table is equipped with a fork, spoon, knife, disposable chopsticks, paper napkins, and toothpicks. You are served water and a paper towel when seated. The service was also good.

Omelette Rice Mania's Omelette Rice Record: I always order the basic tomato sauce omelette rice at any restaurant. I'm not a fan of runny eggs, so I don't rate the creamy type highly. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Omelette Rice 900 yen Drink 100 yen 12:05 Ordered. Full house. Other Western dishes look delicious too. I feel like the menu has changed since last time. I don't remember omelette rice being on it before. The image used to be more like a curry shop. Oh, they have potato croquettes on the menu! I'll try that next time. 12:18 Omelette rice is here! Wrapped in a thin, fluffy omelette, piping hot. The ketchup rice has sausage, onions, bacon, mushrooms, and chicken! Lots of ingredients in it. Overall, it has a gentle flavor. It's a bit lacking for my taste, but can be adjusted with ketchup. The consomme soup has seaweed, onions, carrots, and enoki mushrooms. Full of vegetables and a gentle taste. It doesn't have that strong pepper taste that is common in this kind of soup. The salad has shredded cabbage, cherry tomatoes, and potato salad. The dressing has a unique taste. Original? Delicious. The potato salad has a slight hint of potato texture. Carrots and macaroni in it. The overall portion feels a bit small. The full seats are slowly being replaced by new customers. It rotates about every 30 minutes. If you come at noon and it's full, you can probably get a seat around 12:30. Reasonable price, good value for money, good taste. I want to come back again. The coffee after the meal is easy to forget. It's understandable during lunchtime when it's full. I didn't mind this time because I had plenty of time, but if you're worried about your lunch break time, it might be better to have the coffee served with the meal. I was concerned about being an omelette rice refugee in Sapporo Station after Sanlose closed, but I'm okay with this place. However, compared to Sanlose, the seating is limited and it's a bit far from the station.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I used a third-party certified store coupon to have lunch at this restaurant as part of the economic revitalization measures. The restaurant was frequented by many office workers from the neighborhood, with a good number of women as well. I ordered the chef's recommended lunch set, priced at 900 yen, which was a bit over my usual lunch budget. The meal that was brought to me included a juicy hamburger, 2 shrimp fries, simmered dish, salad, and some other stylish dishes whose names I didn't know. After finishing the meal, I felt satisfied and didn't want to go back to work because I was so full. The taste of the food was delicious, especially the hamburger, which suited my taste. The stuffed cabbage that the customer next to me ordered looked really delicious, so I definitely want to try that next time!

I visited here to use the meal voucher I received for coming to the annual human dock. It's a bit disappointing that there are fewer options to use the meal voucher compared to before, but I'm happy that they open at 10 am. I usually eat the recommended beef tongue curry, but this time I tried the recommended menu which is the pork cutlet curry starting from 11:30. The freshly fried cutlet was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

While wandering around Asti for lunch, I stumbled upon a Western-style restaurant. They had a daily special of gratin, so I decided to try it. The menu had options like beef tongue curry, spaghetti Napolitan, and omurice, but I opted for the daily special. It included cod fish fry, spare rib-style roasted pork belly, shredded cabbage salad, potato salad, and macaroni gratin. It also came with vegetable soup, hijiki seaweed, and pickles. The cod fish fry was served with plenty of tartar sauce and the pork belly was delicious. The meal was so tasty that I worried if the rice would be enough. I wanted to try the Napolitan and ice cream, but it was too cold that day. I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the meal.

The restaurant has been renewed, and this is my second time, so I couldn't tell the difference. The lunch set is a chef's special for 900 yen, with a limited quantity of dishes including potato gratin, chicken teriyaki steak, and fried squid as the main dishes. The salad includes potato salad, along with a generous portion of rice, miso soup-style soup, side dish, and pickles, creating a voluminous and eclectic Japanese-Western fusion dish that cannot fit on just one plate! As it is a Western-style restaurant, the tartar sauce for the fried food is delicious. The only downside is the overlap of potato salad and potato gratin. The chicken is a decent size and can be easily cut with a knife. I thought I might not finish the rice, but the side dishes were delicious and I ended up eating everything! However, I couldn't finish the potato gratin. The last order for lunch is at 1:30 p.m., so be sure to go early. Payment is accepted through PayPay.

The last time I visited Kitchen Shushu was quite a while ago, so the interior and menu had changed. I ordered the beef croquette set which came with two large croquettes, shredded cabbage, potato salad, soup, pickles, and simmered hijiki seaweed. The croquettes were freshly fried, and the rice portion was generous, so I couldn't finish it all. I ordered a hot coffee for an additional 100 yen, which was served promptly and tasted good. The menu also had curry, gratin, spaghetti, and other Western dishes, so I'm interested in trying more next time. Thank you for the meal.

The curry lunch at Asti 45 is more like a curry house than a Western restaurant, with most of the menu being curry. The beef curry I had was more like beef stew, which personally didn't suit my taste. It lacked the spiciness I was looking for and the rice was also disappointing. Thank you for the meal.

This time, my partner and I went to Sapporo, so we decided to have a meal at a restaurant for the first time in a while. The restaurant had implemented infection prevention measures, so we tried to talk as little as possible and finished our meal quickly. We ordered the Berry Curry, which is a curry from Aomori. The spare rib-like meat in the center was crispy on the outside but tender and delicious. The curries were tasty on their own, but mixing them together was also quite good. Thank you for the meal.

I went to a restaurant located in the basement of Asty 45. After donating blood, I decided to have lunch there. I ordered the beef tongue curry (950 yen). First, the salad arrived, and then the curry came in about 5 minutes. I paid in cash. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I have visited this restaurant, "Kitchen Shushu Asti 45," several times. The first time I visited, I was impressed by the taste of the table-side "onion pickles" and have tried to recreate it several times, but I still can't get the same flavor. It's really delicious. I haven't tried the most popular dish, the "grilled beef tongue curry," yet. The other menu items are also very appealing, and I often end up choosing the daily lunch special. I will try the grilled beef tongue curry next time. I will definitely come back. Thank you for the meal.

Sapporo Station area. It's time for my regular lunch after a doctor's appointment. I always have a hard time deciding what to eat, but it's always fun to choose. Today, I decided to try Shushu at Asti 45. I entered as soon as they opened and ordered the beef tongue curry for 950 yen. While waiting, more and more solo diners arrived. Everyone ordered the beef sinew curry! Is it that popular? I'm starting to get excited. A salad was served in about 3 minutes. Then, after about 8 minutes, the curry was served. The hot iron plate had beef tongue curry with melted cheese on top. First, I enjoyed the pickled onions and fukujinzuke that were generously served. Suddenly, a half-boiled egg came out from the cheese! What a pleasant surprise! My impression is that the portion of beef tongue was a bit lacking with only about 4 pieces. It's a curry more suited for women with almost no volume. The curry itself had a typical Western taste. The unexpected half-boiled egg and pickled onions were a nice addition! Thank you for the meal.2020 goal: 100 curry restaurants. This year's review: 61st.

It was not just the snow that was dwindling, but also the number of people. The sidewalks still had patches of snow here and there, but they looked clearly worn out. The rain from the overcast clouds was signaling the approach of spring. I found myself wandering into a curry restaurant without any particular reason. The casual and peaceful atmosphere inside the restaurant was also quiet with few customers. I noticed that the diversity of working styles such as telework and remote work was affecting the lunch-serving restaurants. There were two lunch options: "Curry Lunch" and "Noodle Lunch," with a variety of curry dishes on the menu. I chose the "Curry Lunch" and decided on a hot coffee for after the meal. The staff's casual conversation could be heard in the quiet surroundings. Would this tranquility soon come to an end? Shrimp fry and colorful vegetables were peeking out from the mild curry sauce. Placing the Fukujinzuke and vegetable pickles added even more colorful appearance. In any case, it was gentle. There was no hint of trendy spiciness. Finishing the meal was easy. As I sipped on my coffee after the meal, various thoughts circulated in my mind. But no matter how they circled around, nothing would change. I welcomed the rainy afternoon with the lingering scent of the gentle curry.

After finishing my health check-up, I received a service voucher for this restaurant, so I go there every year after my health check-up. The most popular dish is the beef tongue curry! I had it last year, so this time I went for the "handmade hamburger curry". The thick hamburger was juicy and delicious. The curry had a rich flavor and was very tasty. I only had barium the night before, so I wish the portion was a bit bigger, but overall it was a satisfying meal. Thank you for the meal!

"Kitchen Shushu Asti 45" I visited about 5 years ago. I don't remember much, but looking at the review I wrote, it seems like the service was mediocre but the taste was decent... (;^ω^) The place was empty, so I decided to have lunch here on this day. I went on a weekday around 1:00 PM. The place was empty, yet solo customers had to sit at the counter... This time, I ordered the popular No.1 dish, the "Grilled Beef Tongue Curry @950 yen." The curry had a decently rich flavor with a collaboration of melting cheese and raw egg. It claims to offer the taste of a top hotel at a reasonable price, but it was not amazing, just okay. The beef tongue was well cooked but there were only about 2 slices, which felt a bit lacking... (;'∀') It's not bad, but in terms of value for money, it's not that great. The pickles on the table were almost empty, and the staff didn't bother to refill them, so it was not very appetizing... Furthermore, while I was eating, they started cleaning up around me and as soon as I finished, they quickly cleared my dishes, as if they wanted me to leave soon... probably... (´;ω;`)ウッ... I don't think it's the same staff as 5 years ago, but the service here is still a no-go. I guess this is just how this place is... I won't be coming back here.
