I came to Hanamidori because I wanted to eat water-based hot pot. I ordered the lunch set that included a seafood bowl and water-based hot pot. The amount of water-based hot pot was just right, about three small bowls. The seafood bowl had a lot of ingredients, making it satisfying to eat. The restaurant was clean, and during my meal, a staff member kindly asked, "Is the taste okay?" which I appreciated.

This is my first visit to this restaurant. It’s quite spacious, and it feels like a private room where you can relax. I really liked the ability to order using a QR code on my phone. The food was delicious. I had a course meal, and when I added some meat to the stew, the soup became even more delicious. Thank you for the meal!

I ordered the boiled chicken course. The chicken ham served as an appetizer was perfect for snacking. Everything from the soup to the rice porridge was delicious! The grilled chicken skin was also amazing. It seems to be a popular restaurant, and when I tried to go without a reservation, I couldn't get in. I recommend making a reservation in advance.

When I went to Fukuoka, I was told that the chicken hot pot (mizutaki) is delicious, and that Hanamidori is a great place to try it! I finally had the opportunity to taste it, and it was incredibly delicious! The last bit of flavorful rice porridge (zousui) was truly the highlight! I chose the course that featured just the mizutaki. Watching the staff carefully prepare the dish made me even hungrier, and the beautifully cut chicken pieces they served at the beginning were so delicious that it made me really happy. They made sure to ask about my preferences regarding things like chicken heart and green onions, and they topped up the soup midway to prevent it from burning, which I appreciated very much! Both the food and the service were attentive and excellent. However, even though I had made a reservation for the mizutaki-only course, there was a long wait before any dishes came out. At first, I thought they might be preparing it, but after about 15 minutes with no food and an appetizer being served, I started to wonder if there was a mistake with my reservation. When they came to take my order, I realized something might have gone wrong. I regretted not ordering the chicken skin at that moment, so next time, I definitely want to try the chicken skin too!

Hua Mi Niao offers exceptional taste and hospitality! Every dish served in the course meal is delicious! If I had to wish for something, it would be to extend the all-you-can-drink offer from 90 minutes to 120 minutes. For those who love sukiyaki and even for those who are not very familiar with it, I absolutely recommend this place! Please make sure to visit!

I asked for the "Yuu no Utage Course," which includes all-you-can-drink, featuring Hanamidori's prosciutto and a hot pot. First, the Hanamidori prosciutto was delicious. The hot pot, with bone-in chunks, was exquisite. I also appreciated that it was prepared for us. The yuzu pepper was so tasty that I’d love to buy some to take home. Thank you for accommodating the last-minute reservation change. This hot pot course allowed me to fully enjoy the deliciousness of Hanamidori. If I want to have hot pot again, I will definitely visit Hanamidori.

My husband and I visited the Kawabata-dori restaurant for the first time. It was the height of summer, and we wanted to boost our stamina, so we were pleased to receive information that the restaurant had just opened in the Kawabata shopping street—it was great timing. We had made a reservation for 5 PM, and were quickly shown to a private room on the second floor. It's wonderful to be able to use a private room in such a location. We ordered the chicken hot pot course, and since they have their own chicken farm, every chicken dish that came out was incredibly delicious. The staff were very attentive and helped us with the meal preparation, which was very nice. The person who served us was from Ukraine, and despite their busy schedule, we were able to chat, which made for an enjoyable experience. (I was amazed by their Japanese language skills.) Since it was a weekday, by the time we finished dinner and left the restaurant, the first floor was bustling with salarymen, highlighting the restaurant's great location. Chicken dishes are rich in collagen and good for your health, so I definitely want to visit again.

I had my debut with Fukuoka-style mizutaki. I also enjoyed other dishes like goma kanpachi, grilled chicken skin skewers, and the sake Tanaka Rokugo. Everything was delicious. The staff member from Ukraine was beautiful and very friendly. It's a high-end restaurant. They take care of all the preparations for the hot pot. I have no complaints at all.

You can enjoy a wonderful service and a full course of Mizutaki (water cooked chicken) here! The taste is gentle with zero gamey flavor, making it a lovely experience. Mizutaki is a traditional dish from Kyushu, especially Hakata, where bone-in chicken is boiled in water with no added seasoning, allowing you to savor the ingredients themselves. This is definitely a must-try when you visit Hakata. The chain restaurant "Hanamidori" opened near Kushida Shrine Station on July 1, 2024, so I decided to check it out. It's located at the southernmost end of Nakasu Kawabata Shopping Street. The store is stylish and spacious, and although the staff is young, they were wearing traditional clothing and provided cheerful and attentive service. Each course was explained to us, and they helped with serving, making the experience very enjoyable. The flavor of the chicken was completely free of any gamey taste, and it truly provided a soothing, gentle flavor. I got so caught up in the deliciousness that I forgot to take important photos, haha! I had a fantastic meal (⁠ ⁠ꈍ⁠ᴗ⁠ꈍ⁠)!

I used to frequent the main store, but since it's under renovation, I visited this location for the first time. The entrance is narrow, and the structure extends long towards the river, making the table seating a bit hectic with constant foot traffic. The flavor was consistently delicious, and the regular Han course was satisfying and enjoyable.

When you go to Fukuoka, you have to try mizutaki, so I went to Hanamidori. The broth is incredibly rich in flavor. It pairs perfectly with the ponzu sauce. And the chicken is delightful. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for the meal!

You can enjoy flavors that exceed the price. The course meal is highly recommended. It offers great satisfaction at a reasonable price. I think it's also a great choice for entertaining guests after introducing them to Hakata's fish and squid, especially for those from outside the prefecture.
