At the end of each year, Style Hayashi usually has special operating hours, but this year they are only serving a limited menu of creative soy sauce ramen with cod and clams for the new year. I arrived around 2 pm to avoid the peak time, but there were about 5 people lined up in front of the restaurant. I thought it would be quick, but the turnover was slow. It seems that today, the owner Mr. Hayashi is meticulously making each bowl by himself, with only one assistant helping out. Other staff members seem to have been given time off for the New Year. The creative soy sauce ramen with cod and clams arrived with a large clam on top. The soup had a strong clam flavor, possibly combined with a chicken broth base. The complexity of flavors from the cod and clams was evident. The cod, being mild in flavor, tasted great with the ponzu sauce on the side. The slightly thin noodles paired well with the flavorful soup. Despite the long wait, it was worth it. I was able to greet Mr. Hayashi for the new year and my first ramen of the year was a success. I look forward to visiting the Style Hayashi establishments many times this year!

Creative Ramen STYLE Hayashi Main Store is a shop that has even ranked first in a Kansai TV show special on tsukemen. This time, I tried the Chashu Masimasu meat-covered chicken and miso tsukemen. The standout feature is the rare chashu, neatly arranged on a separate plate on top of the ramen bowl. The slices are quite thin, and while preferences may vary between thick and thin slices, I personally prefer the texture of thin slices, so I enjoyed the thickness this time. The dipping sauce is quite rich, with a perfect balance of miso richness and saltiness that can only be described as "rich miso dipping sauce." The intense miso flavor is undeniable, and while the amount of dipping sauce in the small bowl may seem limited, refills are free, making it a great deal. However, since the bowl is small, be careful as the soup may overflow when you put the noodles in, and the richness may make your hands sticky. The noodles are medium-thick with a great chewy texture and decent firmness, truly showcasing their quality. The pickled onions on the table are a must-have topping for this tsukemen, as they add a refreshing touch to the rich dish. Once you try it, you'll definitely want to come back for more of this incredibly delicious miso tsukemen at Creative Ramen STYLE Hayashi. Thank you for the meal!

When I passed by the restaurant, there were usually long lines, but luckily I was able to enter smoothly on this day and enjoy the limited-time super rich soup ramen. The soup was so thick and gooey that it was difficult to pick up the noodles with chopsticks (lol). It's a soup that could even be a main dish when paired with rice. I added garlic halfway through for a delicious flavor change. I'll definitely go back when I don't have to wait. *I'm not good at waiting (−_−;)

I visited because I had errands nearby. It was after 11 o'clock, so I was able to enter without waiting. I ordered the chicken dororo miso with a special seasoned egg. As the title suggests, the soup was thick and muddy. I broke up the minced miso in the middle and ate it. It was surprisingly not too heavy and quite delicious. The chashu was a big piece, but unbelievably tender. I enjoyed it until the end without getting tired of it.

I visited the restaurant at 12:00 on a weekday. There was no line, so I bought a cash voucher and sat down. It was my first time trying the miso ramen, so I ordered the chicken doro ramen with egg topping for 1050 yen. I got addicted to the chicken dororo miso ramen and ended up going every other day. When I went for the second time with my point card, they gave me free gyoza which was nice, but I wasn't in the mood for gyoza that day so I'll save my thoughts on the gyoza for next time.

I visited this restaurant near JR Tsukamoto Station. It was after work on a weekday. This area seems to be a fierce battleground for ramen, with many famous shops around. I arrived a little after 7:30 pm and purchased a ticket for the Charred Pork Tan Tan Tsukemen (1200 yen including tax) at the ticket machine. I chose level 1 spiciness out of 0-4 options, although the recommended level by the owner is 2. I took a seat at the available counter and waited for a bit. The restaurant has a stylish atmosphere with only counter seats, and the music is modern and welcoming for couples or even solo female diners. The dish arrived shortly after - the charred pork and sweet-savory green onions on top looked delicious. The noodles seemed to be medium-thick, and the dipping sauce was rich and flavorful. It had a good amount of spiciness and a rich taste. The combination of rich chicken white broth, sesame sauce, and miso sauce, mixed with a rich dipping sauce and classic chili oil, was explained to me. The charred pork alone was satisfying and had a good thickness. It was delicious both dipped in the sauce and on its own. I also received a stamp card for a free gyoza on my next visit. They seem to have monthly limited-time menus, so I look forward to trying other dishes in the future. Thank you for the meal!

Order: Chicken Miso Tsukemen, Braised Pork Bowl. I visited the restaurant before 9 pm. It's a small, cozy miso ramen place that I have been to a few times. This time, I decided to try their tsukemen and braised pork bowl for the first time. The restaurant has a counter-only seating arrangement, but there is enough space between seats so it doesn't feel cramped. The tsukemen came with a spicy miso soup and cold medium-thick noodles. You have to order extra toppings as there are barely any included. The spicy soup really stimulates the appetite and I could eat it endlessly. I should have ordered a large portion! The braised pork bowl was smaller than expected and not great value for the price. Personally, I recommend trying the Char-mayo bowl at this restaurant. It's conveniently located near Tsukamoto Station, and both the tsukemen and ramen are delicious, so I would definitely visit again when in the area.

This is my first visit. I've been wanting to come to this shop for a while. It was within walking distance due to work, so I decided to try their miso-based dishes. I was quite hungry, so I tried both the ramen and tsukemen, but it was a bit too salty for my high blood pressure. It seems they have a point card, but they didn't mention anything to me, which was disappointing. I pass by Tsukamoto Station often, but I've never gotten off there, but it seems like a nice town.

I came back to eat the limited August dish, the Char Siu Tan Tan Tsukemen, because it was delicious last time. I entered the shop right after it opened, but it seemed like the vending machine was not working properly. It looks like there have been some changes in the staff, maybe because of the new Niku Style in Rokko-michi. The taste is still delicious, just like last time. Among the limited dishes, I like this one the second best after the Sapporo Miso in May. One of the few downsides is that the flavor tends to get a bit weaker towards the end due to the nature of tsukemen. However, I think this is better for this hot season... Anyway, please try this Char Siu Tan Tan Tsukemen once, as it is also delicious.

Today, I had the limited edition August ramen, the seared char siu tantan tsukemen. I was excited to see the return of the delicious seared char siu from the May limited edition ramen. I ordered the large size with 400g of noodles and chose level 2 spiciness. The dipping sauce was rich, but not too spicy. The spicy miso green onions on top of the noodles tasted better when mixed into the sauce. The seared char siu was as tasty as ever, and could even be eaten with plain rice. The combination of the flavorful char siu and rich tantan dipping sauce was a perfect match. At the end of the year, there will be a vote for the best limited edition ramen, and the winner will become a regular menu item. So far, my favorite is the May Sapporo miso seared char siu ramen, but I look forward to trying future menu options. Personally, I would rank the tsukemen I had today as my second favorite.

I went there right away. The August limited menu item is "Charred Pork Tan Tan Tsukemen" for 1,200 yen. You can choose the spiciness level from 0 to 4, and I ordered the recommended level 2. The charred pork was really delicious, and of course, the tsukemen soup with miso was also tasty as expected. The spiciness was just right, not too overwhelming. For those who like it spicy, I recommend starting from level 3. I made the mistake of ordering an extra serving of noodles like ramen, but they were flexible and said, "It will take some time, but if you're okay with that." Naturally, it takes time to cook the noodles, so the tsukemen will come in a large portion.

I went to lunch with my colleague after hearing good reviews. I was planning to order a standard menu, but I couldn't resist the word "limited edition". The noodles were firm and white like udon. They were delicious when coated in a rich dipping sauce. It was nice that you could choose the level of spiciness. I would like to wait outside the restaurant even in the summer if there is a sunshade, so I can line up with my mother.

Today, I had the chance to enjoy the miraculous soy sauce ramen after a long time. Lately, I have been trying a lot of limited edition noodles, but the miraculous soy sauce ramen's soup is just perfect for me. I also tried the miraculous soy sauce ramen at Niku Style in Rokko-michi, but compared to that, this one had a lighter taste. Well, both are delicious, so I recommend giving them a try.

I waited for about 5 minutes and entered the restaurant around 3:00 PM on Sunday. I tried the July limited edition "Summer Nasubi no Hiya-shio" for 1,100 yen. The soup was light but had a strong dashi flavor like udon broth, with a large fried eggplant. The eggplant was marinated in miso sauce and tasted great when dipped in the soup. The refreshing soup mixed with oil was delicious for summer. The gyoza I got as a bonus was also tasty.

You can enjoy it in various ways while eating, so even if you come back, you can still discover something new and enjoy it! I would like to use it again when I am near the area.

I visited this place to try the limited summer chilled salt ramen with eggplant in July. The soup was refreshing with a delicious broth and a hint of sweetness. The taste of the ramen here is similar to a miraculous soy sauce flavor, but the soup has a more transparent quality, giving it more of a chilled noodle soup impression rather than traditional ramen. The eggplant was meant to be dipped in miso, but personally, I preferred eating it as is, with the soup coating it. It was so delicious that I even ordered an extra serving. However, because I ordered chilled noodles as my extra serving, it ended up getting a bit too cold.

On this day, I had work in Tsukamoto, and decided to have lunch at "Sousaku Ramen STYLE Hayashi" restaurant. I arrived at the restaurant around 2:30 PM, and the place was about 80% full. I bought a meal ticket at the entrance ticket machine, and a very friendly staff member showed me to my seat. I ordered the Chicken Dororo Miso Ramen with Ajitama (flavored egg). It took about 5 minutes from ordering to serving. When I tried the soup first, it was incredibly rich, with a chicken white miso flavor. It was sweet and similar to tantanmen, unlike any miso ramen I've had before, but it was incredibly delicious. Not just incredibly delicious, it's now my number one miso ramen. The thin noodles were also delicious, perfectly coated in the soup. The simmered pork made with Hayashi SPF pork was not too soft, with a nice flavor, and the thick menma (bamboo shoots) added a nice touch. The meat miso wrapped in green onions was actually a spicy miso, which was spicy when eaten alone, but when mixed into the soup, it added a subtle spiciness that was also delicious. The flavored egg was also perfectly delicious. Overall, it was an outstanding bowl of ramen. There was also grated garlic soy sauce on the table for flavor variation, but I preferred the original taste. It was created for customers who like to make their meal more intense, and indeed it brought a punch to the flavor. This was a miso ramen unlike any I've had before, and it was incredibly delicious. After returning from a business trip, I stopped by a ramen shop that caught my eye on the way. I ordered the "Niku Mamire Tori Doro Tsukemen" (dipping noodles with chicken and meat). Once again, I went on a search for my favorite ramen shop. It seemed like a popular spot, so I arrived 20 minutes before opening and got the first spot in line with no wait. After opening, more customers started coming in, but it seems like in Osaka, people don't line up much before opening. The shop had a loud BGM and the staff had a pub-like atmosphere, which made me a little uneasy. I decided to order the miso tsukemen because it looked delicious. I chose the "Meat-covered Chicken Miso Tsukemen with extra noodles (400g)" for ¥1100 + ¥150. The dish had a beautiful presentation with a generous amount of char siu on top of the noodles. The noodles were thick and straight, with a good weight to them without being too firm, as they were a type of high-hydration noodles. I quite liked these noodles. The dipping sauce came in a small soba cup, and although refills were allowed for the extra noodles, I wished the cup was a bit bigger. The taste of the dipping sauce was a classic miso flavor with a hint of acidity, which I also enjoyed. The toppings included char siu, minced char siu, pickled onions, mitsuba, and green onions. The char siu was tender and paired well with the pickled onions. The minced char siu in the dipping sauce had a bit of a porky taste, which might have been better with less of it. With the extra noodles, I finished all the dipping sauce. Overall, I really liked the taste of the dish, but the atmosphere of the shop might be a matter of personal preference. I might try the miso ramen next time.

Chicken Doro Doro Miso Ramen with Ajitama (soft-boiled egg) for 1000 yen. As the name suggests, the soup was quite thick and it mixed well with the noodles. I felt that the miso soup was on the sweeter side for a miso ramen. When you dissolve the meat miso in the middle, the flavor changes again, making it a ramen that you won't get tired of until the end.
