This is a wonderful shop that will be irresistible to those who love architectural spaces, art, and ceramics. I visited without a reservation for lunch due to a sudden visit, but the staff's response was great, and the cost of around 1800 yen for tea made me wonder if it was really that cheap. It's a fantastic shop that makes me feel lucky to live in Hokkaido. I will visit again soon for a meal!

I loved the space at SOMOZA. The owner, Shoya, named it after his three daughters, Sofia, Momo, and Za. I accidentally stumbled upon the building while looking for a different place to stay two years ago. Shoya warmly guided me to the "Zabourin" (next to SOMOZA), where he also works as an art director. I had been wanting to visit SOMOZA since then, and finally found it in Niseko. SOMOZA is a 150-year-old traditional house relocated to Hanazono, Kutchan Town, surrounded by untouched nature. The interior and exterior are decorated with Shoya Grigg's artistic sense. There is a gallery and shop where you can see Shoya Grigg's selected art pieces. The restaurant on the second floor serves delicious food, and there is a tea room as well. The chef is Canadian, and the staff are all wonderful. This place has become one of the must-visit spots in Hokkaido for me, even though it's far and located in the mountains.

This time, it's tea time. Matcha for 1200 yen, white wine for 900 yen, ginger ale for 500 yen, each person can drink their favorite. The local white wine is delicious! It doesn't seem too crowded in the summer. A lodging facility is being built next door. This space is really nice.

Renovated traditional Japanese house. Enjoyed a Japanese-style Italian meal with a fantastic view. Niseko is truly amazing! You can also visit the tea room on the second floor and the gallery in the basement. It's a great time to relax and enjoy the autumn leaves. They also sell tableware, and I couldn't resist buying some. The lunch course is 3800 yen only, but it's a satisfying meal with a nice selection for adults.

I liked it. The taste where you can feel the natural sweetness of the ingredients is to my liking. I also appreciate the staff's service. The atmosphere and location of the restaurant are excellent. The prices are reasonable. I would like to go again.

I stayed at Zaborin and heard that it was recommended by someone. For lunch, I relaxed with coffee before a group reservation arrived. I enjoyed looking at the tea room and art exhibits. It's a wonderful place and I would like to visit again in the future.
