It was delicious! This is my second visit. I had the mixed grill set meal A, and it was fresh and tasty. I was disappointed that the staff didn’t tell me that I could get unlimited rice and miso soup refills! The seats were almost full.

On the way back from Ginkaku-ji, I noticed this place a little off the main path. I wanted to have a quiet meal, so I deliberately avoided crowded spots. I was torn between getting a set meal or a bowl, but I decided on the bowl. I was worried about whether I could eat that much, but it turned out to be a refined bowl that was suitable for women. The meat was shiny, tender, and delicious, and the wasabi soy sauce was just perfect.

The meat is absolutely delicious! I searched through various reviews and ultimately decided on this restaurant. The beef bowl was cooked to my preference of rare, and the teppanyaki was also tender and delicious. If you become a LINE friend on the day of your visit, you can receive some mitarashi dango (sweet soy glazed dumplings). The other menu items looked tasty as well, so I definitely want to go back!

I visited the restaurant on a hot day for lunch. Thank you for the chilled water. I ordered the sliced meat set meal. Since the portion size can be chosen, I opted for 120g and my partner chose 150g. The cost performance is excellent. The fatty parts had a sweetness to them, were tender, and had a strong aroma from being grilled over charcoal, making it easy to finish the meal quickly. It also came with side dishes, which were just right for palate-cleansing. The menu was incredibly diverse, and I couldn't resist ordering the fried octopus, which was soft and well-seasoned, making me crave a beer! We were too full to order anything else, but there were plenty of dessert options, so I plan to visit again for snacks next time.

We are a family with quite different tastes. Deciding on where to eat during trips is always a challenge. However, this restaurant has a menu that everyone in the family can enjoy, so we quickly made a reservation! There is also a parking lot nearby, although it is not affiliated with the restaurant. My son ordered the Large Ebi Fry Set for ¥1850, which came with three large ebi fries with the heads still on! It included miso soup and small side dishes (this day it was pickled radish, dried daikon, and hijiki seaweed salad). It was a great value. The crispy coating was delightful, and it was comforting to enjoy such simple yet delicious food. My daughter chose the Mixed Fry Set A for ¥1350, which included a large ebi fry, fried white fish, and a crab cream croquette. This has been a popular menu item since the restaurant opened. She was a bit startled by the ebi fry's head and hesitated to touch it, but when her dad removed the head for her, she felt safe to start eating. She ended up satisfied with just the ebi fry and cream croquette, handing over the white fish fry to her brother. She was all smiles as she enjoyed the cream croquette! My husband opted for the Mixed Fry Set B for ¥1750, which included a large ebi fry, aaji (horse mackerel) fry, and two fried oysters. He loves aaji fry and was hoping for a more authentic flavor, so he was a bit disappointed. I went with the Large Ebi Tempura Don with shiso and wasabi for ¥1980, plus a small udon for an extra ¥300. The tempura don came with a topping of shiso and wasabi seasoning, which allowed for a fun flavor change! It really alters the taste, and I highly recommend it! The ebi was plump, and the sauce was on the sweeter side. When I shared a little with my husband, he said, “It’s delicious! I should have gotten the tempura don…” Alas, since his order was seafood, I couldn't swap with him, though I was curious about his large ebi fry! I gave the small udon to my daughter. The restaurant had a relaxing atmosphere and creatively prepared dishes. It seems like the whole family is already deciding what to order next time!

The grilled meat bowl was incredibly delicious! I had a grilled vegetable and meat bowl, and the meat had a wonderful charcoal-roasted aroma. It was rare, tender, and juicy. Even though I didn't think I was very hungry, I ended up finishing it all. Besides the main dish, there were also desserts. My husband ordered a parfait, and it looked really tasty!

I visited the restaurant on a Sunday during lunchtime, but there was no wait time. I ordered the limited-time cut-off rice bowl for 1480 yen. I was excited to see that the beef was over 50% wagyu, and it felt just perfect today with 50%. If you get the wagyu, it’s incredibly delicious, but it seems like they cut off a lot of fatty parts, so there was quite a bit of fat! If you're not fond of fat, I would recommend skipping this. Overall, I think it's a great value for a lunch set.

There is a diner near Ginkaku-ji that offers many meat-based dishes. Although it is located in a busy tourist area, I was able to enter without waiting even during lunchtime. I ordered the limited quantity "Chopped Mixed Beef Rice Bowl" (150g for 1480 yen). The portion of the meat was substantial and delicious. I was very satisfied, especially compared to other restaurants in tourist spots.

I discovered a nice restaurant near the intersection of Shirakawa-dori and Imadegawa-dori, where you can enjoy a relaxed meal. Although the restaurant specializes in beef, the care put into the regular meals is impressive. That day, I ordered the "Karaage (fried chicken) set meal." The karaage was well-marinated, providing a satisfying and filling dish for under 1000 yen. Highly rated!!

I brought my child with me, but they treated us very well. The grilled wagyu beef was juicy and incredibly delicious.

The menu has a lot of hearty options like tempura and tonkatsu. Since I wasn't really hungry, I ordered a lighter noodle dish and we shared some Wagyu. The meat was tender and had just the right amount of fat, making it a memorable delicious experience without feeling heavy. Next time I go, I'll definitely choose the Wagyu bowl!

We ordered the Grade 5 Black Wagyu lunch set: I had 100g and my husband had 150g. It was a bit of a luxurious lunch, but the lightly seasoned meat was tender and delicious. The stir-fried bean sprouts came with ponzu sauce and grated daikon, which made for a tasty wrap with the meat. The meat was sliced thinly and absolutely spot on. Additionally, the meal included tofu, dried vegetables, simmered hijiki seaweed, and a vegetable salad. The rice comes with free refills, so I think you'll be quite full by the end of the meal. For dessert, since I had never tried it before, I had the deep-fried Mitarashi dumplings without ice cream. It was a new texture experience. There were also other popular options like rice bowls, large shrimp tempura, and sets with meat trimmings. I highly recommend this place for a treat. Keep in mind that there is no garage, but there is a convenient coin parking nearby.

The portions were generous, and it was delicious. It was a great find! ^_^
