There is a confectionery shop attached to the golf course in Kurayama Town. I visited the hot spring at this facility and bought some snacks for home on the way back. The shop is not very large, but it sells various types of snacks. This time, I purchased several snacks such as "Butter Dorayaki (129 yen)" and "Baumkuchen (129 yen)" shown in the photo. All the snacks are delicious, but personally, I think the "Butter Dorayaki" is the best. Shatoreze is very reasonably priced overall, so I recommend it for everyday use.

I visited this place for the first time because the accommodation plan came with a cake exchange voucher. I occasionally go to Schatzrese's store to buy ice cream, but this time I had some time before going home, so I decided to order a cake. There were various colorful cakes to choose from, but the citrus torte looked delicious, so I chose that. The sweet and sour taste was just as delicious as I imagined (´∇｀) Thank you for the meal~

At the golf club clubhouse, the 1st floor restaurant offers a lunch buffet, while the 2nd floor sells Western and Japanese sweets. I may have forgotten how to play golf, as I no longer have any of the 4 sets of clubs, bags, or shoes, but I still enjoy eating sweets. So, I purchased some treats to enjoy with His Majesty. I got a whole chiffon cake and some famous spring water bracken rice cakes. The chiffon cake had a generous amount of cream in the middle, and the soft texture of the cake was very satisfying. As for the famous spring water bracken rice cakes, they were presented to me by His Majesty before I could try them, so I can't comment on the taste. Thank you for the meal.

Today, I went to Shatoreze Country Club for the first time in a while, so I stopped by on my way back. Oh! I didn't go there as a golf instructor (laughs). I soaked in the hot spring, got a little hungry, so I went into a shop on the way. I ended up buying four items even though I was hesitant (laughs). Back in the car, I enjoyed a dorayaki, manju, pumpkin tart, and croissant little by little. After satisfying my hunger, I passed through Iwamizawa, so I stopped by Menmen-san and had a small portion of curry somen. Oh! I forgot about getting rid of my bulging stomach! (laughs)

Today was a perfect day for golf in Hokkaido with clear autumn weather! I played all morning and now I'm looking forward to lunch! After finishing our game, we headed to the restaurant. I ordered miso katsu donburi and my friend got katsu curry. We also enjoyed the salad bar and all-you-can-eat dessert. I may have overdone it a bit with the salad and dessert (haha). My miso katsu donburi arrived with cabbage on top of rice, topped with crispy katsu and miso sauce. The katsu was deliciously crispy and the watercress was fresh and crunchy. Unfortunately, I was too full to get seconds of dessert (sad face). The staff were very friendly and made the experience even better. It was a delicious meal! I bought some souvenirs on the way out and I'm looking forward to enjoying them at home. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I went to Chateraise Country Club for golf on Saturday and got some Chateraise sweets as souvenirs. I chose the Double Choux Cream Chocolate, which costs 105 yen each. It was delicious with plenty of chocolate cream and whipped cream inside. I give it a perfect score as I believe in promoting the shop.

- 9/28 Visit after a long time - I came to Nagasuma town, so I visited this shop after a long time. I used to come here often when I was invited by a member of this golf course (the president of a client company). First, I soaked in the private hot spring (600 yen for bathing) to refresh myself. After getting out of the bath, I came here. I bought "Kabo-chan pudding" for my family and "Almond jelly with white peach". When I got home, before drinking shochu, I had the "Almond jelly with white peach". The mild sweetness is nice♪ The problem is the "Kabo-chan pudding" made with seasonal pumpkin. I wonder if everyone will be satisfied (*´Д｀)ﾌｱﾝ！ﾌｱﾝ‼

Last June, I visited Kurayama, where there is a hot spring and golf courses in the mountains. There is a shop run by a Western confectionery, where you can enjoy meals and cakes in a lounge with a great view. You can also eat cakes purchased at the shop in the lounge. In that case, you can have all-you-can-drink coffee (from a coffee maker) for an additional 300 yen. Luckily, the weather was nice, and I was able to relax while enjoying the beautiful view after bathing. The cakes had a good balance of sweetness and the coffee was not to my liking, but the service was good, they even provided plates for us. Thank you! The baths are separate for men and women, with indoor and outdoor baths. The spring is said to be a unique source, with a sodium-chloride spring, 27.9℃, no information on pH. There is circulation, chlorine sterilization, and heating. Special Strawberry Shortcake 273 yen Drink 300 yen Day bathing (May to October) 500 yen, weekdays 10:00-20:30, weekends and holidays 10:00-21:00. While enjoying the hot springs, I decided to have a meal as well. I opted for a regular meal with a salad and dessert buffet, but it was not very satisfying. The rice was labeled as "domestic"... I thought the salad would be locally sourced, but only the azuki beans were labeled as "Hokkaido"... I wondered where the other ingredients came from. Since I was in Kurayama, I wanted to eat Kurayama-produced items. However, I was happy that there was a free-flowing supply of stick ice cream! (It seemed like the ice cream, being from Shatoreze, was available for unlimited consumption even if you didn't choose the dessert buffet.)

Restaurant located inside Hotel Chatoreze. About a 10-minute drive from Kurayama Station. There is a clear sign on Route 234. Customers are mostly locals or golf tourists. Many people seem to combine it with hot springs. The menu is affordable and delicious, personally I like the pasta. The view overlooks the entire town of Kurayama, and you can enjoy a delicious meal in the middle of the forest. There are times when piano music is played in the restaurant, so it could be used for dates as well as family outings.

This place is connected to a hot spring facility where you can also have a meal. This time, I came just for the meal. I ate to my heart's content with a separate charge for a dessert and salad buffet.
