In 2020, Sogai Farm is unique. The vegetables featured in the movie "Sky Restaurant" have a wild power. They are grown using natural farming methods without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. They collect seeds and grow seedlings, allowing the crops to grow naturally. I visited the farm when the crops were still growing and bought tomato juice made from tomatoes grown here. I tried the orange tomato juice, which cost around 1300 yen for 190ml (expensive). It was rich in tomato flavor, showcasing the power of tomatoes. I tried all the varieties and it was an ultimate experience. Thank you for the meal.
