I tried mentaiko samgyeopsal for the first time, and it was delicious! The staff were very considerate and made sure that the oil didn't splatter. I really appreciated it! The chijimi was also tasty! Since it was a Friday, the restaurant was nearly full, so I recommend making a reservation.

"Kosoban," a new specialized shop for aged samgyeopsal, opened on October 18, 2024, just a short walk from Honmachi Station! The highlight of this restaurant is that you can enjoy authentic Korean cuisine at reasonable prices. Here’s what I had: - Aged Samgyeopsal - Mentaiko Samgyeopsal - Seafood Chijimi (pancake) - Yangnyeom Chicken - Sundubu Jjigae (soft tofu stew) - Special Yangnyeom Harami (marinated skirt steak) - Bokkeumbap (fried rice) with cheese The star of the show is definitely the aged samgyeopsal! It’s rich in flavor, juicy, and has a sweet fat that is simply exquisite. Accompanying it are fresh vegetables and authentic kimchi, which really showcases the essence of Korean cuisine. While all dishes were appealing, my personal favorite was the seafood chijimi. Packed with chunks of shrimp and squid, it was incredibly delicious. To wrap up the meal, we had fried rice made from the fat of the samgyeopsal! Adding cheese on top made it even tastier. A wonderful restaurant has opened in Honmachi! Make sure to check it out!"

【Kosoban】A hidden gem just a one-minute walk from Honmachi Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line, specializing in samgyeopsal! This time, I had the Aged Samgyeopsal for 1,680 yen, Mentaiko Samgyeopsal for 1,780 yen, Yangnyeom Harami for 1,850 yen, Yangnyeom Chicken for 850 yen, Sundubu Jjigae for 950 yen, and Seafood Chijimi for 1,050 yen. You can only order the meat in quantities for two servings and the staff will grill it for you, so all we had to do was eat! The Aged Samgyeopsal is incredibly delicious, but my favorite is definitely the Mentaiko Samgyeopsal! Also, the side dishes like the chijimi were amazing, and the Sundubu Jjigae had a wonderfully addictive spiciness! I highly recommend everyone to check it out! Thank you for the meal!

I had samgyeopsal. The staff grilled the meat for us, and they were very attentive and kind. They also asked if we would like to move to another table since our seating was a bit cramped, which I appreciated.
