Due to the coronavirus, it was difficult to relax even when I returned home, but with the relaxation of coronavirus measures, I was able to go back to my parents' house for the first time in a long time and relax. When getting takeout for hors d'oeuvres, I usually buy from supermarkets like Super Fukuhara or local supermarkets, but this time, I ordered some sushi rolls and hors d'oeuvres recommended by Karamatsu-san and went to pick them up to try them out. The sushi rolls and hors d'oeuvres were enough for about 6-7 people. First, the sushi rolls. The standout was the special seafood roll that had sushi rolls inside. It had tuna, salmon, yellowtail, egg, and flying fish roe. I informed them in advance about what my family members don't like, so those were excluded. You're supposed to eat them by hand because they fall apart when you try to transfer them to a plate with chopsticks. Yes, they were delicious. Each piece had quite a generous portion, so I had 3 pieces. The thin rolls were tuna and cucumber. The tuna was delicious. The hors d'oeuvres were meticulously crafted creative appetizers. There was roast beef, deep-fried skewers, deep-fried chicken with leek sauce, roasted duck meat, and some familiar items, but the recommended shrimp fritter with mayo sauce, mini tomato with something?, red turnip with something?, sorry, I don't know the exact names, but they were delicious. There were palate cleansers, fried items, sushi rolls, and it was really enjoyable. My parents at home were also delighted. Thank you for the delicious meal.
