It's not too sweet, but has a strong egg flavor and a moist, fluffy texture. It's really delicious! I'm happy that they have different flavors, and I think they also have seasonal limited edition items. This time I tried the "chocolate chip" flavor, although the chips got a bit crushed. The chips are not mixed into the batter, but placed on the surface and baked, giving it a simple feel. They also have pound cakes, and the cherry one was delicious! The freshly baked apple chiffon cake made with Niki-grown apples had a fluffy apple scent, while the ginger chiffon cake had a strong ginger flavor. This might be a matter of personal preference, but I really liked it. I also found the chocolate chip and plain chiffon cakes intriguing, but ended up purchasing the creamy and delicious "milk chiffon" made with Kurashima milk. I've never tried Kurashima milk before, but when I got home and tried it, it was really delicious. To be honest, I couldn't really taste the milk flavor, but the chiffon cake was fluffy, moist, and had a mild sweetness. It was a very delicious chiffon cake from "Domaine." Thank you for the meal!

There were chiffon cakes lined up, and I was a little curious, so I was looking at them in front of the store when the manager-like person from the kitchen recommended a tasting. It was a tasting of chiffon cake, but I was more interested in the castella-like one. However, there was no tasting for that one. But when I listened to the explanation, they said this one uses butter, so if you like butter, go for this one! I bought it and tried it, and it was delicious. There are only a few cherries from Niki Town scattered in it, but they serve as accents. I ended up eating half of it in one go! It's quite delicious!
