I visited a certain center in Teshikaga where an event was taking place. They were selling bread from the support facility "Ocharake Tei" and "Nukumori Bento" but I couldn't find their names on the food log registration yet. I bought the "Bacon Cheese France," "Kuro Wasan," and "Tsubu-an Pan" breads. The Bacon was a crunchy France bread that was easy to eat. The Kuro Wasan had a fluffy texture and was not too dry. The Tsubu-an had a fluffy dough and the sweetness of the red bean paste was good. The "O-nigirazu" with ham cutlet was the most delicious. The rice was sandwiched between thin omelette instead of seaweed, and I thought it would be nice to wrap it in egg or make it in an omelette style. The cheese and bonito flakes were also delicious. It would have been even better with a bit more filling. I would like to visit the shop next time. Thank you for the meal.
