I had to meet up suddenly at Tani Roku, so I hurriedly searched for nearby ramen shops. This place and their soy sauce ramen were highly ranked, so I chose my favorite from the images. It's a ticket system. Rice comes with the ramen, but I don't need it. The difference between "regular" and "special" is additional chashu. This time I ordered the extra rich dipping noodles. In the shop, there were already a man and a woman separately enjoying their meals. Shortly after me, a woman arrived alone, and then a man came in after she started eating. Each seat at the counter had a basket for personal belongings underneath. I handed over the ticket and was asked about the amount of noodles, so I said "small" and confirmed if I could get it extra hot, which was possible, so I ordered it that way. The noodles were served in about 10 minutes. I asked for paper napkins. The soup had a grainy texture, probably made from fish powder. It was as rich as it looked. I loved it!! It's so good!! So rich and delicious!! Yes, yes, this is it. Very delicious. The noodles were medium thickness. This time I ordered the extra hot, but it seemed like they were drained without rinsing in water and served as is. The noodles got dry in the middle and stuck together, which was disappointing. There were two types of chashu, rare and pork belly. I liked the rare one, but the pork belly seemed to be marinated lightly. I tried soaking it in the soup to enhance the flavor, but it didn't become extremely delicious. There was a lemon in the bowl, and it said to sprinkle it on the noodles. Personally, I think it would be better to use it for the rice at the end. The flavored egg was a 90 out of 100. It was incredibly delicious. So amazing. I looked around for a way to change the taste halfway through. I found some spicy condiments in an aluminum container and added a little bit hesitantly. It was delicious! It's so good. I even thought I should have added it from the beginning. Next time, I should try the spicy dipping noodles. The man who was there first, the woman who was there first, the woman who came later, and the man who came after her all ordered rice at the end. I ordered a small amount of noodles and still had some left. The "small" portion is quite generous, so I was impressed that even women ordered rice at the end. Finally, I asked for soup refills. They asked if I wanted rice at the end, but I declined. The soup was prepared in a thermos pot inside the counter near the kitchen, and the staff poured it for me while I adjusted the taste myself. I drank the soup and left. Overall, it was delicious. The taste was exactly to my liking. It was almost as good as Gorōemon in Umeda. I enthusiastically talked about how delicious it was even after meeting up with my partner. We plan to go together next week. I need to go on an empty stomach. I don't need rice, but it was a great meal. Thank you.
