This is a plan for dinner priced at 7500 yen. I had the impression that it might be simple due to the use of medicinal cuisine... I thought I would be more satisfied with Italian or French cuisine, but I was actually satisfied! The portion size of the dishes was just right. The 5500 yen plan might be a bit small... This inn seems to consider women, so even those with small appetites should be able to finish the 7500 yen plan without leaving anything. Ingredients like mountain vegetables may not be expensive. However, I thought that the price was reasonable considering the elaborate preparation of the dishes. I don't usually go to expensive places, so when I hear 7500 yen, I expect luxurious ingredients and a lavish portion size, but I realized that it may not always be the case. But it was delicious!! The staff were kind. However, since I was looking forward to the food, I wish I could have heard more detailed explanations about each dish. Since the combinations were rare dishes that I don't usually eat.

This hotel has been renovated to be exclusively for women... I heard that the food is delicious and the baths are nice, so I decided to give it a try, even though it's close by and doesn't feel like a proper stay. The result... was absolutely fantastic!! Check-in was at 3 o'clock, but I arrived early and was greeted by a friendly smile at the front desk. The snacks they offered were delicious... that alone put me in a great mood. Before dinner, I went to the outdoor bath at a sister hotel. The hot water and atmosphere were great. Now, dinner time. I carefully read through the menu. It was a mix of Chinese and Western cuisine. Everything was delicious, but the standout dishes were the shrimp and shark fin. The angel prawns were raised in the clear waters of New Caledonia. The stir-fry with tender tea leaves had a salty flavor that brought out the shrimp's deliciousness. The shark fin from the Yoshikiri shark was a bit small, but the beautifully shaped pieces were served in a jade-colored soup that made me smile. The meat dish was spicy sauce with Tokachi aged beef. It was huge! Definitely more meat than you'd expect in a course meal. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish it... had to leave some behind. But I made sure to have dessert. For breakfast, you can choose between Chinese congee or Western-style. I chose congee because I was worried about feeling bloated. Breakfast was also great! Lots of vegetables and fruits, very satisfying. It's wonderful that you can eat to your heart's content without feeling heavy! My skin also felt great!! Seeing a few solo female diners also speaks to the high rating of this hotel.

On a trip to heal a broken heart, I decided to visit the newly renovated Sui-Cho-Kan, which had been around for about a year. The fact that there were only women there made me feel comfortable and at ease during my visit. Upon checking the plans, I discovered that there was a free drink included. The dinner course was priced at 8000 yen and seemed decent. I decided to go with this option. Since it is a part of the First Hotel Group, there is a shuttle bus available for transportation to and from the inn, making it convenient for those without a car. Upon arrival at the inn, I was served tea and sweets. The quality of the sweets was impressive and the tea selection was interesting. I opted for the Energy (Oolong tea) option. It was recommended to drink it five times, which I initially found surprising, but I ended up enjoying it. The aroma was delightful and I really liked it. I was curious about the other tea options as well. The hot springs, although small, had doubled in number since the renovation and were quite satisfactory. The lounging area was relaxing and comfortable. I didn't use the esthetic services this time, but I would definitely consider it if I had the budget for it. Dinner time was flexible, with 30-minute intervals for self-selection. The free drink options included beer, wine, and plum wine, which although limited, was sufficient for a sake lover like myself. However, I found that alcohol didn't flow as freely as I had expected when enjoying delicious food. The dishes were focused on Chinese herbal medicine, and the chef's dedication was evident in each dish. While some may be wary of Chinese herbal medicine flavors, the unique aromas were milder and the dishes were delicious and satisfying. The soup was the most reminiscent of Chinese herbal medicine, but I personally enjoyed it. If you enjoy hot pot dishes, you would likely find it palatable. The main dish in the 8000 yen course was shark fin, which had a satisfying texture and was delicious. I couldn't help but wonder what would be included in the 12000 yen course... The portion size may be a bit small for some, but it felt just right for a group of women. The desserts, with the disappearing cotton candy effect, were a nice touch that women would appreciate. The desserts here are undoubtedly delicious. For breakfast, I wished there was a bit more variety. Overall, the taste was good. I look forward to future improvements. The snow-covered winter scenery of Jozankei, the open-air bath, the alcohol, the food... it was more than enough to forget about the everyday and indulge in a sense of escapism.

Two women stayed at this inn. At night, they had medicinal cuisine. Medicinal cuisine... The concept of a women's inn is lovely. But they wished there were other options besides medicinal cuisine while staying there. However, the medicinal cuisine! The portions were incredible! They kept coming one after another. And, it was indeed stylish. Clearly geared towards women. For breakfast, you can choose between rice porridge or bread the day before. The breakfast spread was so generous, it seemed like it was for two people. They enjoyed a healthy meal with plenty of salad while sipping tea, soaking in the hot springs, and eating a massive amount of rice... In the morning, when they weighed themselves, they were surprised to find that they had lost nearly 2kg despite eating so much! Medicinal cuisine... it's amazing. I have visited this place twice before, so the photos are a mix of those visits. I apologize for the confusion. I also went there alone for a third time, but that's a story for another occasion... Thank you for the delicious meal!

I have used this place several times. I have overwritten my review, but new images have been added towards the end. During check-in, you can receive local vouchers such as coupons for presents. Those who use the esthetic services also receive a bus ticket as a present. This time, we had two meals included, and since my friend loves esthetic treatments, we decided to relax with food and esthetics. The concept of Suichokan is "becoming beautiful from the outside and inside." The meals are a fusion of Japanese and French cuisine with a Chinese medicinal base. For dinner: (Appetizer) Yam potato gratin, salad with root vegetables and creamy cheese, Western-style chawanmushi with sea bream, fried shrimp arancini (Appetizer) Today's Suichokan-style sashimi: Botan shrimp, red snapper, snow crab, scallop (Soup) Onion soup (Fish dish) with herb sauce (Main dish) Roast of Chiyoda Biei Wagyu beef from a contract farm (Meal) Sprouted five-grain rice from Hokkaido (Dessert) Jasmine milk suichou pudding Chinese tea *For men, an additional dish is served with the main course, and for women, an additional dessert is served with the meal. For breakfast, we submit a form to choose three ingredients for the sandwich, and we also had scrambled eggs, thick-cut bacon soup, and salad. We make the sandwich ourselves with the selected ingredients. The dessert is a collagen-infused pudding. The dishes are generally healthy and catered towards women, but they are satisfying and filling. Each dish is intricately crafted and visually appealing. There are also facilities like a free oxygen bar and a herb tea corner where you can enjoy as much as you like, which is a nice touch for women. The men's esthetic services are also well-equipped! This chain has many excellent accommodations.

[First Visit] Used on the second night of my trip to Sapporo. A spa & esthetic inn in Jozankei Onsen, located in Sapporo city. Even though it's in the city, it's a mountain road from the middle. It took about 50 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. [Ambiance] The exterior and interior are beautiful and clean. It's low-rise, but spacious inside. There are plenty of spaces to relax in with esthetic treatments and yukatas. The large communal baths and spacious private baths were also nice. The room I stayed in was a Western-style room, which was also spacious. The tea snacks and complimentary dessert were delicious. Breakfast was served in a private dining area. The seats are somewhat partitioned, making it a calm space. The view may be subtle due to the season, but the pleasant sunlight comes in. [Taste] The vegetables are incredibly fresh, with a strong natural taste that is delicious. I really felt that Hokkaido is a treasure trove of food. I'm not a big fan of bagels, but the bagels here are outstanding. The natural flavor of the dough is exquisite. There is no unnecessary seasoning, just a gentle taste. The Jersey milk was also delicious. [Service] Very polite and friendly service. However, it would have been better if they wore masks properly when feeling unwell.

I was looking for a beautiful place nearby to stay overnight and came across this gem! It seemed like a soothing place for women, with a gentle atmosphere and healthy meals. I haven't stayed in many small inns or hotels before, so I was a bit unsure about that, as well as how it would be for men. We visited with my elderly mother and our family. My worries disappeared as soon as we arrived. The place was clean, stylish, and most importantly, quiet and calming due to the small number of rooms. The room had nice details like snacks and a selection of branded amenities. The meals were very stylish and served in semi-private dining areas. The dishes were varied and included plenty of vegetables, which women would appreciate. The appetizers looked like a beautiful flower garden, and the assorted desserts were a nice touch. I didn't have high expectations for the breakfast sandwich, but it turned out to be stylish and delicious, different from what I had imagined. Overall, I was won over by the stylish and healthy aspects before even considering the taste. Oh, and the chef's homemade pound cake in the lounge at night was unexpectedly delicious! I would love to visit again, but my husband felt it was a bit lacking for men, saying "I think I'm good for now..."

During my trip to Sapporo, I found a shuttle service to Jozankei Onsen and decided to visit. I chose the Spa & Esthetique Suichokan day trip lunch dim sum set spa plan, which included a 40-minute basic facial (aroma) for 6,825 yen. First, regarding the food, I was expecting a healthy and delicious lunch based on the concept of "food is medicine," but unfortunately, the taste was not great. The meal included pumpkin soup, fish in sauce, dumplings, salad, and dessert. However, considering the free shuttle from Sapporo's Odori Park Station, the opportunity to soak in the hot springs, and the relaxing atmosphere, I think it's a very good deal overall. My daughter, who experienced her first spa treatment, was very happy, and despite the short 40-minute session, I believe it was very reasonably priced. The hotel's ambiance and service were excellent.

Welcome! ┌¬o* * * 2013.06 ↓The place on the eve of the birthday is a ryokan (is that the right word?) where women swoon? A ryokan that is overwhelmingly popular among women, one of the Suizantei Group, with a very elegant appearance and space that doesn't feel like a ryokan, Tomco found it elegant! It may be out of place for men, but this is a world for women, and there is no dissatisfaction in welcoming all women. From Ishiyama towards Jozankei, crossing the first tunnel and turning right at the signal, continue straight ahead and you will see the signboard of Suizantei. Going around the back, you will arrive at a place that doesn't look like a hotel, with a Japanese-style appearance that can be called a one-story or two-story building with no height. It's been a while since I've been to a ryokan like this, last year it was JR Tower Nikko, and the gap was quite large. When you park your car, you will be greeted by a well-dressed young staff at the entrance, and even Tomco feels shy. Taking off your shoes and being guided to a sofa, there is a welcome drink of lemonade on the table, which was the ultimate healing for the hot body. This is where you choose the ingredients for the sandwich the next morning, and I want everything in it! I was guided to the only Asian room, which is not too conspicuous as an Asian style that Japanese people find calming. The table with a view of the outside has a welcome snack, which is a standard souvenir snack here. They say there are various healing spaces inside the building, so let's go for a walk. I changed into a work robe, and as usual, it suits me well. Even if you go to a nearby izakaya, you can tell it's a local place! In the high-ceilinged space on the first floor, you can relax with self-service drinks and a massage machine. This fireplace, the chimney is tall! I had to tilt the camera angle, Tom was twisted too! Let's go upstairs, ← is a guest room, → is full of holes where moles seem to be. Are they telling me to sleep buried there? I can sleep in 3 minutes! (Not bragging) Buried, reading a magazine, I fell asleep. Ending ┌¬o In the back, there is a massage and air something machine, a machine that sends fresh air through the nose, and the air was cold. I should be a little older to have a massage done. It's time for dinner soon. I head to a place next to the large hall on the first floor. Even before entering the entrance, the staff waiting there is very courteous. "You will be guided to the very back." "You can see the garden from the side." It's still bright, and I don't feel like eating yet, but it's already almost 7 pm. A dinner with fusion BGM that will blow away the fatigue of the day. First, a glass of wine for an aperitif. Just one glass and I'm already drunk! There are fruit liqueurs on the drink menu, which is pleasing for both women and Tom. Let's go with the classic plum wine. Oh, will the frog chorus accompany me? First course, Western-style chawanmushi with cherry shrimp. A steamed pudding that feels like shrimp dashi! Fresh spring rolls with baby lobster and avocado. Was there both lobster and avocado in it? I couldn't tell by the amount. Chilled jelly with bamboo shoots and local chicken. A collagen lump! Baked clams. There wasn't enough clam dashi and umami in this amount! Appetizer platter, sashimi. Sashimi in fancy dishes with a nice appearance, each with a different dressing. Red snapper. Wasabi ponzu jelly. The overflow of wasabi's sharpness and ponzu's refreshing taste from the jelly is indescribable! Sweet shrimp. Green shiso dressing. The shrimp meat is firm and delicious! Scallop. Ume dressing. The sourness of the plum was strong, which complemented the rich scallop. Seared bonito. Yuzu dressing. It seemed to be rarer than tataki, and the yuzu was a mysterious seasoning! The soup is cream shichu with cabbage. Bacon used in the dashi and soft cabbage soaked in sweet cream. For the fish dish, I chose two different ones. One was deep-fried Spanish mackerel with oyster sauce. Tempura ===========
