Master returned from Thailand and resumed business about 2 months ago. The Master, who has become even more like a Thai person (lol), serves exquisite Thai cuisine at a reasonable price, which is why the restaurant is packed with customers every day (@_@). To introduce this exquisite Thai cuisine to those who have not yet experienced it, I invited 2 gourmet experts from Kansai and 1 from Kanto for a meal. The date and time were set for Tuesday at 5:30 pm, a niche schedule that everyone accommodated for my convenience (⌒-⌒; ) Since we made a reservation for the opening time, we were the first to arrive! We were able to enjoy our meal leisurely at the only 4-person table in the restaurant. By the way, on this day, customers with reservations started coming in one after another, and the restaurant quickly filled up with many customers (*^^*) On this day, the four of us enjoyed 6 dishes (*^^*):
- Yam Makua (Grilled eggplant and shrimp Thai-style salad)
- Gai Yaan (Grilled chicken thigh with herbs)
- Aomori dried squid and plenty of vegetables stir-fried with black pepper
- Stir-fried shrimp and Chinese broccoli with Thai bean paste
- Khun Pappong curry (Stir-fried shrimp, vegetables, and curry spiced eggs)
- Golden fried rice
Yam Makua is my recommended menu item that I always order if available (*^^*). It is a Thai-style salad made with grilled eggplant, plenty of red onions, mushrooms, shrimp, and coriander, all mixed with lemon acidity, fish sauce saltiness, chili spiciness, and the fragrance of coriander and garlic. It combines various flavors beautifully, making it quite addictive and delicious (╹◡╹). This menu changes daily, but it appears quite frequently, so I highly recommend trying it. Gai Yaan has a crispy and fragrant skin with tender and juicy chicken thigh meat that spreads the umami of chicken and the sweetness of fat in your mouth. It was incredibly delicious (*^^*), although the cooking method has not changed, according to the Master (lol). The Aomori dried squid and plenty of vegetables stir-fried with black pepper not only contain vegetables but also plenty of dried squid, which was surprising (@_@). The vegetables include cabbage, carrots, celery, greens, mushrooms, and more, mixed with fish sauce, oyster sauce, and the spiciness of black pepper, creating an exquisite combination. The dried squid also goes well with the dish, making it delicious ( ^∀^). The stir-fried shrimp and Chinese broccoli with Thai bean paste feature large prawns that are plump and delicious. The Chinese broccoli is crunchy, and the ethnic seasoning is gentle and well-balanced, making it very tasty (*^^*). This menu was a substitute for stir-fried hollow-stemmed vegetables, but it was surprisingly delicious, so it's an item I would like to order if available (*^^*). Khun Pappong curry is a curry-spiced stir-fry of shrimp, aromatic vegetables, and eggs. The dish has a mild spiciness and a hint of sweetness, with the umami of shrimp, the richness of eggs, and the coconut milk flavor blending perfectly. It is incredibly delicious. If you have room in your stomach, I recommend enjoying it with jasmine rice (*^^*). Lastly, we had the Golden fried rice. The Golden fried rice is a simple fried rice with eggs and green onions on jasmine rice, perfectly fluffy and with a subtle and gentle flavor. It is delicious! It's not oily and can be eaten lightly, which is great (*^^*). We enjoyed 6 dishes with 4 people this time, and they were all exquisite, with just the right amount, and the gourmet experts I invited seemed satisfied, which was great (*^^*). This restaurant not only serves delicious food but also offers great value for money, and even if you drink and eat a lot, it's unlikely to exceed 3,000 yen per person ( ̄▽ ̄).※It might exceed if you drink and eat like crazy (lol). We drank moderately this time, and it cost about 3,000 yen per person. The service from the Master and staff was also excellent, and all the customers were smiling and seemed to be having a good time. It's a restaurant with a great atmosphere. In simple terms, it's like "Dragon Quest Walk" with ==========
