At 'Mizuiro' on the 46th floor of Caretta Shiodome in Tokyo, which just opened this year, I was eager to visit. First of all, being on the 46th floor, the night view is truly stunning. The overall balance between the food and the night scenery is excellent, making it highly recommended. This time, I chose a course meal with unlimited champagne. The dishes are mainly Japanese cuisine, and the portion sizes feel just right. ~ Starter ~ - Tsukune skewers ~ Sashimi ~ - Seasonal sashimi platter with three kinds ~ Steamed Dish ~ - Shrimp and fish paste steamed in a bamboo basket ~ Grilled Dish ~ - Today's fresh fish, grilled over charcoal with a broth-based oil sauce ~ Main Dish ~ - Domestic beef ribeye and assorted ingredients in a sukiyaki style with Yoro egg ~ Palate Cleanser ~ - Seasonal vegetable nuka-zuke salad with sweet sake and yuzu dressing ~ Fried Dish ~ - Assorted deep-fried skewers ~ Rice Dish ~ - Fresh tuna seafood mini bowl with Matsumae soy sauce and red miso soup ~ Sweets ~ - Two-tone Bavarois with black sesame and matcha The seating is arranged so that you can enjoy the view while savoring the dishes, allowing for delightful conversation and a wonderful time. I chose this restaurant with the scenery in mind for the first time in a while, and everyone I went with was very satisfied, making it a fantastic day that truly broadened my options for restaurant choices.

I had a course meal while overlooking Tokyo Bay, which added a special touch to the dining experience and made it very enjoyable. Every dish was delicious, but the deep-fried car-fu skewers were particularly memorable since I rarely get to eat them. They were absolutely delicious.

We used this restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived about 20 minutes early, but they were able to prepare a table for us. All the dishes were wonderful. The appetizer, the mushroom chawanmushi, was particularly exquisite. However, the zosui (rice porridge) was a bit too salty; I think it could have been a little lighter in flavor. The night view was also fantastic, and we would love to visit again.

As for the flavor and satisfaction, the portions were just right, the taste was delicious, and the pace was neither too slow nor too fast, making the overall experience quite excellent. I think this restaurant is perfect for birthdays or special anniversaries.

I couldn't take any photos, but the night view from the 46th floor was absolutely amazing. Although I wasn't seated by the window, all the seats were fantastic. The staff was also very kind and wonderful. There were mostly couples, so I think it's a great place for a date. The food was very delicious, and they served it slowly, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time. It's just a 2-minute walk from the Oedo Line station, so the location is excellent as well. Next time, I'd like to sit by the window.

The high-rise sky restaurant at Caretta Shiodome had a high ceiling that created a spacious and pleasant atmosphere. The seats were also quite roomy. The green tea served in a glass was stylish. The appetizers were incredibly delicious, showcasing the high level of the Japanese restaurant. I’m glad the surprise for my friend was a success!

I visited on Saturday at 5:30 PM. The window seats with a view of the night scenery were really nice. There were times when the timing of the food service was a bit slow, but it didn't particularly bother me. Each dish seemed to be slightly smaller in portion, which I think is just right for women.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was captivated by the beautifully glowing blue chandelier, which created a magical atmosphere✨. There are couple seats by the window, a counter seat under the chandelier, and sofa seats available. This time, I celebrated my birthday at the counter seat☺️. The dishes were delicious and well-thought-out, considering various ingredients and their combinations with the plates! However, there were two disappointing aspects. First, while the shrimp was tasty, it was difficult to eat! It would have been better if they had made deeper incisions in the kitchen beforehand. The second issue was the final dish, a rice porridge... it was too salty! This was quite disappointing, as the food was otherwise delicious. I wish they had added something like perilla leaves to make it more refreshing.

First, we started with sparkling wine, but to my surprise, it had no bubbles... I thought it might be the last sparkling wine, but freshly opened, it was actually quite bubbly. When I ordered a bottle of white wine, a sommelier-like person opened it and asked, "Would you like to taste?" That was fine, but it was left on the table just like that, as shown in the photo. I would have preferred if they at least took it away to chill or provided a wine cooler nearby. The timing of the drinks and food was also off, which made everything feel wasted. The food was neither good nor bad. The night view was wasted as well. It's not just this restaurant, but access to the sky restaurant in this area is very confusing. It felt like quite a maze, so proper research beforehand is necessary. My companion also got lost, resulting in a 15-minute delay before we could start.

I was searching for a place to celebrate my friend's birthday, and there are so many attractive options that I got a bit overwhelmed! I ended up really thinking it over until the last minute. In the end, I was able to reserve a window seat with a view of the night scenery. The view from the 46th floor was amazing, with Rainbow Bridge right in front of us. The window frame was a bit obstructive, but that couldn't be helped, haha. We made a reservation for a course meal. The sukiyaki rice bowl had a bit too much fat. One piece of meat in the sweet and sour pork was so tough I couldn't chew it, but the other pieces were tender, and all the other dishes were delicious too! The surprise firework cake was well-received, and we got to take photos with it! I noticed that other tables were also getting the same cake, so it seemed like many people were celebrating birthdays there.

From 17:30, the view from the 46th floor was very beautiful! The atmosphere inside the restaurant was nice, and it seemed like there were many people celebrating birthdays. The course meals were also very delicious! Since the dishes were not ones you usually see, there was a strong sense of occasion. The portion sizes were just right, so even those with smaller appetites would be satisfied with the course. Next time, I want to try an even higher course!

I visited for our one-year anniversary. I had previously dined here for lunch, but I recommend going at night because the night view is beautiful! The course was priced at 13,000 yen, and considering the location and atmosphere, it felt just about right. The Ise lobster was especially delicious!

I was introduced to the top executives of a venture company by a long-time client and visited them for dinner for the first time. I often stay at Conrad Tokyo, but this was my first time at Caretta Shiodome. The entrance to the building and the way to the elevator felt like a mysterious maze, which made me anxious. The restaurant had a good view and a nice atmosphere. The food was decent, but the hospitality was lacking. That's a disappointment.

I decided to visit after doing some searches for places I wanted to go ( ◜ω◝ ). Overall, the food was delicious. The chawanmushi had a sauce on top, but I thought the flavor of the sauce was a bit strong, which overshadowed the taste of the chawanmushi itself. However, the atmosphere of the restaurant was absolutely fantastic, and the sofa seats were plush, with a beautiful night view that created a very moody ambiance (ε( ε^o^)э). But it felt like the food took an eternity to arrive, and I wondered if time was distorted ( ◜ω◝ ). …I thought, "Are we being forgotten?" but it was a relief to see that the couple next to us was also waiting just as long, so we weren't forgotten after all (*`꒳´ *).

I visited in the evening. Many dishes were sold out, but everything I tried was delicious. The meat in the sukiyaki-style dish, in particular, was rich and really paired well with the drinks. The lemon sour was a nice shade of blue, reminiscent of the restaurant's name. The seating is designed for couples, creating a romantic atmosphere for male-female pairs. Unfortunately, the night view was obscured by rain, but it was still beautiful.

Dining at a high location can be pricey, but this place offers a lunch with a drink included for 2800 yen, which is very reasonable. Unfortunately, the coffee served at the end was quite weak, almost like an Americano. A small dessert would have been nice, but I could have done without it. The coffee was served in a cup that felt more like a glass. The rice came with a small bowl topped with sweet and spicy braised beef rib, and the rice itself was very tasty. I would love to visit again on a nice weather day.

I felt that there weren’t many drink options, so having cocktails available would make it easier for women and those who aren't heavy drinkers to order. Additionally, the courses were served at a leisurely pace, so it's best to allow plenty of time for your visit. The atmosphere and food were so wonderful that I definitely want to return. Next time, I would like to visit during the evening.

I had been curious about Mizuiro for a while, so I made a reservation and had lunch solo. Being on the 46th floor, the view was great, and the ceiling was high and spacious. The course came with a welcome drink in a beautiful blue hue. I chose a non-alcoholic option, and the colorful dishes included appetizers, bonito carpaccio, eggplant, miso-grilled salmon, deep-fried mackerel skewers, sukiyaki rice bowl, red miso soup, pickles, and a drink. Although the portions were on the smaller side, it was perfect for a leisurely experience while enjoying the view. I highly recommend it for gatherings with friends or a date.

For couples, the window-side seats are highly recommended, as they allow for great conversations and dining while enjoying the scenery. While the food wasn't exceptional, considering the price, it was more than enough.

Invited by the blue sky, I visited a high-floor space at Caretta Shiodome without a reservation and was shown to a window-side table. I could see the Rainbow Bridge in the distance, which felt wonderful. The service was also very smooth. I had the grilled pork shoulder marinated in saikyo miso. The official menu name might be different. The tender meat and sashimi were both delicious. I appreciated the cold tea service instead of water. Given the view, I think the cost performance is quite good.

This space has a very luxurious atmosphere, making it recommended for dates and celebrations. I made a reservation in advance and requested the smallest portion of the course. Each dish had a small portion, which is great for those with a light appetite. The timing of the dishes was just right, allowing me to enjoy the entire course without feeling too full before the end.
