I had some errands in Ebisu. That day, I had dinner plans with a friend. We visited around 8 PM and were able to enter without waiting!
- Ribeye Steak ¥4800: Beautifully marbled ribeye! It’s grilled slowly, and the high fat content makes it melt in your mouth. It comes with a green onion sauce, which transforms the flavor and gives a refreshing taste!
- Ultimate Tongue ¥3200: Thick with a delightful chewy texture! Soft and aromatic, the more you chew, the more umami you experience!
- Jumbo Mushroom ¥450: About the size of a baseball! Grilling it slowly releases a burst of delicious flavor! The texture is plump and the aroma is strong, allowing you to fully enjoy the mushroom's umami!
- Wagyu Trimmed Meat ¥900: Even as trimmed meat, it has beautiful marbling, and the price is exceptional! A quick grill makes it melt in your mouth, creating a blissful experience! Definitely a must-order!
- Choregi Salad ¥900: A refreshing Choregi salad! The dressing is delightful!
- White Offal Sashimi ¥900: A crisp texture! The offal is mildly flavored, with crunchy green onion and cucumber providing a great accent! The sauce has spiciness and acidity, giving a refreshing finish!
- GomTang Soup (changed to Kuppa) ¥1300: You can switch to Kuppa for an additional ¥100! (The soup itself is ¥1200) The broth has a gentle umami that is comforting! Rich yet refreshing, it cleanses your palate while enjoying the BBQ!
- Ushigoro Curry ¥900: The curry is topped with tender meat, overflowing with flavors. The curry itself has depth and a slight spiciness, making it rich and delicious!
- Wagyu and Takana Garlic Rice ¥900: A fluffy garlic fried rice! The aroma of garlic and umami from the meat shines through! The rice has a firmer texture and a nice oily mouthfeel!
- Thick Cut Beef Tongue ¥2300: About 2.5cm thick! It’s very tender with a pleasing bounce and a chewy bite! You can fully enjoy the meat's flavor!
- Shima Chou ¥900: Strong in flavor and melt-in-your-mouth sweetness! A slight spiciness is present, but the offal's sweet flavor is dominant!
- Bean Sprout Namul ¥400: Crisp bean sprouts in a refreshing preparation! The pepper adds a bit of a punch!
- Kimchi Assortment ¥900: A mix of napa cabbage, avocado, and cubed radish kimchi! The spiciness is mild with a hint of sweetness, providing different textures to enjoy!
- Wagyu Salt Harami ¥3800: Cut thick for great texture! Seasoned with a salt-based sauce, it's delightful to eat as is! Tender and refreshing!
- Rib Maki ¥2400: Marbled rib maki! When placed on the grill, the fat sizzles and flames! It’s soft and melts in your mouth, making it an irresistible delight!
- Top Sirloin ¥1700: Salt-seasoned for a refreshing flavor! As you chew, the umami unfurls more and more.
