I ordered the lunch set which includes pasta or omurice with salad and a drink for 1200 yen each. I chose the mentaiko cream sauce pasta. The pasta was cooked perfectly with a slight firmness, and the cream sauce with onions and mentaiko was spicy and delicious. The portion was good and the salad and coffee that came with it made it a good deal. The omurice with green fluffy eggs and shrimp in tomato sauce was also tasty. It came with salad and caprese, making it a satisfying meal. However, the omurice was flavorful even without the sauce, which made it quite rich in taste. There are many pasta and omurice options to choose from, making it difficult to decide on an order.

The location is along Nishi 19-jo Street, behind the Fukuhara Ikkyu store on the north side. The exterior has a stylish brick wall look. Inside, it's clean with a Western vibe, with 2 tables for 2 people and 5 tables for 4 people. It was 1:55 PM. There were 3 groups of 6 people already there, and 1 person for takeout after. Today, the green omurice was no longer available, so I ordered the A set for 1,800 yen (tax included) with shrimp and cheese creamy omurice ✨ It arrived in about 13 minutes. I chose tomato sauce instead of demi-glace for the hamburger sauce. The ingredients in the omurice were shrimp, cheese, and onions. On top of the egg were broccoli, paprika, and burdock. The large shrimp was plump and delicious ✨ The fresh tomato homemade tomato sauce had a nice acidity and was delicious ⤴️ The hamburger was well cooked, with onions mixed in. I visited a well-established Western-style restaurant in Sakinai, Makkari Town, which also has a branch in Fukusei. I haven't been to a Western-style restaurant recently, and I don't understand why adults eat dishes like omurice. To uncover the truth, I visited this restaurant (laughs). I ordered the hashed beef omurice. The corn in the ketchup rice was an interesting accent. The egg was fluffy, and the hashed beef was on the mildly sweet side. Overall, it had a simple taste of ketchup rice (tomato) + hashed beef (tomato) + probably unseasoned fluffy egg = a harmonious blend. Despite the monotony of the taste, I found something I liked about it. On the way home, I ended up buying some delicious-looking tomatoes at the supermarket. Thank you for the meal.

After spending the second half of Golden Week in my wife's hometown in Obihiro, we decided to have lunch at a restaurant called "Pinocchio" in the western part of Obihiro before heading back to Sapporo. The parking lot had a few spaces around the store, and when we arrived around noon, we were the only customers at first. However, more customers started coming in later, which was a relief. The tall waiter seemed to be the owner's son, a young man in high school or college. It must be tough to work during Golden Week at his age, but it's not a bad thing to work with your family. Inside the restaurant, Ken Hirai's album "Ken's Bar II" was playing. The album features great cover songs, including collaborations with artists like Masaharu Fukuyama and Ayumi Hamasaki. One of my favorite songs on the album is the cover of "Boku ga Donna ni Kimi wo Suki ka, Kimi wa Shiranai" by Hiromi Go. The food we ordered was the A set, which included a chicken and cheese omelet rice. The omelet rice was delicious with a flavorful demi-glace sauce. However, the hamburger steak was a bit bland for my taste, maybe intentionally made light to appeal to a wider audience. My wife's pasta and dessert were both very tasty. Overall, it's a good place to enjoy pasta or omelet rice.

The fluffy and creamy omurice was delicious! I had the fluffy chicken omurice, while my husband had the Italian cheese hamburger. There were vegetables like burdock on top of the omurice, which was a bit unusual but very tasty. The demi-glace sauce was also delicious. Most of the women at other tables seemed to be ordering a half-and-half set of pasta and omurice, so I would like to try that next time because it was so delicious. I will definitely visit again. The hamburger steak with plenty of special sauce was very tender and juicy. The green omurice with special tomato sauce was also delicious. It had a thick and rich flavor. I used to go to my favorite omurice restaurant for about 2 years, but I felt like the taste has changed a little bit (ㆀ˘･з･˘). However, the omurice is still fluffy and creamy♡ When I first tried the green omurice, I was really surprised, but the taste was perfect. I feel like the sauce has become a bit stronger. The portion size is big, so honestly, I think it would be really difficult for a small eater to finish it. I managed to finish it all, though haha. I want to visit the restaurant occasionally. Second visit to this popular long-established Western-style restaurant in Obihiro city. Located on the west side of Obihiro city, north of Super 19 along Shirokaba Street. There is parking space around the restaurant. The interior of the restaurant has only table seats, but it feels surprisingly spacious with a good number of seats. There are various single item menus, but the set menus are more cost-effective. This time, I ordered the Hamburg steak and Omelette rice set (1580 yen) shown in the photo. You can choose the ingredients and sauce for the Omelette rice (I chose chicken and cheese with tomato sauce). The Hamburg steak had a very homey feel, with a noticeable texture of finely chopped onions mixed in the meat. The Omelette rice wrapped in fluffy egg with cheese was slightly rich in flavor but delicious. It was as large as ordering it separately, so even men would feel full. It was a very generous portion, so I recommend single dishes or half sets for women.

There are various types of omurice and pasta, and you can freely combine them. You can also choose from three types of sauce for the omurice: tomato, demi-glace, or spicy. In other words, there are countless ways to combine them. This time, I chose the omurice (with creamy shrimp, cheese, and tomato sauce, priced at 880 yen). You can also choose between creamy or normal egg. The creamy egg with well-flavored ketchup rice was delicious. The shrimp was plump and good. However, the hamburger lacked juiciness and felt cold. My partner's (S) set had a smaller hamburger and half portion of omurice. Instead, it came with a soft drink and dessert (chocolate cake and grapefruit sherbet), which might be recommended for women. The single item Japanese-style kinoko pasta was light and tasty. In any case, there are so many types of pasta and omurice to choose from, making it difficult to decide. If you opt for a set, it will be even more challenging. It's a delicious restaurant. Unfortunately, it took over 30 minutes from ordering to serving because there was only one chef. It would be better to have more staff.

It took a long time from when we decided our order to when they came to take it. Other than that, everything was great. The omurice was fluffy and delicious. I thought it was a dish more suited for women, but I'm sure men would enjoy it too.
