"I visited 'Jikasei Men Tsukiyomi' in Kami-Shinjo and tried their 'Fish and Pork Bone Tsukemen (Regular)' for 1000 yen. The broth is made from pork bones, bonito flakes, and mackerel, with a thick soy dipping sauce that has a citrusy yuzu flavor. The rich pork bone umami and strong seafood taste are well-balanced, creating a creamy and flavorful broth with a hint of sweetness. The homemade noodles are thick and straight, with a chewy texture that pairs well with the broth. The chashu comes in two types - pork belly and shoulder loin - both tender and well-seasoned. You can choose the noodle portion size from small, regular, large, or extra-large for the same price. They also offer free soup refills or a small bowl of rice as a finishing touch. You can customize the flavor with pepper, spicy seasoning, or powdered yuzu pepper on the table."

This is one of the top-class tsukemen dishes! It is incredibly delicious! The attention to detail in the noodles is truly outstanding. The noodles alone are delicious. With the whole wheat color and firm texture, it is definitely addictive. The fish and pork bone soup is incredibly rich and coats the noodles perfectly. You can get a large serving without any extra cost, but even the regular size seems quite generous. Overall, the high level of completion and the deliciousness of the noodles are truly outstanding, so I definitely want to go back again. If you're going to try it, definitely start with the fish and pork bone flavor!

I visited the restaurant recommended by a friend. I arrived at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday and there were 4 groups waiting. As I waited in line, there were already 3 more groups behind me. The restaurant is popular and there is always a line, even though they serve lunch until 3 p.m. Following my rule of ordering the house specialty on my first visit, I ordered the soy sauce tonkotsu tsukemen. You can choose the amount of noodles as small, regular, or large, but since it comes with a rice dish at the end, I played it safe and ordered the regular size. When the dish arrived, the noodles looked beautiful. The soup was a classic fish-based broth with a hint of yuzu fragrance that further stimulated my appetite. The chashu was large and tender, providing a satisfying chew. I quickly finished it and moved on to the rice dish. The fried onions added a fun texture, and the combination of rice and dipping sauce was exquisite, making me forget that I was full from the noodles just a moment ago. The taste was beyond my expectations. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal. ★…3.3 for solo diners: This restaurant is popular, so there is usually a line during peak hours. They only have counter seats, so it is possible to dine solo, but when I visited, the other customers were mostly couples.

I ordered the classic special seafood pork bone tsukemen. The noodles were homemade thick noodles. You can choose from small, regular, or large for the same price. Since the thick noodles are filling, I ordered the regular size. The chashu included rare chashu and regular chashu. It came with seasoned egg and seaweed. The soup had a rich and delicious seafood flavor. If I had to say something, I wish the soup was hotter. Maybe they could make the bowl hot. Towards the end, it becomes slightly lukewarm. It comes with rice and soup to finish, but I never make it to the end. I hesitate to order the small size, as I want to finish the soup. It's a dilemma.

I visited on a weekday to avoid the long lines on weekends. Luckily, there was no line outside and only a short wait for a table inside with about 5 people ahead of us. We were seated in about 10 minutes. I usually go for the dipping noodles, which are always delicious. Even the large portion is easy to slurp up. Next time, I'll try the mentaiko butter noodles and complete the whole menu! Consistently tasty! Thank you for the meal!

On a regular day at 19:10. The restaurant was full but no waiting time. Food was served within 10 minutes of sitting down. The mixed noodles cost ¥1000, with thick straight noodles that are slightly rounded at the edges. The noodles lacked the strong elasticity and chewiness of dipping noodles, feeling a bit soft. The taste of the noodles did not meet expectations, and the portion seemed to be around 200g, which was not particularly filling. The sauce was spicy and flavorful with ingredients like chili oil and Sichuan pepper, mixed with a sweet aroma. However, the taste did not have the addictive quality expected. The toppings included a soft-boiled egg, seasoned minced pork, diced chashu, green onions, onions, and fried onions, which looked luxurious. Mixing everything together made it hard to distinguish individual flavors, but the combination of rice and onions at the end was quite tasty. Overall, the mixed noodles were disappointing compared to the delicious dipping noodles previously tried.

I had the special fish and pork bone dipping noodles. First of all, I was overwhelmed by the beautiful presentation of the noodles. The different types of chashu each had their own unique flavor and were delicious. The dipping sauce had a punch of mackerel flavor that paired well with the thick noodles and was delicious. I also liked the atmosphere of the restaurant.

My daughter made a rare request for Mentaiko butter mixed noodles, so we visited the restaurant after about 3 years. We waited outside in the scorching heat for about 1 hour, but finally got our order after purchasing a 20-minute wait ticket from the vending machine. The Mentaiko mixed noodles did not disappoint and were as delicious as expected. As I get older, waiting outdoors during this time of year has become tough.

I visited a popular ramen shop in Kami-Shinjo, Osaka for the first time. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon at 1pm and there were 6 people ahead of me in line. The shop had a long and narrow interior with an L-shaped counter. I ordered the fish and pork bone tsukemen. The chewy noodles paired well with the refreshing and rich fish soup. It was delicious!

Arrived at noon on a weekday. There were 4 people ahead of me waiting. It was helpful that I could wait inside the restaurant, especially in the hot summer. I ordered the regular tsukemen for 1000 yen. They also offered a free small bowl of rice for the same price, but since I was planning to eat at another place afterwards, I opted for the regular size. I was also curious about the wonton noodles, but decided to go with the tsukemen since it was my first stop. The noodles were thick and flat. When slurped on their own, they had a nice chewiness and a good wheat flavor. When dipped into the broth, it had the classic deliciousness of a fish and pork bone soup base. The flat noodles gave it a slightly different texture. It was undeniably delicious, but I didn't feel a sense of uniqueness to it. Next time, I plan to try the wonton noodles or the miso tsukemen. Thank you for the meal!

I finally visited "Tsukiyomi" that I had been curious about for a while. I ordered the special tsukemen (large) for 1250 yen. The restaurant had a calm atmosphere with mainly counter seats. The dish was well presented with a satisfying portion size. The noodles were thick and had a nice aroma. The texture was firm and enjoyable. I was happy to see two types of chashu, rare and seared. The seared chashu added a nice aroma to the noodles. The special tsukemen came with two pieces of each chashu and a seasoned egg, making it very satisfying. The cost performance was good at 1250 yen. Overall, I was very satisfied with the tsukemen here. Thank you for the meal!

If you feel like eating delicious rich tsukemen, this is the place to go. There's a line inside and outside! There are many top ramen shops around here, so if I had grown up in this area, I would have become a ramen lover much earlier. It's such a happy noodle environment. I ordered the "special tantan tsukemen" - thick, rich soup with chewy homemade thick noodles. The sharp spiciness goes perfectly with this rich soup. I prefer this over the default dipping sauce. The meat is also amazing!

I visited this popular restaurant in Uenishinjo before noon. I expected a long line, but surprisingly I was able to get in easily, maybe because it's summer vacation and there are fewer students. I chose the "Special Mixed Ramen (with extra rice) for 1250 yen" from the menu. I was torn between the signature "tsukemen" and the limited-time "mentaiko mixed ramen", but I ended up choosing the default mixed ramen (deluxe version). The flat and chewy noodles were mixed with a spicy sauce, fish powder, minced meat miso, diced and seared chashu, half boiled egg and seasoned egg, fried onions, and onions, all in a "all toppings" state. The noodles were so delicious that I finished them in no time, even though there were plenty of toppings left. I think I could easily eat two servings if I could get an extra serving of noodles. Next time, I'll try the "tsukemen" with a large portion to fully enjoy the deliciousness of the noodles.

In Uenishinjo, there is a famous restaurant called Jikasei Men Tsukiyomi known for their tsukemen. Their recommended dish is the Special Mixed Men for 1,250 yen, which comes with a side of rice. Dandan Tsukemen 1100 yen
Toppings include 2 kinds of chashu, seaweed, and green onions. The noodles are homemade thick straight noodles. The soup is a sesame dandan soup based on pork bones.
Visit day: Wednesday
Arrival time: Around 21:00
Weather today: Sunny
Number of people waiting: 3 groups, 4 people
Inside the restaurant: Full
Departure: Full, with 3 people waiting. Approximately 18 minutes from lining up to receiving the bowl.
On hot days with tropical nights, when it's hard to sleep, I visited here to have some spicy dandan noodles. First of all, the noodles are delicious! Shiny and smooth, the appearance of the noodles is beautiful. The bounce and wheat aroma that comes out in your mouth is rich and satisfying. The slightly viscous and rich dipping soup is spicy and has a strong sesame flavor that complements the distinctive noodles well. I broke a good sweat enjoying it. The rare chashu is moist and tender, allowing you to savor the juiciness of the meat. The roasted chashu has a fragrant and savory taste, along with the sweetness of the fat. I finished off with pouring the soup over rice for a dandan risotto. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal.

The store is bright and clean, and the staff are friendly, making it a pleasant experience. The tsukemen here is incredibly delicious and addictive. I used to not like fish-based dishes, but I actually started to enjoy them at Tsukiyomi. I will definitely go back again, the charred chashu and rare chashu, and seasoned egg are irresistible!

I visited Tsukiyomi in Koshinjo, Osaka after a long time. This highly rated restaurant specializes in tsukemen, ramen, and other noodle dishes, with a food log rating of 3.70 during my visit. I ordered the soy sauce wonton noodles, which is one of their basic menu items. The prices seemed to have gone up slightly, probably due to the high cost of living, but the quality of the food remains consistent. The ramen served had a rich soy sauce color and strong flavor, with a slightly salty and bold taste. The noodles were firm and straight, and the wonton filling was also on the salty side. Overall, the dish had a strong and well-balanced flavor that suited my taste perfectly. It was a satisfying meal without any disappointments, and I would like to visit again in the future.

I saw this place in a previous reel post and it caught my interest. I waited for about 30 minutes on this day. In conclusion, I don't think it's worth waiting 30 minutes for this. There are plenty of other places with this kind of taste. I arrived around 7:40 PM and there were about 10 people waiting. It seems to be a popular restaurant. I bought a meal ticket and waited for about 30 minutes before being seated. It took about 5 minutes for the noodles and soup to arrive. They were delicious. The noodles, soup, and chashu were all good. However, the noodles were too long, making it difficult to eat. The rice at the end was quite soggy, so I preferred dipping it in the soup with less liquid. You can change the amount of noodles for free, which is a nice service. The taste was good too. It all comes down to personal preference.

Lunch Special: Seafood Tonkotsu Tsukemen for 1,000 yen. Options for small, regular, large, or extra-large servings at the same price. Comes with a serving of rice to finish. The noodles alone are delicious, and the soup has a rich seafood flavor that is irresistible. The two types of chashu toppings are also delicious. The tsukemen is enjoyable until the end with the rice to finish by pouring the leftover soup over it.
