I went to the restaurant after seeing the announcement on LINE. After finishing shopping, I arrived at the store around 10:35. There were two customers ahead of me. I ordered the "En Miso 2" with a small rice for 130 yen. There were over 130 people waiting in line. We were seated in a booth when the store opened. The first person in line received their food 3 minutes later, and we got ours shortly after that. Usually, I order the spicy miso, but today I wasn't feeling well, so I tried the regular miso. It was quite sweet compared to the spicy miso. The price has increased to 950 yen since September, but today it was only 600 yen. We also got the small rice for free as a LINE service. We received 4 stamps on our stamp card, which means next time we can get a free ramen and fried rice. It was worth the wait. Thank you for the meal. On our way out, we saw that all the seats inside were full and there was a long line outside. We waited for 30 minutes, but we finished eating in just 20 minutes.

This restaurant is always crowded. I have tried the salt, miso, and spicy miso ramen from this place before, but I'm not a big fan of the noodles. However, I keep coming back because of the service. They offer rewards for frequent visits - after 5 visits, you get a free fried rice, and after 10 visits, you get a free bowl of ramen. Additionally, they offer monthly freebies through LINE, like free seasoned egg this month. Today, I had the spicy miso ramen with seasoned egg. Unfortunately, there was a long wait today. The soup was good, but the bamboo shoots were too hard. I hope they improve that. I come here for the service, but the spiciness level of the spicy miso is not my favorite. I prefer adding some shichimi pepper instead. Many customers come here, and I wonder why. Is it because of the noodles, soup, chashu, or the service? I had a satisfying meal today. Thank you. Can anyone tell me what makes this restaurant so appealing?

Ordered the specialty soy sauce ramen. When I went before the relocation, it was delicious but too salty! That was the impression. When I went for the first time after the move, for some reason, I didn't feel it was too salty this time. I'm not sure if my taste buds changed or if the flavor changed. However, it had a rich and intense flavor. It was delicious.

It's after 1pm but this popular restaurant still has people waiting. I recommend the miso ramen. The portion size is small but the noodles are cooked just right. You can also get a half-size for 100 yen less, or a large size for 100 yen more. The bowl looks full of deliciousness, and the rich flavor is very tasty! It's a reliable choice! Thank you for the meal! ^ ^

I came because there was a small rice service on the LINE from this restaurant. The spicy miso is delicious. The place is always crowded, and after I arrived at 11:05, the wait increased to 4 or 5 people. I ended up eating quickly. Having a small rice slows down the speed. I enjoyed my meal today too. Thank you for the feast.

I was very impressed with the excellent service of the female shop assistant. I had miso ramen and fried rice, the ramen was a bit pricey but the fried rice was affordable. The fried rice had a strong black pepper flavor and was very delicious. I forgot to take a picture before eating.

I arrived at the restaurant at 11:00 and was second in line. I ordered the spicy miso ramen with flavored egg (complimentary service). I had to ask for water as it wasn't provided. It seems like the owner was not present today, as someone else was cooking instead. The waitress was also different from usual. I received my ramen in about 10 minutes, topped with a half-cut flavored egg. It was my first time having ramen from this place this year. The spiciness was not outstanding, but the flavor of the miso was still irresistible. I got my stamp card stamped and enjoyed my meal. Thank you for the delicious meal.

This is my first visit since the relocation. I ordered the signature dish, En Miso Ramen for 900 yen. The large charcoal-grilled chashu and seasoned egg are of high quality. The combination miso sauce pairs well with the medium-thick noodles. I arrived at 1:00 pm on a weekday and easily found a seat, but when leaving, there were about 3 groups waiting. Thank you for the meal.

This is my third visit. It's a shop where even Hokkaido locals who dislike waiting in line line up because it's delicious. I've been three times and I realized that miso ramen with hormone topping brings out a rich and flavorful taste, so I recommend it. The seared pork is also delicious, and for those who like classic miso ramen, this is the place to go. I will definitely come back again.

I arrived at the restaurant at exactly 11:00 and I am the 8th person in line. I have visited this restaurant 10 times before to use my free ramen point card. The previous customers were in a group, so I am the first one at the counter. I like the spicy miso ramen here, so that's what I ordered. This month, they are offering free small rice with every order for LINE members, so I also got a small rice with my ramen. Despite being the 8th person in line, my ramen arrived in less than 10 minutes. The restaurant is delicious, but I wonder why there is always a line. Everyone has different tastes, but my favorite ramen in Kitami is from a different restaurant. While I was eating, more customers arrived and were waiting for a seat. I felt the need to finish quickly to make room for the next customer. Today, my meal was free thanks to the points and the service. Thank you for the meal, I will definitely come back again.

I visited Ramen En for the first time since they relocated! The new location is easy to access and has convenient parking. You may have to wait about 10 minutes before being seated. I ordered the "Light Soy Sauce" ramen for 800 yen, as I had tried the "En Soy Sauce" at their previous location. The bowl seemed a bit small to me, but the taste was amazing. The soup was light and flavorful, with a perfect balance of soy sauce and richness. The chashu had a mild flavor and was very tender. The noodles were "The Prishiko Noodles" and they were just perfect. Ramen En never disappoints with their delicious ramen.

I visit this shop regularly as it is near my home. The fact that it is open all day is attractive. It gets crowded during lunch and dinner times. I have tried various items on the menu, but I think the soy sauce ramen is the best. Most recently, I had the miso ramen with char siu and seasoned egg. It was delicious.

11:00 Arrived at the restaurant, 7 customers were already there. I ordered my usual spicy miso ramen with extra small rice. It took about 10 minutes for the food to be served. The appearance was the same as always. The soup was consistent, with a good level of spiciness. The chashu here is delicious, but it's a bit too tender for my liking. 11:20 The restaurant became full with customers coming in one after another. I couldn't finish all the soup today because I was advised to cut down on oil and alcohol at the hospital... Thank you for the meal. I didn't realize that the ramen had gone up to 900 yen. Prices seem to be going up these days (crying face).

One of my favorite ramen shops. It's pretty high up there, a place I frequent often. If you go there regularly, you'll quickly collect service stamps. (laughs) "Ramen En" - I went a bit after opening time and had to wait about 15 minutes because it was full. It seems to be thriving. I wonder if it's like this every day. "En Miso" for 850 yen was free because I got 10 stamps - a free bowl of ramen! It's even more delicious than usual for some reason. That's it. (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.)

I arrived at the restaurant at 11:00 and was the first customer of the day. Today, I decided on the spicy miso ramen, and also received a small rice as a service from the LINE app, which was served in about 10 minutes. The usual presentation looked delicious. The waitress came and said, "If you like spicy, you can sprinkle this spicy powder on top..." and left the powder on the table. First, I tried the normal ramen, then I added the spicy powder to the soup using a ladle. It was spicy! Towards the end of the meal, I sprinkled the spicy powder on the soup in the bowl. It was still spicy! I think I prefer the normal level of spiciness. The complimentary small rice was a nice touch. I enjoyed my meal today. Thank you for the delicious food. As usual, customers kept coming in one after another, and the restaurant was almost full. It seems to be quite popular.

This is a review of a lunch outing by a close couple at a ramen shop called "Ramen Enishi". They visit several ramen shops regularly, but decided to go here this time since they have accumulated stamps on their stamp card. They arrived early at 11:30 and were seated at a table. The salt ramen for 750 yen is a favorite with its flavorful soup and delicious char siu. The stir-fried bean sprouts and onions are also perfect. They also enjoyed a half portion of fried rice for free with 5 stamps. They are satisfied with the meal and looking forward to their next visit where they will get a free ramen with 10 stamps.

It's always crowded at any time. However, since it's a ramen shop, the turnover is fast and you can be seated without much of a wait. I like the soy sauce and spicy miso flavors. The taste is rich, the noodles are medium thick, and the vegetables are cooked just right. The chashu is not greasy and simple, just delicious. I don't go out for ramen often, but ever since this place opened, I've been going twice a month. However, why is the average score on Tabelog different from the actual score? (laughs) It's a mystery. "Revisit" After going a few times, one day the chashu suddenly changed from belly to thigh meat. The taste also gradually... huh? I was wondering, but one day I was disappointed. At the same time, I started feeling a tingling sensation on my tongue as soon as I started eating. As I continued eating, blisters started forming in my mouth. I managed to finish it (I don't like leaving food), but they must have switched to using some chemical ingredients. The staff doesn't move without instructions from the owner, who seems to be the chef. The ramen service is incredibly slow. The conversations with regulars are long. No revisit for me.

This is a lunch for a couple who love noodles on their day off. After shopping at the largest Daiso in the city, we head to this place for lunch. It's always a popular spot with a line of customers, but today it seems to be empty at this early hour, so we decided to go in. "Ramen En" at 11:30 am. Two groups of customers ahead of us. We usually get seated at the counter, but today they said, "Please choose any seat you like." So, we are sitting at a table for the first time. I ordered the "Salt Ramen" for 800 yen. It comes in a cute small bowl. Oh, I forgot to ask for the large size. The fragrant smell is nice. The soup has a rich flavor and is very delicious! The saltiness is just right. The lightly seared chashu is excellent! The stir-fried moyashi is crunchy and tasty! I really like the noodles from Prishiko no Mori. It was as delicious as ever. The salt here is really the best. More customers started coming in, and a line quickly formed. This place is definitely a popular spot. I got a 100 yen discount by adding them as a friend on LINE.

It was 11:05 when I entered the restaurant. Box seats 2 seats, 5 people, counter 2 people. The usual spicy miso ramen with JAF's flavored egg. The waitress came back and said the JAF benefits had ended. It took about 10 minutes for the ramen to arrive. The taste was the usual, a bit less spicy this time. By the time I finished eating, both the counter and box seats were full. Most men ordered spicy miso or miso ramen. They usually order without looking at the menu, so they must be regulars. Got my stamp and next time the fried rice is free. Now, when should I come back? Thank you for the meal. One thing I noticed was that even though the staff seemed to get along well, the kitchen was quite noisy. Customer first, please.

I have commented before on eating ramen in Kitami, but Kitami is a city where both Sapporo-style and Asahikawa-style ramen flavors coexist. Tonight's dinner was at "Ramen En" in Kitami. This shop serves Sapporo-style ramen. Their website mentions that they trained at a ramen shop in Sapporo. I wonder which shop it was. The shop is located in Chuo Sanrin, Kitami City. It is on the west side of Kitami, towards Asahikawa. It shares a parking lot with Tsuruha Drug Sanrin Kitami store, making it easy to park. I arrived just before 7 pm and entered the shop. They apparently relocated last fall, and the new store has a beautiful interior. From the extensive menu, I ordered the most popular "En Miso" for 850 yen and the classic Kitami topping, "Delicious Salt Hormone" for 250 yen. While waiting for my order, I casually watched the kitchen and noticed a spectacular flame rising. The counter is separated from the kitchen by glass, so you don't feel the heat, but the high flames are quite impressive. After about 10 minutes, the ramen was served. It had a rich miso soup base with chashu, menma, green onions, flavored egg, and the added hormone topping. The bowl was simple and practical. Now, let's dig in. First, the soup. It had a tangy red miso flavor, with a light and savory broth. The noodles were yellow medium-thick curly noodles, with a firm and chewy texture. The toppings included stir-fried bean sprouts and onions in Sapporo style. The chashu was thick but had a slightly strong pork smell. It was also served lukewarm, which was disappointing. The pork hormone was fantastic, with a chewy and satisfying texture. The flavored egg was lukewarm, unfortunately. Overall, I finished every last drop of soup and found myself completely satisfied. Eating Sapporo-style ramen in Kitami was quite an experience. The hormone was delicious. However, the moisture from the stir-fried vegetables seemed to not have evaporated completely under the heat. The broth, despite being animal-based, felt a bit weak. If the balance between the stir-fried ingredients, soup, and sauce is improved, the flavor could be richer. But taste preferences vary from person to person. It's all just personal impressions. The taste can also change depending on your condition on the day you eat it, so ultimately, you have to try the ramen yourself to confirm your preferences. Thank you for the meal! *32nd bowl in 2021 (visited on April 19, 2021).
